APS Frida Melamine Bowl

The APS Frida bowl is a square melamine serving bowl for cold buffet, salad bar, breakfast and counter display. It comes in two sizes, 165mm and 250mm, with a white or matte black exterior and a wood-effect interior that helps food colours stand out. It suits cafes, hotels, restaurants and event caterers who want a natural, understated look without the fragility of ceramic.

Melamine copes with the knocks and drops of a busy buffet counter and goes through a commercial dishwasher. It is lighter than ceramic, so it is easy to handle and reposition during set-up and breakdown, and the square format stacks and stores efficiently.

• Two sizes: 165mm and 250mm
• White or black exterior with a wood-effect interior
• Melamine construction resists chipping and cracking in everyday service
• Dishwasher safe and stackable
• Part of the wider APS Frida range for a coordinated display
• For cold and ambient display only, not for hot food or microwave use

The 165mm size suits portioned condiments, small sides and dips. The 250mm size suits salads, breads and sharing dishes. If you are building a buffet display and want to discuss sizes and quantities, the team is happy to help.
