The APS Frida Cover is a clear food dome for buffet, dessert and counter displays. It comes in three diameters, 90mm, 130mm and 160mm. Made from SAN, a clear, rigid plastic, it fits over individual portions, pastries, slices or small platters and keeps them protected between replenishment rounds while guests can still see what is underneath.

It is useful wherever food is displayed openly: hotel breakfast stations, afternoon tea service, patisserie counters, cake stands and self-service buffet lines. SAN is lighter than glass and copes with the everyday knocks of counter service.
