APS Pure Melamine Round Bowl

The APS Pure round bowl is a melamine serving bowl for buffet presentation, canape service and food display. It comes in two sizes, a 55mm mini bowl and a 130mm bowl, in white or black, so sizes and colours can be mixed on one display.

Melamine resists chipping better than ceramic at these sizes, holds its appearance through repeated handling and is dishwasher safe, which keeps turnaround quick between services. The 55mm bowl suits individual portions, dips and condiments, and the 130mm bowl suits sauces, garnishes, nibbles and small portion displays. Both sit well on tiered stands and serving boards.
