APS Pure Melamine Square Bowl

The APS Pure square bowl is a melamine serving bowl with straight outer edges and softened corners, for buffet lines, food display counters and self-service presentation. It comes in 125mm, 190mm and 250mm sizes, in white or black, so sizes and colours can be mixed on one display.

Melamine gives a clean look close to ceramic without the fragility. It resists chipping better than ceramic, and the bowls are dishwasher safe, which keeps turnaround quick between services. They work well alongside APS serving stands for tiered or raised displays.

The 125mm suits sauces, garnishes and small accompaniments, the 190mm suits sides and mid-size servings, and the 250mm suits salads, bread and cold accompaniments. Melamine is for cold and ambient food. It is not suitable for the oven or microwave, or for serving very hot food. The white bowl comes in 125mm and 190mm only.
