APS Slate Effect Melamine Platter

This APS melamine platter is finished to replicate the look of natural slate, for buffet counters, self-service stations and front-of-house cold display. It comes in four gastronorm sizes, GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4, so mixed sizes can be displayed together in the same finish.

Melamine gives the slate look without the weight and fragility of real stone. It resists chipping, and the platters are dishwasher safe for quick end-of-service cleaning. Non-slip feet keep each platter steady on counters and display surfaces, and the GN footprints fit standard gastronorm display systems.
