APS Stainless Steel Service Tray

This APS service tray is a flat-edged stainless steel tray for buffet lines, self-service counters and general front-of-house food service. It is available in two sizes: 480x300mm (780g) and 580x420mm (1.64kg). The polished stainless steel finish keeps it looking presentable on a buffet counter as well as behind the pass.

Stainless steel resists staining, tolerates regular sanitising and does not warp with daily use. The flat edge profile makes stacking straightforward and keeps storage compact when trays are not in use.
