The APS Valo wooden box is a gastronorm-format display box in oak or black-finished oak, for buffet counters, breakfast stations, carvery stations and self-service food presentation. It comes in GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 2/4 footprints and in 45mm, 85mm and 165mm heights, so boxes can be combined to build height and structure into a buffet layout.

Typical uses are cold buffet runs, charcuterie and cheese displays, bread stations and condiment displays. The natural wood gives a warm look as an alternative to stainless or melamine. Boxes stack when not in use, which keeps storage tidy between services, and the GN footprints sit alongside standard gastronorm equipment and other Valo pieces.
