This APS wood-effect melamine tray is a buffet and sharing tray with a natural wood grain finish and waved edges. It comes in three gastronorm sizes, GN 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3, so mixed sizes can be displayed together in the same brown finish.

The finish gives a rustic look without the upkeep of real wood. Melamine resists chipping and surface staining, and the trays can go through repeated wash cycles, which suits buffet operations with a tight turnaround between sittings. The GN footprints sit in standard gastronorm display systems and the trays stack for storage.
