The APS Zero melamine platter is a flat serving and display platter in plain white, for buffet lines, cold displays and front-of-house presentation. It comes in three gastronorm sizes, GN 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4, so mixed sizes can sit together in the same finish.

Melamine is more resilient in daily service than ceramic or porcelain. It resists chipping and staining, and the platters are dishwasher safe, which keeps turnaround quick between services. Non-slip feet help keep each platter steady on buffet counters and display surfaces. The GN footprints fit standard gastronorm buffet systems.
