The Beaumont Sure Shot is a measured spirit pourer designed to dispense a consistent 25ml measure every time, while retaining the smooth, uninterrupted pour feel of a free-flow spout. The clear plastic body allows staff to see the measure chamber at a glance, and the mechanism resets automatically between pours, making it practical for fast-paced bar service without requiring any manual adjustment between uses.

In a busy bar environment, overpours are a direct cost to the business. The Sure Shot removes that risk by controlling each measure mechanically, so staff can focus on speed of service rather than eyeing up spirits against an optic. It performs consistently under high-volume conditions and suits venues where accurate stock control is a priority — particularly those subject to licensing checks or regular stock audits.

Practical advantages for bar operators include:

  • Consistent 25ml measure dispensed on every pour
  • Free-flow pour action maintains speed of service
  • Clear body allows quick visual check of the chamber
  • Simple to fit to standard spirit bottles
  • Supplied in a pack of 12, suited to full bar setups

No installation is required — the pourer fits directly onto standard spirit bottles. The plastic construction keeps the unit lightweight, and the clear finish makes it straightforward to inspect for residue during cleaning routines. As with all pourers, regular cleaning between product changes is good practice to prevent flavour transfer and maintain hygiene standards.

The Sure Shot 25ml is well suited to licensed bars, hotels, and restaurants where accurate spirit measures and stock control are a daily operational concern. For venues that serve both 25ml and 35ml measures, it is worth confirming the correct measure variant before ordering, as the two are not interchangeable.

If you're unsure which pourer configuration suits your bar setup, we're happy to talk it through before you place an order.

Frequently asked questions

Will the Sure Shot 25ml fit standard spirit bottles used behind the bar?

The Sure Shot pourer is designed to fit standard spirit bottle necks commonly used in UK licensed premises. If you use bottles with non-standard neck sizes, it is worth checking compatibility before ordering in bulk.

How does the Sure Shot differ from a standard free-flow pourer?

A free-flow pourer relies on the operator to judge the measure, which introduces variability and overpour risk. The Sure Shot uses a measured chamber that stops the flow at exactly 25ml and resets automatically, giving you the speed of free-flow with the accuracy of an optic.

How should Sure Shot pourers be cleaned in a commercial bar environment?

Pourers should be removed and rinsed thoroughly whenever bottles are changed and as part of regular bar hygiene routines. Soaking in warm water helps clear residue, particularly when switching between different spirit types to prevent flavour carry-over.
