Churchill Nourish Kochi Shallow Bowl 115mm (Pack of 12)

The Churchill Nourish Kochi Shallow Bowl is a compact serving bowl from Churchill's Nourish range, available in Tokyo Black, Tokyo Blue and White. The embossed surface is designed to echo hand-crafted Japanese pottery, giving the piece a considered, textured quality that reads well on the pass without demanding attention away from the food itself. It is supplied in a pack of twelve, making it a practical unit for operators specifying or topping up covers.

The finest vitrified body resists moisture absorption and handles the thermal cycling that comes with busy service, moving between dishwasher heat, ambient storage, and warm pass environments without the brittleness that affects lower-grade ceramics. Heat retention is reasonable for a shallow vessel of this size, which is useful when presenting warm small plates that need to hold temperature during a pause between kitchen and table.

Churchill's Eco Glaze finish addresses the practical realities of high-turnover service:

• Resists staining and metal marks from repeated cutlery contact
• Fully glazed foot reduces surface scratching when stacking in bulk storage
• Consistent rim definition supports clean, repeatable plating
• Dishwasher safe for efficient turnaround between covers
• Microwave safe where reheating is part of the workflow

At 115mm across, this bowl is best suited to amuse-bouches, small plates, sharing concepts, side dishes, or sauce presentations. Choose between Tokyo Black, Tokyo Blue and White to suit Japanese-inspired, fusion, or contemporary casual menus. Operations needing a deeper or larger vessel will find broader options within the Nourish range worth reviewing.

If you are building a tableware specification across a new concept or want to talk through how this sits alongside your existing covers, the team is glad to help.
