The Churchill Profile plate is a white porcelain plate with a clearly defined rim and slim rolled edge, supplied in packs of twelve. Choose between the 165mm, 232mm, 257mm and 270mm sizes. The 165mm works as a side, bread or starter plate, the 232mm suits starters, sides and desserts, and the 257mm and 270mm are main course plate sizes. The defined rim frames the plate surface and gives chefs a clear boundary to work within when plating, giving a consistent, presentable finish in front-of-house service.

Plates see daily repetitive handling through service, clearing, washing and stacking, and the Profile range is produced to withstand that cycle. Churchill's Ecoglaze finish helps the plate resist cutlery marking, crazing, staining and surface wear over time without compromising the clean white appearance. The rolled edge profile also contributes to chip resistance at the rim, which is typically where plates take the most punishment during stacking and in the dishwasher. Profile plates are also noticeably lighter than Churchill's Classic range, which makes a practical difference over a long service.

  • Defined rim aids consistent, neat plating presentation
  • Ecoglaze finish resists cutlery marking and everyday wear
  • Lighter weight than the Classic range reduces handling fatigue
  • Rolled edge helps protect against chipping during stacking
  • Dishwasher safe and suitable for commercial warewashing cycles

These plates are well suited to restaurants, hotel dining, pub dining and contract catering. A pack of 12 suits building or topping up an existing set, but most operators will want to factor in cover count, table turns and breakage rates when deciding on total quantities. Profile is a long-running range, so it is generally straightforward to add to or replace pieces over time.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to an existing range, the team is happy to help you work through the sizes and quantities.
