Churchill Stone Zircon Brown Orbit Oval Coupe Plates (Pack of 12)

The Churchill Stone Zircon Brown Orbit Oval Coupe Plate is an oval coupe plate from Churchill's Stone range, available in two sizes: 270mm and 317mm. The warm zircon brown glaze carries a sunburst pattern applied underglaze, so the decoration sits beneath the glaze surface rather than on top of it. The coupe profile is shallow with no defined rim, which gives an uninterrupted plating surface and keeps attention on the food.

Both sizes are made from super vitrified china. The increased density of the clay body gives better resistance to chipping and crazing than standard earthenware, which matters when plates are stacked at pace and cycled through a commercial dishwasher several times a service. Because the decoration is underglaze, it holds its appearance through repeated high-temperature washing without fading or wearing through. Both sizes are microwave and dishwasher safe.
