Churchill Stonecast Aqueous Lagoon Deep Coupe Plates (Box of 12)

The Churchill Stonecast Aqueous Lagoon deep coupe plate is made from super vitrified porcelain and finished in a hand-applied turquoise glaze that draws on coastal lagoon tones. It is part of Churchill's Stonecast Aqueous range and is available in 8⅞", 10" and 11". The deep coupe profile has a gently raised edge in place of a traditional rim, giving chefs a clean surface for plated dishes while still containing sauces and dressings during service. Hand finishing gives a degree of natural variation in colour and texture from plate to plate.

Super vitrified porcelain is harder and more chip-resistant than standard porcelain, which matters where plates are stacked, handled repeatedly and cycled through commercial warewashers several times a day.

Variation in tone and texture between plates and between batches is a characteristic of the hand-finished glaze, not a defect, so operators needing close colour consistency across a large estate should allow for it when ordering.
