The Churchill Stonecast Blueberry Oblong Chefs Plate is a hand-finished piece in super vitrified china. The brush-stroke glaze texture gives each plate a subtly varied, artisan finish, so no two pieces are identical. The oblong format gives chefs a useful canvas for composed plating, multi-element dishes and sharing presentations. Choose the 300x199mm plate or the larger 355x245mm plate. Both are sold in packs of 6.

Super vitrified china is denser than standard vitrified ware, which gives better chip resistance under the daily handling of a working kitchen, including stacking and repeated dishwasher cycles. The Blueberry glaze is a cool-toned backdrop that works well with lighter-coloured dishes and natural food tones.

As with all coloured glazed ware, sustained exposure to high-temperature industrial wash cycles over a long service life may gradually affect glaze vibrancy, and it is worth managing stacking height in storage to protect the glaze on lower plates.
