Churchill's Whiteware oval platters are a reliable choice for operations that need presentation ware to hold up in daily commercial use, from cafés and bistros to hotel restaurants and contract caterers. Made from super vitrified porcelain and fired at high temperature over two days, they are built to resist the knocks, stacking and repeated machine washing of busy food service environments.

The super vitrification process produces a denser, harder body than standard porcelain, which means a longer service life and fewer replacements. Edge and rim chip resistance is backed by a five-year warranty.

Available in 202mm and 305mm. The 202mm is a mid-size oval platter, well suited to starters, sharing plates or individual mains where a standard round plate is less appropriate. It is not designed for heavy carving or service of very large portions. The 305mm is large enough to present a generous main course or a shared starter, but practical to handle and stack in a busy pass.

Higher-volume sites running large covers per service may want to consider a larger pack quantity or a heavier gauge option, depending on their throughput and replacement budget.
