Dudson Evo Azure Coupe Plates Blue (Pack of 6)

The Dudson Evo Azure coupe plates are part of Dudson's Evo range, a collection designed to bring a more characterful, handcrafted aesthetic to commercial table settings without sacrificing the durability that busy service environments demand. Available in 162mm, 203mm, 229mm, 255mm and 280mm, choose from the Size option. Each plate carries a reactive matt glaze in a cool blue tone, meaning no two pieces are identical. The natural variation in colour and finish is intentional, giving the range a feel that sits comfortably in contemporary casual dining, cafe, bistro and boutique hotel settings.

The vitrified construction makes these suitable for day-to-day commercial use. Vitrification reduces porosity in the body of the plate, which helps resist chipping, crazing and staining through repeated service, washing and stacking. The Evo embossment adds a subtle tactile quality that reinforces the handcrafted appearance at the table. The coupe profile suits plated mains, sharing dishes and starter presentations where a cleaner, more contemporary look is preferred over traditional rimmed china.

• Reactive matt blue glaze gives each piece a subtly individual appearance
• Vitrified construction offers resistance to chipping and daily wear
• Coupe profile suits a wide range of contemporary plating styles
• Dishwasher safe for commercial warewashing cycles
• Sold in packs of 6, practical for building covers incrementally

The 162mm and 203mm suit starter portions, side dishes, bread, amuse-bouches and desserts. The 229mm, 255mm and 280mm suit larger courses, with the 255mm and 280mm working well as main course plates. As with any reactive glaze, some variation between batches is to be expected, so ordering all packs for a full table setting at once reduces visible differences.
