Dudson Evo Azure Rice Bowls Blue (Pack of 6)

The Dudson Evo Azure rice bowl is a vitrified bowl finished in a reactive matt blue glaze. Available in 105mm and 180mm, choose from the Size option. Because the glaze is reactive, no two pieces fire identically, so each bowl carries its own subtle variation in tone, an intentional characteristic of the range rather than a defect. The Evo embossment pressed into the body reinforces the handcrafted aesthetic and ties the piece into the wider Evo collection.

The vitrified body is the practical side of the story. Vitrification reduces porosity, which means the body absorbs less moisture and resists the chipping and crazing that shortens the life of lighter-duty tableware in busy covers environments. For operators running a high volume of turns, that means a longer service life and lower replacement frequency over time.

• Reactive glaze produces natural tonal variation, each bowl has a distinct character
• Vitrified construction resists chipping and surface wear under regular commercial use
• Evo embossment gives a tactile, handcrafted finish
• Matt cool-blue tone works well alongside neutral and natural tableware palettes
• Sold in a pack of six, practical for building or topping up cover sets

The 105mm is a compact bowl suited to sharing plates, small rice portions, side dishes and mise-en-place presentation. The 180mm is a standard rice bowl size, appropriate for individual portions, noodle bowls or sharing sides. They are not designed for high-heat oven or salamander use, so bear that in mind when planning plating workflows.
