The Dudson Evo Jet Coupe Plate is a vitrified stoneware plate with a rimless coupe profile and a deliberately textured, hand-thrown appearance. The dark matt finish gives it a rustic, tactile quality that works well in relaxed dining environments where presentation style is part of the overall guest experience. Available in 162mm, 203mm, 228mm, 273mm and 295mm, choose from the Size option.

Vitrified stoneware is a practical choice for commercial service. It is denser and more chip-resistant than standard earthenware, and holds up well through repeated dishwasher cycles. The coupe shape, with no raised rim, gives chefs a clean, uninterrupted surface to work with, and is straightforward to stack, load into racks and wipe clean between services.

The smaller sizes suit side plate, bread plate, starter and dessert use: the 162mm is a side plate or bread plate, the 203mm suits starters, desserts or small plates, and the 228mm sits comfortably as a starter or side plate. The 295mm is a practical main-course size.
