The Dudson Harvest Flux Grey Organic Coupe Plate is a hand-glazed stoneware plate from Dudson's Harvest Flux range. Each piece carries a flowing border glaze effect that creates natural variation in colour and texture, and because every plate is individually glazed by hand, no two are identical. A maker's mark on the reverse of each piece records the hand-finishing process.

The organic coupe profile has no rim and a gentle curve to the edge, giving chefs a clean canvas for modern presentation. The plates are available in 164mm, 230mm, 275mm and 295mm, choose from the Size option. The 164mm suits starters, small plates, desserts or sharing-style portions. The 230mm suits a starter or side plate, or a plating surface for composed dishes. The 275mm suits main courses across a broad range of cuisines. The 295mm suits mains or generous sharing portions.
