Dudson Harvest Norse Linen Nova Plate (Pack of 12)

The Dudson Harvest Norse Linen Nova Plate is a flat plate finished in a warm linen tone, sold in packs of 12. It sits within the Harvest Norse range, which draws on Nordic craft traditions: the surface carries minimal radial lines that suggest hand-carved texture, and hand-applied glazing gives each piece the look of crafted stoneware. Available in six sizes: 152mm, 178mm, 203mm, 229mm, 254mm and 279mm.

The plate is made from vitrified fine china, which is denser and less porous than standard earthenware and holds up to the repeated thermal cycling of a busy kitchen pass, dishwasher runs and stacking. The in-glaze decoration is fired into the glaze rather than applied on top, so the pattern does not fade or wear with regular commercial dishwashing.

• Vitrified fine china resists chipping and crazing under daily commercial use
• In-glaze decoration maintains appearance through repeated dishwasher cycles
• Linen colourway works well with natural linen, slate and timber table dressings
• Six sizes from 152mm to 279mm, each in a pack of 12
• Hand-glazed finish gives natural piece-to-piece variation

The 152mm and 178mm sizes suit bread, amuse-bouche, petit fours and plated side dishes. The 203mm and 229mm sizes suit side plates, starters and desserts. The 254mm size suits starters, sharing plates and light main courses, and the 279mm is a practical main-course size. The warm Linen tone suits restaurants, bistros and hotel dining rooms with a relaxed, natural aesthetic. If you are building a full table setting across several plate sizes, the team is happy to talk through quantities before you order.
