Dynamic
Dynamic Gigamix TB020 Turbo Blend Stick Blender 300Ltr
£5,905.00(£7,086.00 inc VAT)
The Dynamic Gigamix TB020 is a floor-standing immersion blender built for high-volume batch processing. Rather than working from a countertop, the unit operates directly in large stock pots and containers — allowing operators to blend, emulsify, or whip without decanting into separate vessels. With a working capacity of 300 litres per session, it is suited to operations where moving large quantities between containers is neither practical nor efficient.
In practice, this kind of capacity is most relevant in central production kitchens, hospital and institutional catering, large-scale event catering, and any site that regularly processes bulk soups, sauces, or purees during prep. The variable speed control allows operators to work across a range of textures and ingredient types without changing attachments, and the height-adjustable stand means the unit can be positioned to suit different pot sizes and working heights.
Key operational advantages include:
- Blends directly in the pot — no decanting, less transfer time, fewer containers to wash
- Height-adjustable stand accommodates varying pot sizes and operator height
- Folds away when not in use to free floor space
- Variable speed gives control over texture across different ingredients
- Robust construction suited to sustained daily use
At 79kg and nearly two metres tall when deployed, this is a substantial piece of equipment. Ceiling clearance, floor space, and proximity to the cooking line all need to be considered before the unit arrives on site. It requires a stable, level surface and adequate clearance around the stand for safe operation. These are not reasons to discount it, but they are practical factors worth working through before purchase.
The TB020 is best suited to large-scale operations with consistent high-volume blending requirements. For lower-volume sites, a smaller immersion blender is likely a better fit. At the other end, operations with continuous or extremely high throughput may want to consider whether a single unit meets their demand, or whether additional capacity is needed.
If you would like to talk through whether this model is the right choice for your kitchen, the team is happy to help.

Frequently asked questions
What type of operation is the Gigamix TB020 best suited to?
It is most at home in high-volume environments that regularly process large quantities of soups, sauces, or purees — central production units, hospital and institutional kitchens, and large-scale catering operations are typical users. If your blending volumes are modest or intermittent, a smaller immersion blender will likely serve you better day to day.
Are there any installation or space requirements to plan for before delivery?
Yes — at 79kg and close to two metres tall when in use, the TB020 needs a stable, level floor surface with sufficient clearance around the stand for safe operation. Ceiling height should also be checked before positioning, particularly in older kitchen environments. It is worth confirming the intended location is ready before the unit arrives, as repositioning after delivery can be awkward.
Can the TB020 handle continuous use throughout a service or prep session?
It is designed for sustained commercial use, making it suitable for extended prep sessions rather than occasional blending tasks. That said, if your operation requires continuous blending across multiple large batches in rapid succession, it is worth discussing your throughput requirements with us to confirm whether a single unit is sufficient or whether additional capacity makes more sense.
