The Elite Eight Door Locker is a freestanding, multi-compartment storage unit in white powder coated steel. Each bank has eight individual compartments, built on a welded steel frame with reinforced doors for staff changing rooms, leisure facilities, schools, gyms and back-of-house areas. The antibacterial coating is tested against MRSA and E. coli, and pre-drilled nesting holes allow wall fixing.

Choose the lock type and the top that suit your site:

  • Camlock: key operated, no padlock needed, so fewer lost-padlock problems
  • Padlock: each compartment has a hasp for your own padlock. Padlocks are not supplied
  • Coin Return Sloping Top: each compartment takes a coin return mechanism that accepts old and new £1 coins, so there are no keys to issue or track
  • Electronic: an electronic combination lock on each compartment with no keys to manage. The lock mechanism runs on batteries, with no building power connection
  • Sloping Top: offered on the camlock, padlock and electronic units, and fitted to the coin return unit. The sloping top stops items being left on the unit and helps keep dust and debris off it. The flat top suits rows of units or storage above

Sizes and weights vary by variant. The camlock and padlock units are 1800mm high, 450mm wide and 450mm deep, at 31.5kg flat top and 31.75kg sloping top. The coin return sloping top unit is 1800mm high, 300mm wide and 450mm deep, at 33.5kg. The electronic flat top unit is 1800mm high, 300mm wide and 450mm deep, at 32.5kg. The electronic sloping top unit is 1950mm high, 300mm wide and 450mm deep, at 33.5kg. Allow clear floor space for the doors to open fully, and expect to need two people to position a unit. Wall fixing is recommended for stability.

If you are fitting out a changing area and want to talk through how many bays you need or how to lay them out, call the team on 01304 827272.
