Large - 20(H) x 600(W) x 450(D)mm. Prepare food in safety with this extra thick, colour-coded chopping board from Hygiplas. With its 600mm width, the board gives chefs plenty of space for food preparation.

Made from low density polyethylene, the board is built to withstand the demands of a fast-paced commercial kitchen. The non-absorbent surface is easy to clean, helping you prepare food in sanitary conditions. Weight: 4.40kg.

Available in blue, brown, green, red, white and yellow. Using a separate colour for each food type helps your staff identify the correct board quickly and keeps your kitchen free from cross contamination.
