Mitre Luxor Ivy Leaf Damask Tablecloth White

The Mitre Luxor Ivy Leaf tablecloth is a white damask cloth made from 100% Egyptian cotton, with an all-over ivy leaf pattern woven into the fabric rather than printed. It gives a traditional, formal table presentation for restaurant dining rooms, hotel banqueting, private dining and event catering. It comes in eleven sizes, square and rectangular, from 900 x 900mm up to 1780 x 3650mm and 2300 x 2300mm.

The cotton is mercerised, a finishing process that adds tensile strength and a subtle sheen, so the cloth keeps its weave, drape and whiteness through repeated commercial laundering when it is washed correctly. The woven pattern also helps hide minor creasing and light wear between washes. The 1780 x 3650mm size is listed at 190gsm.

Cotton damask needs proper commercial laundering at the right temperatures and with suitable detergents to keep its appearance. Check your table dimensions and the drop you want before ordering, and work out how many cloths to hold against your laundry turnaround. The larger rectangular sizes suit long banqueting and trestle tables, and the smaller squares suit small square or round tables.
