The Mitre Occasions tablecloth is made from heavyweight 100% polyester with a woven texture that closely resembles traditional linen. It comes in black or burgundy, in square sizes and one rectangular size, and is made for repeated commercial laundering while holding its shape, colour and surface finish.

In a table service or banqueting environment, the linen-effect surface presents neatly under place settings and holds a pressed finish between covers, which matters during a busy service when there is little time between turns. Polyester dries faster than cotton and is less prone to shrinkage, which can reduce linen turnaround time where operations run several sittings or events back to back.
