Robert Gordon Forager Plates Reactive Glaze Stoneware (Box of 12)

The Robert Gordon Forager plate is a vitrified stoneware plate from Steelite's Forager collection, finished with a reactive glaze that flows differently across every piece during firing, so no two plates are identical. The base is left unglazed, exposing the raw stoneware and giving the range a natural, earthy character. It comes in two sizes: 238 x 195mm and 295mm.

The organic aesthetic suits sharing plates, small plates concepts and contemporary tasting menus, and works well with natural, foraged or seasonally led food. The 295mm is a generous plate suited to composed main courses where chefs want space to present without crowding the dish. Vitrified stoneware is resistant to chipping under normal commercial use and handles repeated dishwasher cycles reliably.
