The coupe profile has shallow sides and no raised rim, which keeps the focus on the food and gives chefs a clean canvas for plating. The 203mm plate suits starters, sides and lighter mains. The 230mm plate suits main courses, sharing plates and contemporary presentation. The 253mm plate is a versatile main-course size for most plated dishes.

Alumina vitrified ceramic resists chipping and crazing under repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, and the dappled glaze is fired into the body rather than applied as a surface coating, so it holds up under regular washing.
