How do I know if the small size will fit my staff?

The small size corresponds to a 550mm head circumference. It is worth measuring before ordering, particularly if you are buying for multiple team members, as poorly fitting headwear can be disruptive during service. If you are outfitting a mixed team, the same style is available in other sizes.

Is this hat suitable for use in a food preparation area?

The trilby style is more commonly used in front-of-house, buffet, and catering event settings rather than in active kitchen preparation areas. For back-of-house use where full hair containment is a hygiene priority, a closer-fitting beanie or full chef hat may be more appropriate.

How should this hat be laundered in a catering environment?

The polyester construction is designed to be machine washable, making it practical for regular laundering between shifts. We would recommend following the care label guidance and avoiding high-heat drying to preserve the hat's shape over time.
