How do I determine the right size for my team when ordering in bulk?

The size small is suited to a smaller head circumference — if you are outfitting a full brigade, it is worth measuring your team beforehand rather than assuming a single size will cover everyone. We carry this style across multiple sizes, so mixed orders are straightforward.

How should these hats be laundered in a commercial setting?

The 100% polyester construction means these hats can be machine washed and will dry quickly, making them practical for regular laundering on a rota basis. Always check the care label before washing, particularly if using industrial laundry equipment.

Is the trilby style suitable for use in a food preparation environment?

The trilby-style hat is commonly used in front-of-house and light food service roles. For kitchen brigade environments with strict hair containment requirements, some operators prefer a closer-fitting beanie or skull cap — if you are unsure which style best fits your hygiene policy, we are happy to advise.
