Utopia Glass Cloches (Pack of 6)

These glass cloches from Utopia cover and present food at the table or across a buffet display. They are made from clear glass, so diners can see the dish beneath before it is revealed. Choose Small or Medium. Each pack contains six.

Cloches are used in restaurants and hotel dining rooms to add a little theatre to a plated course, or to cover small pastries, canapés and individual desserts on a cold buffet. They can also be used for smoked or aromatic service: a small amount of smoke is introduced under the cloche before it is placed, and lifting it at the table lets the smoke clear for the reveal.
