These are standard-format hi ball glasses from Utopia, made from toughened glass and supplied in cases of 48. They come in three capacities: 240ml for short mixed drinks, soft drinks and juice, 280ml for soft drinks, mixers and long cocktails, and 340ml for long drinks and cocktails.

Toughened glass is strengthened throughout the body, not just at the rim or base, which is where conventional glasses most often fail in busy service. If a toughened glass does break, it fragments into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards, a practical difference in licensed premises.
