Chilled Drinks Dispensers

The Ugolini Arctic DX 12/3AA is a countertop chilled drink dispenser with three independent bowls and a combined 36-litre capacity. It is designed for continuous cold service of non-carbonated beverages — juices, iced teas, flavoured water, cordials — allowing operators to present multiple varieties simultaneously at a consistent chill throughout the service period.

Each bowl uses a submersible circulation pump rather than relying on surface contact alone. In practice this means the machine maintains temperature reliably as bowls are drawn down and refilled during service, rather than allowing warmer liquid added at the top to sit uncooled. A stirring paddle in each bowl keeps pulpy or mixed drinks homogeneous, which is a genuine operational consideration for juice-based products that separate over time.

From a daily operations standpoint, the machine is straightforward for front-of-house staff to manage:

• Three independent bowls allow different drinks to run simultaneously without cross-contamination
• Removable food-grade bowls and faucets simplify end-of-day cleaning
• Hermetically sealed compressor reduces the likelihood of ongoing maintenance issues
• Stainless steel construction supports durability under regular daily use
• No plumbing connection required, giving flexibility over counter placement

Installation requires only a standard mains electrical supply and reasonable clearance around the condenser for ventilation. Bowls are filled manually rather than via a water line, which keeps siting flexible but does mean a refilling routine needs to be in place during longer service periods — this is worth factoring in for high-footfall events or extended buffet runs.

This model is well suited to hotels, cafés, staff canteens, buffet operations, and event catering settings where a reliable multi-variety cold drinks display is needed without a plumbed installation. It sits in the mid-capacity range, and sites with very high footfall or a need for larger individual bowl volumes may find a higher-capacity alternative more appropriate.

If you would like to talk through whether this model fits your expected service volumes and setup, the team is happy to help you think it through before you commit.

The Ugolini Arctic DX 12/2AA is a counter-top chilled drink dispenser with two independent bowls giving a combined 24-litre capacity. It is designed for continuous, high-volume service of non-carbonated cold beverages — juices, cordials, iced teas, and similar still drinks — where a consistent, ready-to-serve product needs to be maintained throughout a service period without constant staff intervention.

Each bowl circulates liquid via a magnetically operated submersible pump, with a continuously running stirring paddle that keeps the temperature even and prevents juice-based drinks from separating or settling. In practice, this means the product in the bowl at the end of a busy breakfast service should look and taste the same as it did at the start — a detail that matters in buffet and self-service environments where presentation consistency is visible to guests.

From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the unit is designed to keep cleaning and maintenance straightforward:

• Removable food-grade bowls and faucets simplify daily cleaning and hygiene compliance
• Quick-dismantle construction keeps end-of-service strip-down manageable without specialist tools
• Hermetically sealed compressor reduces the likelihood of ongoing mechanical issues
• Stainless steel unibody construction holds up under regular commercial use
• Rubber tap is straightforward to operate during busy service and easy to sanitise

The dispenser is counter-mounted and connects to a standard electrical supply, so installation is generally uncomplicated. It is not suitable for carbonated drinks — operators running a mixed beverage offering should factor this into their equipment planning. Allow reasonable clearance around the unit on the service counter to make daily cleaning practical.

This model is well suited to hotel breakfast operations, café counters, buffet restaurants, and event catering setups where two flavours or drink types need to be served simultaneously at volume. For sites with a single-product offering, a single-bowl model may be sufficient. For very high-footfall or continuous-service environments, a heavier-duty unit with greater capacity may be worth considering.

If you are weighing up whether this capacity and configuration suits your service setup, our team is happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Ugolini Arctic DX 12/1AA is a single-bowl countertop chilled drink dispenser designed to hold non-carbonated beverages at a consistent serving temperature throughout a service period. A magnetically operated submersible pump works alongside a stirring paddle to circulate the drink continuously, keeping the temperature even across the bowl and preventing warm pockets from forming near the surface. This circulation also keeps the product homogenous, which matters for anything containing fruit pulp, cordials, or added syrups that would otherwise settle or separate during service.

In practice, the value of a unit like this lies in its ability to present a chilled drink attractively while allowing rapid, self-serve dispensing without requiring repeated staff attention. That makes it a natural fit for hotel breakfast stations, café serveries, canteen counters, and events catering where the drink needs to look good and stay at temperature across an extended service.

From an operational standpoint, the design has been kept straightforward:

• Removable bowl and faucet allow thorough end-of-day cleaning without specialist tools
• The rubber tap is simple to operate and quick to dismantle for hygiene routines
• Stainless steel construction supports durability under regular commercial use
• Hermetically sealed compressor reduces long-term maintenance exposure
• Manual bowl-fill means no water line is needed, giving flexible placement options

Installation is uncomplicated. The unit sits on a countertop and requires only a standard electrical connection — there is no plumbing involved. That flexibility suits both permanent counters and temporary or event-based setups equally well.

The 12-litre single-bowl format is well suited to moderate service volumes where one drink option is being offered at a time. Sites with higher throughput, longer service periods, or a requirement to offer multiple beverages simultaneously may find a larger-capacity or multi-bowl configuration more appropriate for the demand they are expecting.

If you are weighing up whether this capacity and configuration suits your operation, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Polar G-Series Triple Tank Chilled Drinks Dispenser is a countertop unit designed to hold and present chilled beverages for self-service or assisted service. It houses three independent 12-litre polycarbonate tanks, each visible to customers, making it well suited to hospitality and retail environments where variety and visual appeal support drink sales. Typical uses include fruit juice, iced tea, lemonade, squash, and similar cold beverages.

In practice, the unit performs reliably in steady-flow environments — cafés, visitor attractions, hotel breakfast stations, and convenience stores where drinks are drawn throughout the day rather than in sharp service peaks. Each tank operates independently, so different drinks can be offered simultaneously without cross-contamination of flavours. The gentle stirring paddles in each tank help maintain consistency and reduce frothing and oxidisation, which matters particularly with juice-based drinks that can separate or deteriorate quickly at service temperature.

From an operational standpoint, the design keeps day-to-day management straightforward:

• Bowls, lids, and paddles are all removable, making end-of-day cleaning practical without specialist tools
• Independent tanks allow one to be refilled or changed without taking the whole unit offline
• Clear polycarbonate tanks give staff an at-a-glance view of levels, reducing the risk of running dry during service
• Self-service positioning frees staff from drink preparation during busy periods

The unit runs from a standard mains supply and is designed for countertop placement. It should be sited in a well-ventilated area and away from direct heat sources or sunlight, which can affect chilling performance. The manufacturer specifies a maximum ambient operating temperature of 32°C — worth considering for sites with limited air conditioning. At 36kg, the unit has reasonable weight for a triple-tank dispenser, so counter load-bearing capacity is worth checking before installation.

This dispenser is best suited to sites that offer a small, defined range of cold drinks and need a presentable, low-maintenance solution. It is not designed for high-volume continuous draw environments such as large stadia or busy fast-food operations, where a larger-capacity or higher-throughput unit would be more appropriate. Equally, if only one or two drink options are needed, a single or twin-tank model may be a more practical fit.

If you are unsure whether this unit is the right capacity for your expected service volumes, or have questions about counter placement and power supply, we are happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Santos 34-3A is a refrigerated countertop drink dispenser with three independent 12-litre tanks, giving 36 litres of total holding capacity. It is designed to keep cold beverages — fruit juices, iced teas, flavoured waters, and soft drinks — at a consistent serving temperature throughout the day, while presenting them visibly to encourage self-service or counter-served sales.

In a working commercial environment, this type of unit performs well where drink demand is steady and spread across a service period rather than concentrated into short, intense bursts. The built-in stirring paddles keep contents in gentle, continuous motion, which reduces foaming, slows oxidisation, and helps maintain drink quality from the first serving to the last. The refrigeration system holds contents reliably within a cold-serving range, so temperature consistency is maintained even during busier trade periods.

From a practical standpoint, the 34-3A offers a number of operational advantages:

• Three separate tanks allow three different beverages to run simultaneously
• Stirring paddles help preserve drink quality and reduce product waste over a full service
• Simple lever dispensing keeps service fast and accessible for both staff and customers
• Smooth exterior surfaces support straightforward daily cleaning routines
• Visible drink display encourages impulse purchasing in retail and leisure settings

The unit runs from a standard single-phase supply, so specialist electrical work is not required in most commercial premises. It is freestanding and intended for countertop use — the weight-bearing capacity and available depth of the surface should be considered before positioning. Tanks are filled manually rather than plumbed in, which is worth factoring into daily staffing and restocking routines, particularly on higher-volume days.

The 34-3A is well suited to convenience stores, hotel buffet areas, cinema foyers, leisure centres, and similar venues where a compact, multi-drink display adds genuine service value without requiring a large footprint. For very high-volume operations with near-continuous demand throughout the day, a higher-capacity unit may be a more appropriate fit.

This unit is special-to-order. If you would like to talk through whether the configuration and capacity suit your operation before placing an order, we are glad to help.

The Santos 34-1A is a single-bowl cold drink dispenser designed for front-of-house beverage service in commercial and retail environments. It holds a single 12-litre tank and is built to present and serve cold drinks consistently throughout the day — whether that's fruit juice, iced tea, flavoured water, soft drinks, or cold brew coffee. The unit keeps beverages chilled within a moderate temperature range, making it well suited to juice and soft drink service rather than frozen or slush-style drinks.

In a working service environment, the integrated stirring paddle is one of the more useful features. It keeps the drink in gentle continuous motion throughout the shift, which slows oxidisation, reduces foaming, and helps maintain a consistent appearance from the first glass to the last. In practice, this means less product going to waste at the end of the day and drinks that look presentable throughout service — particularly relevant in self-serve or grab-and-go settings where the visual presentation of a beverage directly influences purchase decisions.

• Lever dispensing reduces service time and suits both staffed and self-serve counters
• Continuous stirring maintains consistent flavour and appearance across the full shift
• Compact footprint works well on smaller counters without reducing tank capacity
• Easy-clean exterior keeps hygiene upkeep manageable during and after service
• Visible beverage display supports impulse purchase in retail environments

Installation is straightforward. The unit is freestanding and runs from a standard 13A socket with no water plumbing required. The tank is filled manually, which also makes it easy to move between service areas or deploy at events. Weight at 15kg keeps it manageable for counter repositioning when needed.

This dispenser is a practical choice for cafés, convenience stores, leisure centres, cinemas, and similar sites where one beverage line is sufficient and counter space is at a premium. For operations requiring multiple flavours simultaneously, or sites with significantly higher daily throughput, a multi-bowl unit from the Santos range is likely to be a better fit.

If you'd like to talk through whether a single-bowl unit suits your expected daily volumes, or which beverages work well in this type of dispenser, the team is happy to work through the detail with you.

The Polar G-Series is a countertop chilled drinks dispenser with two independent 12-litre tanks. It is designed for self-serve and attended beverage service in commercial settings, keeping drinks chilled and consistently mixed throughout a service period. The paddle stirring system runs continuously, which reduces froth and oxidation — two issues that commonly affect juice presentation in busy environments. The tanks are polycarbonate with a stainless steel body, a combination that holds up reliably to the cleaning regime a commercial operation demands.

In day-to-day service, having two separate tanks is a more practical advantage than it might first appear. It allows operators to offer two different drinks simultaneously — fresh juice alongside a cordial, for example, or two distinct varieties — without needing a second unit on the counter. The paddle system means drinks stay visually clear and well-mixed without staff needing to intervene between refills, which matters during busy breakfast sittings or self-serve conference breaks when attention is elsewhere.

From an operational standpoint, the key practical advantages are:

• Continuous paddle stirring keeps drinks mixed and froth-free throughout service
• Two independent tanks allow two drink options from a single countertop unit
• Removable bowls make end-of-service cleaning manageable
• Stainless steel and polycarbonate construction is durable under daily commercial use
• R290 refrigerant keeps running costs modest relative to the cooling output delivered

The unit is mains electric and requires no specialist ventilation, so installation is straightforward. It sits on a standard countertop, though operators should confirm the surface can support the loaded weight and allow adequate depth. Most will find a fixed position more practical once water filling and drainage arrangements are factored in, even though the unit can be repositioned if needed.

This dispenser is well suited to hotels running breakfast service, cafés with a self-serve drinks station, staff canteens, and event or conference catering. The combined 24-litre capacity handles moderate service volumes comfortably. For larger sites running extended service periods or very high footfall, a higher-capacity unit may reduce refill frequency and better match demand.

If you are weighing up whether this unit is the right fit for your service volume or counter arrangement, the team is glad to talk through the options with you.

The Polar G-Series is a single-tank, countertop chilled drinks dispenser designed for self-service and assisted-service beverage stations in commercial hospitality settings. It keeps juices, cordials, and similar cold drinks at a consistent serving temperature throughout a service period, and the continuous paddle stirring system prevents separation in juice-based drinks while maintaining an even chill across the full tank — so guests at the end of the queue receive the same quality as those at the start.

In practice, that consistency is what makes this unit useful in a busy breakfast service or conference setting. Without active circulation, cold drinks can develop warm patches or visible separation fairly quickly, which affects both presentation and quality. The paddle system addresses that without requiring any intervention from front-of-house staff once the unit is set up.

From an operational standpoint, the dispenser is straightforward to run and clean:

• Removable polycarbonate bowl allows thorough end-of-day cleaning
• Stainless steel and polycarbonate construction handles daily commercial use reliably
• Compact footprint suits countertop positioning in tighter service areas
• Single-tank format keeps operation simple for front-of-house staff

Installation requires nothing beyond a standard 13A socket — there is no plumbing or fixed installation involved. At 19kg, it can be repositioned if your service layout changes between events or seasons. It should be placed on a stable, level surface with reasonable clearance at the rear for ventilation.

This unit suits hotels running breakfast service, cafés with a self-serve cold drinks offering, and event or conference venues where a reliable, consistent cold drinks station is needed. It is a single-tank dispenser, so operations serving several different drinks simultaneously, or sites with very high footfall, may find a multi-tank or larger-capacity format more appropriate.

If you would like to talk through whether this capacity is the right fit for your service volumes, we are glad to help before you commit to an order.
