Imperial commercial gas cooking equipment for professional kitchens. The range includes CIHPA four and six ring gas hotplates, CIFS-40-OP and CIFS-50 single tank gas fryers, and CIRB-24 and CIRB-36 gas radiant chargrills.

There is also the CIRSB-36 gas infrared salamander grill, and CITG-24 and CITG-36 gas griddles with steel plates. On the chargrills, griddles and salamander the number in the model name is the width in inches, so choose by the space you have and the volume you cook.
