Robot Coupe Food Processing Machines

The Robot Coupe R5 VVG is a table top bowl cutter designed for consistent, repeatable food preparation in professional kitchens. It uses a stainless steel bowl and flat stainless steel blade to handle a broad range of prep tasks — chopping, mixing, kneading, and pureeing — within a single compact unit. Variable speed control allows the cutting action to be adjusted to suit the task, and a built-in timer supports uniform results across prep shifts and between different kitchen staff. The redesigned bowl includes an ergonomic handle, and the transparent lid allows liquids to be added during processing without stopping the machine.

In daily kitchen use, the R5 VVG holds up well through repeated prep cycles. It is broadly suited to operations running up to around 80 covers, handling everything from vegetable work and sauce preparation to pastry doughs and smooth purees. The variable speed range means the same unit can manage both delicate emulsifications and more demanding processing tasks, which helps keep the prep bench clear of single-purpose machines and reduces handling time between tasks.

From an operational standpoint, the key practical advantages are:

• Variable speed gives precise control across a wide range of ingredients and textures
• Transparent lid allows liquid additions mid-cycle without interrupting processing
• Bowl locks securely during operation, supporting safe use across all kitchen staff
• Stainless steel bowl and blade are robust, hygienic, and straightforward to clean
• Integrated timer promotes consistent, repeatable results across multiple prep shifts

The unit runs from a standard single-phase supply and is designed for bench or table top installation. A stable, appropriately heighted work surface is important for safe, comfortable use. As with any bowl cutter, the blade requires careful handling during cleaning and reassembly — worth factoring into staff induction and day-to-day kitchen procedures.

The R5 VVG is well suited to independent restaurants, hotel kitchens, pub kitchens, and contract catering operations where reliable mid-volume prep capacity is needed each service. It is not designed for high-volume central production environments, where a larger floor-standing machine would be the more appropriate choice. Equally, smaller operations with lighter prep demands may find a lower-capacity model the more cost-effective option.

If you want to talk through whether the R5 VVG fits your prep volumes and workflow, the team is happy to work through it with you.

The Robot Coupe R7VV is a table top bowl cutter designed for continuous food preparation in professional kitchens. Unlike single-speed alternatives, it operates across a variable speed range, allowing one machine to cover tasks that would otherwise require different equipment — from delicate emulsifications and smooth purées at the lower end of the range through to rougher chopping, mincing and kneaded mixtures at higher settings. The stainless steel bowl locks securely during operation, and the transparent lid allows liquids or additional ingredients to be introduced whilst the machine is running, which is a practical advantage during sauce, soup and dressing production. A built-in timer and an ergonomic bowl handle complete the working specification.

In a busy prep kitchen, the variable speed control is where this machine earns its place. Single-speed bowl cutters can struggle when a kitchen's prep list spans very different textures and consistencies across a single shift. The R7VV handles that range without compromise, delivering consistent results across repeated batches, and the built-in timer helps teams maintain that consistency between operators and across services — a genuine advantage in kitchens where prep is shared across a brigade.

• Variable speed range gives precise control over texture from smooth to coarse
• Built-in timer supports batch consistency and reduces reliance on operator judgement
• Transparent lid allows safe addition of liquids or ingredients mid-process
• Ergonomic bowl handle simplifies removal, emptying and transfer to the sink
• Secure bowl lock keeps the unit stable and safe at higher operating speeds

The R7VV is a countertop unit and requires a stable, solid work surface with sufficient clearance above for safe bowl removal. It runs on a standard single-phase supply, which keeps installation straightforward in most kitchens without specialist electrical work. There are no drainage or water connections required, though positioning it within practical reach of a sink makes the daily cleaning routine more manageable. In kitchens where bench space is limited, it is worth considering both where the machine will operate during prep and where it will be stored between services.

This model is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, gastro pubs and contract catering operations with regular, varied prep demands. It performs most reliably where a kitchen needs consistent output across a mixed prep list day after day. For lighter or less frequent prep volumes, a more compact bowl cutter may represent better value. At the other end of the scale, high-throughput central production or cook-chill facilities processing very large batch quantities may find a larger-capacity floor-standing unit better matched to their operational requirements.

If you would like to talk through whether the R7VV fits your kitchen's prep workload, the team is happy to help you work through that before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R20E is a floor-standing bowl cutter designed for sustained, high-output food preparation in professional kitchens. Its large stainless steel bowl and induction motor are built to handle continuous batch processing across multiple prep sessions — the kind of workload that would quickly stress a countertop machine pressed into service beyond its intended capacity.

In practice, this type of machine is most commonly found in large restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting departments, and contract catering operations where consistent throughput day in, day out is a baseline requirement. The induction motor runs cooler and more quietly than brush-motor alternatives and holds up well under daily intensive use — a practical consideration when the machine is running through several cycles every service. The transparent lid allows liquids to be introduced safely during processing, which is useful when working with soups, sauces, or emulsified dressings at volume.

The R-Mix function extends the machine's usefulness beyond straight cutting and pureeing, allowing delicate or cooked ingredients to be handled gently without the main blade engaging at full speed. For kitchens producing varied menus, this reduces the need for additional equipment to cover lighter mixing tasks.

• Dual-speed operation suits both aggressive chopping and finer processing work
• Induction motor runs cooler and more durably under continuous daily use
• R-Mix function handles delicate ingredients without risk of over-processing
• Transparent lid allows safe addition of liquids mid-cycle
• Secure bowl locking mechanism protects operators during processing

As a floor-standing unit, the R20E needs a dedicated, permanent position with adequate clearance around the bowl for safe removal and cleaning. It operates on a three-phase electrical supply — this is a firm requirement and not something that can be worked around without a site electrical upgrade. It is worth confirming your supply before ordering.

The R20E is well suited to operations where prep volumes genuinely justify a floor-standing machine: central production kitchens, large restaurants, hotel banqueting, and contract catering facilities. Kitchens processing lower volumes would likely be better served by a countertop model from the same range. For very high-throughput central production sites, heavier-duty options are available within the wider catalogue.

If you want to talk through whether the R20E is the right fit for your prep volumes and electrical setup, the team is happy to have that conversation before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R8E is a table top bowl cutter designed for serious daily food preparation in professional kitchens. It uses a rotating stainless steel bowl combined with a spinning knife blade to chop, blend, mix, knead, and purée a wide range of ingredients quickly and to a consistent result. It sits at the upper end of Robot Coupe's table top cutter range and is well established in kitchens carrying heavy, sustained prep loads.

In a working kitchen environment, the R8E holds up well under continuous use. The dual-speed operation gives kitchen teams genuine control over texture and consistency — the lower speed suits kneading and gentler mixing tasks, while the higher speed handles rapid chopping and blending. That flexibility is useful across varied or frequently changing menus. The machine is commonly found in kitchens preparing in the region of 300 covers, though actual throughput will depend on what is being processed and how batches are organised.

Practical operational advantages include:

• Dual-speed control to suit tasks from gentle kneading to rapid blending
• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added safely while the machine is running
• Bowl locking mechanism prevents unsafe operation with the lid removed
• Stainless steel knife blade included as standard
• Consistent batch results that reduce manual prep time across a service

The most important consideration before purchase is the electrical supply. The R8E requires a three-phase connection and is not compatible with single-phase installations — this must be confirmed before the machine arrives. As a countertop unit, bench space, working height, and proximity to a suitable outlet all need factoring into your kitchen layout. The machine carries meaningful weight and footprint, so positioning it for both safe operation and efficient workflow is worth planning in advance.

This machine is well suited to restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and central production units where prep volumes are consistently high and a three-phase supply is already in place. Smaller operations or lower cover counts may find a reduced-capacity table top cutter more appropriate. At the other end of the scale, very high-volume or extended-shift production environments — central kitchens running long continuous prep sessions, for instance — may benefit from moving to a floor-standing model rather than working a table top unit at its limits.

If you would like to talk through whether the R8E fits your prep volumes, menu type, or kitchen setup, the team is happy to help you work it out before you order.

The Robot Coupe R20E V.V. is a floor-standing bowl cutter designed for sustained, high-volume ingredient preparation in commercial kitchens. It combines a large-capacity stainless steel cutter bowl with variable speed control, giving operators the flexibility to work across a wide range of ingredients and textures — from coarse chopping through to smooth purées — within a single machine.

The variable speed range is central to how this machine earns its place in a working kitchen. Lower speeds offer greater control over delicate or moisture-rich ingredients that would break down too quickly at full power, while higher speeds handle dense or fibrous produce efficiently during busy prep periods. The R-Mix function adds a useful dimension, allowing gentle mixing without the blades engaging in a cutting action — which matters whenever a recipe calls for incorporation rather than reduction. At this bowl size, the machine is commonly used in kitchens producing food for up to around 300 covers, though actual throughput will depend on what is being processed and how the prep schedule is structured.

From an operational standpoint, the practical advantages include:

• Variable speed adapts to a broad range of prep tasks without switching machines
• R-Mix function handles gentle mixing without unintended chopping
• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added during processing without stopping the cycle
• Removable, lockable bowl simplifies cleaning and supports consistent hygiene routines
• Induction motor in a polycarbonate base is built for intensive daily use

As a floor-standing unit, the R20E V.V. requires adequate floor space and a stable, level surface. It draws meaningful power during operation, so it is worth confirming your kitchen's electrical supply is appropriately rated before installation. The machine is supplied with a flat stainless steel blade as standard; if your operation involves more specialised processing requirements, it is sensible to confirm the standard configuration suits your workflow before ordering.

This model is well suited to central production kitchens, large restaurant or hotel operations, contract catering facilities, and any site where consistent high-volume ingredient prep is a daily requirement. For kitchens with lighter or less frequent prep demands, a more compact benchtop cutter may be a more proportionate choice. For very high-output sites processing significantly greater volumes, a larger-capacity model may be worth considering.

If you would like to talk through whether this machine fits your prep volumes and kitchen setup, the team is happy to help before you commit to a purchase.

The Robot Coupe R8E V.V. is a countertop bowl cutter designed for commercial prep kitchens where the daily workload spans a range of ingredients and textures. It handles chopping, mixing, kneading, emulsifying, and pureeing, and the variable speed control sets it apart from fixed-speed machines by allowing the operator to select the right RPM for each task rather than accepting a compromise setting across all of them.

In practical terms, that speed flexibility has a direct effect on output quality. Softer ingredients — fresh herbs, cooked vegetables, emulsified dressings — can be processed at lower speeds where a single-speed machine might over-work or split them. Denser preparations such as meat farces or bread doughs benefit from higher RPM and the sustained torque that comes with it. The transparent lid allows liquids to be introduced mid-process without stopping the machine, which is genuinely useful for sauces, vinaigrettes, and soups where staged additions are part of the method.

From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the R8E V.V. offers several practical advantages:

• Variable speed control matched to ingredient type reduces over-processing and waste
• Mid-process liquid addition via transparent lid without interrupting the cycle
• Secure bowl lock supports consistent, safe use across an entire prep team
• Stainless steel flat blade included as standard for general preparation work
• Compact countertop footprint integrates into most existing prep layouts

Installation is straightforward — the unit sits on a stable work surface and requires a suitable electrical supply. It is worth assessing counter depth and proximity to your main prep area before positioning, particularly in kitchens where space is tight, as workflow efficiency across a shift is directly affected by where the machine sits relative to other prep stations.

The R8E V.V. is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, care catering operations, contract caterers, and similar environments where prep volumes are moderate and the menu demands flexibility across different ingredient types. For sites with significantly higher batch volumes or production kitchen throughput, a machine with greater bowl capacity is likely the more practical choice. For very occasional or light-duty use, a smaller unit may offer better value.

If you would like to talk through whether the R8E V.V. is the right fit for your prep volumes and kitchen setup, the team is happy to help you work it out before you order.

The Robot Coupe R2AD is a compact table top bowl cutter designed for professional food preparation in smaller commercial kitchen environments. It handles a broad range of prep tasks — chopping, mixing, pureeing and emulsifying — built around the dependable motor and bowl engineering that Robot Coupe has long been associated with in commercial catering. The stainless steel bowl locks securely into the base during operation, and the transparent lid allows liquids to be introduced while the machine is running, which is a practical detail when working through sauce or soup prep at pace.

In a working kitchen, the R2AD performs consistently as an everyday prep tool. It is best suited to moderate prep volumes rather than high-output production environments, and for sites serving up to around twenty covers it handles daily requirements reliably without occupying significant bench space. Single-speed operation keeps the machine straightforward for any member of the brigade to use without instruction, which reduces the risk of user error during a busy service.

The practical advantages this unit offers a small kitchen team include:

• Single-speed operation keeps day-to-day use simple and consistent across the team
• Locking bowl mechanism provides stable, safe processing throughout each batch
• Transparent lid allows ingredients to be added mid-process without stopping the machine
• Removable stainless steel bowl supports fast cleaning between prep runs
• Compact footprint suits kitchens where bench space is limited

As a table top unit, the R2AD requires only a standard mains socket and a clear section of worktop — there are no specialist installation requirements. It is worth being clear, however, that this is a single-speed machine with a smaller bowl capacity. Kitchens running high-volume prep, processing large batches repeatedly throughout the day, or working with particularly dense or fibrous ingredients may find the throughput limiting over time.

The R2AD is well suited to small independent restaurants, cafés, pub kitchens, hotel operations with modest covers, and catering setups where reliable bench-top processing is needed without the footprint or output demands of a larger machine. For higher-volume sites or kitchens with more demanding production requirements, a heavier-duty model within the Robot Coupe range would be worth considering.

If you are weighing up whether this unit matches your prep volumes and menu requirements, we are happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R15E V.V. is a floor-standing bowl cutter designed for production kitchens where food preparation is continuous, high-volume, and needs to deliver consistent results across a full service day. The V.V. designation refers to variable speed control, which allows the operator to dial in the appropriate processing speed for each task rather than working with a single fixed setting — a meaningful distinction when the machine is expected to handle a wide variety of prep work throughout the day.

In a busy kitchen environment, the R15E V.V. handles the core range of preparation tasks reliably: bulk vegetable chopping, blending soups and sauces, producing smooth purees, and kneading dough. The variable speed range is particularly useful where texture is important — lower speeds suit gentle mixing and delicate combinations, while higher speeds move through bulk chopping and blending efficiently. The R-Mix function allows ingredients to be folded and incorporated without engaging the cutting action, which is useful when the aim is to combine rather than process down. Kitchens running high cover counts or extended prep sessions will find the throughput well matched to sustained demand.

From a practical standpoint, the day-to-day operational advantages include:

• Variable speed control across a wide range of preparation tasks, from delicate mixing to bulk chopping
• R-Mix function incorporates ingredients without unwanted cutting or breakdown
• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added during processing without interrupting the cycle
• Removable, lockable stainless steel bowl supports safe operation and straightforward cleaning between tasks
• Floor-standing configuration frees up bench space in tighter prep areas

Being floor-standing, the machine does not occupy worktop space, but it does require a stable, level position with sufficient clearance around it for bowl removal, routine cleaning, and safe daily use. As with any high-output cutting machine, blade condition and correct loading practice will influence both performance and longevity. The unit's weight and working height mean it is worth confirming that the intended position allows for ergonomic and safe bowl handling before committing to a location.

The R15E V.V. is well suited to contract caterers, large restaurant and hotel kitchens, banqueting operations, and central production units where prep volume is consistently high. Smaller operations with more modest throughput requirements may find a compact countertop processor a more proportionate choice. At the other end of the scale, very high-capacity or near-industrial production environments may benefit from a larger-bowl machine.

If you would like to talk through whether the R15E V.V. is the right fit for your prep volumes and kitchen setup, the team is happy to work through it with you before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R10E V.V. is a countertop bowl cutter built for sustained, high-volume food preparation in professional kitchens. It handles chopping, mixing, kneading and puréeing across a wide range of ingredients, and is designed to perform consistently through long prep sessions. The defining characteristic of this model is variable speed control — operators can select the cutting speed most appropriate to the ingredient and the result required, rather than working around a fixed setting.

That flexibility has real practical value across the prep cycle. Delicate work such as emulsifying dressings or processing fish and soft vegetables benefits from a lower speed and greater control. Tougher tasks — breaking down root vegetables or preparing meat for pâté — can be run at higher speeds without stressing the motor. The R-Mix function extends the machine's usefulness further: it mixes without chopping, which is helpful when finishing sauces or folding ingredients that should not be processed further. A transparent lid allows liquids to be added during operation, keeping prep cycles uninterrupted.

From an operational standpoint, the R10E V.V. offers several clear advantages:

• Variable speed control for precise results across different textures and densities
• R-Mix function handles delicate mixing without risk of over-processing
• Liquid addition through the lid without stopping the machine
• Secure bowl lock during operation; removable bowl for efficient cleaning between batches
• Induction motor suited to intensive, repeated use across extended prep sessions

The unit requires no fixed installation and connects to a standard electrical supply. It should be positioned on a stable, adequately sized surface given the bowl capacity and the forces generated during use. If there is any uncertainty about your site's electrical supply, confirm compatibility before ordering.

This machine is well suited to kitchens running consistently high prep volumes — restaurants from around 200 covers per service upward, hotel operations, contract catering, and production kitchens where batch consistency matters daily. Smaller operations with lighter or less frequent prep demands may find a lower-capacity model a more proportionate fit. At the other end, very high-output central production kitchens may benefit from a floor-standing alternative with greater capacity.

If you would like to talk through how the R10E V.V. fits your prep volumes and kitchen setup before committing, the team is happy to have that conversation.

The Robot Coupe R10E is a table-top bowl cutter designed for high-volume food preparation in professional kitchens. It works by combining a rotating stainless steel bowl with a high-speed cutting blade, processing large batches of food quickly and to a consistent finish. Two operating speeds give operators control over the result — a lower speed for more precise or delicate work, and a higher speed for rapid bulk processing. The R-Mix function extends the machine's usefulness further, allowing ingredients to be folded and incorporated gently without cutting — useful for anything from mousse to stuffings where texture needs to be preserved.

In a busy prep environment, the R10E holds up well under sustained daily use. The dual-speed induction motor is built for the kind of repeated, intensive cycles that serious prep schedules demand. The transparent lid allows liquids to be added during operation without stopping the machine, which is a genuine time-saver when working through soups, emulsions, or sauces at volume. The bowl locks securely during operation and lifts clear cleanly for transfer or washing — important when the machine is being turned around quickly between tasks.

Across a typical prep cycle, the R10E handles tasks including:

• Chopping and mincing meat, vegetables, and aromatics at volume
• Blending and pureeing soups and sauces to a consistent finish
• Kneading doughs and pastes where uniform texture matters
• Gentle folding of delicate ingredients via the R-Mix function
• Processing both cold and cooked ingredients across a full service cycle

The R10E requires a three-phase electrical supply, and this is the most important practical consideration before ordering. It is not suitable for kitchens with single-phase power only. The machine is table-top mounted, so a stable worksurface close to a suitable three-phase connection is needed. It is worth confirming your electrical installation with a qualified engineer before the unit arrives on site to avoid unnecessary delays.

This machine is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, contract caterers, and production units carrying out food preparation at scale on a daily basis. For smaller operations with lighter or less frequent prep demands, a lower-capacity model is likely a more proportionate choice. At the other end, very high-volume production sites processing continuously may find a larger-bowl or floor-standing model a better long-term fit.

If you want to talk through whether the R10E is the right match for your kitchen's prep volume and electrical setup, the team is happy to help before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R3D 1500T is a compact table top bowl cutter designed for use in commercial food preparation environments. It handles chopping, mixing, pureeing and kneading across a wide range of raw and cooked ingredients, using a stainless steel bowl paired with a transparent lid. That lid allows liquids to be added during operation without stopping the machine — a practical detail that keeps certain prep tasks moving without interruption. The bowl locks securely into position before the unit will run, and a stainless steel flat blade is supplied as standard.

In a working kitchen, the R3D 1500T performs reliably at moderate prep volumes, producing consistent results across repeated batches. Single-speed operation means any member of the team can use it with minimal instruction, which is a genuine advantage in kitchens where multiple staff rotate through prep duties. It is commonly found in operations serving up to around 30 covers, managing daily mise en place without occupying significant worktop space.

Day-to-day operational advantages include:

• Compact footprint suits kitchens where worktop space is limited
• Transparent lid allows ingredient additions mid-process without stopping
• Bowl lock ensures consistent, repeatable operation across all staff
• Single-speed controls reduce training time and user error
• Stainless steel bowl and blade are durable and straightforward to clean

The R3D 1500T is a countertop unit requiring only a standard electrical supply — no gas, water or ventilation connections are needed. Before positioning it, it is worth confirming available worktop depth and the proximity of a suitable socket. The unit is designed for table top use only and is not suitable for floor mounting.

This model is well suited to smaller kitchens, cafés, delis, care homes and similar operations where prep volumes are modest and consistency is important. It represents a practical entry point into Robot Coupe's bowl cutter range. For operations with higher throughput demands or larger batch requirements, a heavier-duty model from the same range may be more appropriate.

If you would like to talk through whether this model fits your prep workflow before going ahead, the team is always happy to help.

The Robot Coupe R5G is a table top bowl cutter built for professional food preparation. It combines a rotating stainless steel bowl with a high-speed blade assembly to chop, mix, knead, and purée a broad range of ingredients without switching between machines. Two operating speeds and a pulse function give prep teams direct control over texture, making it practical for everything from coarse vegetable work to smooth purées and emulsified sauces.

In a working kitchen, the R5G performs reliably across daily prep cycles where consistency matters. The two-speed motor means operators can move between task types without reaching for separate equipment, and the pulse function reduces the risk of over-processing on texture-sensitive preparations. The built-in timer supports repeatable batch work across a full prep shift, which is particularly useful where portion consistency is expected across multiple services.

From an operational standpoint, the R5G offers several practical advantages for prep teams:

• Two-speed motor handles a wide range of prep tasks from a single unit
• Pulse function provides controlled, short-burst processing for texture-sensitive work
• Built-in timer supports consistent, repeatable batches across a full prep shift
• Magnetic safety system prevents operation with the lid unseated, reducing risk during busy prep
• Stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle aids safe handling and speeds up cleaning

One practical point to confirm before ordering: the R5G requires a three-phase electrical supply. This is standard in most established commercial kitchen environments, but if you are fitting out a new or smaller site, it is worth verifying with your electrician beforehand. The machine is bench-mounted and compact enough for most prep areas, though adequate worktop clearance should be allowed for safe bowl removal and cleaning access.

The R5G is well suited to kitchens with consistent daily prep demands — restaurants, pub kitchens, hotel operations, and contract catering sites are typical users. It is not intended for very high-volume central production environments, where a larger-capacity floor-standing model would be a more appropriate choice. For lighter prep requirements or smaller operations, a lower-capacity model from the Robot Coupe range may offer a better fit.

If you would like to talk through whether the R5G is the right match for your prep volumes or electrical setup, the team is glad to help before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R4VVB is a countertop bowl cutter designed for professional food preparation environments. A rotating stainless steel blade inside a sealed bowl handles a broad range of tasks — chopping, puréeing, mixing, and kneading — with consistent results across batches. The variable speed control is the defining feature of the VVB designation, allowing operators to dial in the right speed for different ingredients and textures rather than relying on a fixed setting.

In a working kitchen, the R4VVB is a reliable daily-use machine. It is commonly found in kitchens operating at small to mid-scale prep volumes, where consistency matters and bench space is limited. The variable speed capability means a single unit can move between delicate emulsifications and coarser chops without changing equipment, which is a practical advantage in tight prep areas. It performs well across repeated batches during a standard prep period and is built to handle the knocks and ambient moisture typical of a commercial kitchen environment.

From a day-to-day standpoint, the key operational advantages include:

• Variable speed control adapts to different ingredients without swapping machines
• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added safely during operation
• Bowl locks securely during use, reducing spillage and operator error
• Straightforward controls accessible to most kitchen staff with minimal instruction
• Robust motor housing suited to the demands of a busy prep kitchen

The R4VVB requires only a standard mains electrical supply and a stable, level work surface with adequate clearance. There is no water connection or specialist installation required, which makes it straightforward to deploy across most kitchen types, including smaller sites with limited infrastructure.

This model is well suited to independent restaurants, cafés, hotel kitchens, and catering operations preparing food at small to mid-scale volumes. If your prep throughput is higher or you regularly process large batches, a heavier-duty or larger-capacity unit is likely the more appropriate choice. Equally, if your prep needs are straightforward and a fixed-speed machine would serve them adequately, it is worth considering whether the variable speed range represents the right level of investment for your operation.

If you are unsure whether the R4VVB is the right fit for your prep setup, our team are happy to talk it through with you.

The Robot Coupe R4A MONO 1500T is a single-speed countertop bowl cutter designed for consistent, repeatable food preparation in professional kitchens. It handles chopping, mixing, kneading and puréeing using a stainless steel flat blade knife within a stainless steel bowl. A transparent lid allows liquids to be added mid-batch without stopping the machine, which keeps prep moving during busier windows.

In daily kitchen use, this type of machine earns its place through reliability rather than versatility. The single-speed motor is built for sustained repetitive work — the kind of prep that would otherwise consume a meaningful portion of the morning shift. Robot Coupe equipment has a long-standing reputation in commercial kitchens for exactly this: consistent performance over years of regular use rather than occasional light work.

The practical advantages in a working kitchen are straightforward:

• Single-speed operation is consistent and simple for any member of the prep team to use
• Lockable removable bowl supports safe handling and makes cleaning more manageable
• Transparent lid allows liquid additions mid-cycle without interrupting the batch
• Stainless steel bowl and blade are hygienic and hold up well under daily commercial use
• Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where worktop space is limited

Installation is uncomplicated. The unit is countertop-mounted and requires only a standard mains supply — no plumbing, gas connection or extraction is required. Before fixing its position, it is worth confirming the worksurface is stable and that there is enough clearance around the machine for safe bowl removal and routine handling.

This model is well suited to independent restaurants, café kitchens, hotel operations and contract catering sites preparing for up to around 50 covers per service. It is less well matched to sites running high-volume or continuous batch-processing demands — for those environments, a heavier-duty model with greater bowl capacity is likely to be the more practical choice.

If you are weighing up whether this model fits your prep volumes and workflow, the team is happy to talk it through with you before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R30A is a floor-standing bowl cutter and mixer built for high-volume food preparation in professional catering environments. It handles a broad range of prep tasks within a single machine — mincing, emulsifying, chopping, kneading, and grinding — making it a practical choice for operations where daily prep volumes justify a dedicated, fixed-position unit rather than a bench-top alternative.

In sustained prep sessions, the R30A is engineered to run repeatedly without the overheating and performance drop that affects lighter machines pushed beyond their intended capacity. Two motor speeds give operators meaningful control over texture and consistency, useful when moving between fine emulsifications and coarser chops within the same session. The built-in timer allows the machine to run unattended while other prep work continues alongside it, which suits kitchens where prep time is tightly managed.

Several design details reduce friction during a busy prep shift:

• Tilting bowl makes emptying and transferring large volumes noticeably easier and faster
• See-through watertight lid includes a removable centre section for adding ingredients mid-cycle
• Internal lid wiper keeps the inside clear during operation, reducing the need to stop and clean
• Safety indication light confirms correct lid seating before the machine will start
• Stainless steel control panel is straightforward to operate and quick to wipe down between uses

The R30A requires a three-phase electrical supply. Kitchens without an existing three-phase connection will need electrical work carried out before installation — this is a significant practical consideration that should be confirmed early. The machine is floor-standing on three sturdy legs and is best treated as a fixed installation; its footprint and weight make regular repositioning impractical. Adequate clearance for the bowl to tilt fully and for the operator to work safely around the unit should be factored into any space plan from the outset.

This machine is well suited to central production kitchens, contract catering operations, large institutional catering facilities, and high-volume foodservice sites where a 30-litre working capacity is genuinely needed day to day. Smaller operations, or those with more varied and lower-volume prep requirements, may find a bench-top model with a reduced bowl capacity more appropriate and more cost-effective. For sites with significantly higher throughput demands, heavier-duty options with greater capacity are worth considering.

If you are weighing up whether the R30A is the right fit for your prep volumes, or have questions about your electrical supply and what installation involves, the team is happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R Cook is a countertop heated food processor that combines cutting, blending, emulsifying, mixing, chopping and kneading with an integrated heating function. Rather than transferring product between a cooking vessel and a separate blender, operators can cook and process within the same bowl — a meaningful advantage for kitchens producing sauces, soups, purées, emulsified preparations and cooked garnishes at volume.

In a working kitchen, the R Cook earns its place by reducing the number of active pieces of equipment required on the bench during service. Temperature control is precise enough for preparations that are sensitive to overheating, and the R-Mix inverse blade rotation function allows delicate ingredients to be folded in gently rather than cut — useful where texture and finish need to be preserved. At higher speeds, blending and emulsification remain consistent across batches, which matters when the same preparation needs to be reproduced reliably across multiple covers or shifts.

From a practical standpoint, the main operational advantages are:

• Combined cooking and processing in a single unit, reducing bench footprint and handling steps
• Programmable recipe storage for repeatable results across different kitchen teams and shifts
• Inverse blade rotation for gentle incorporation of fragile or textured ingredients
• Intermittent hold function to maintain temperature between processing stages
• Low operating noise, relevant in open or semi-open kitchen environments

The R Cook is a countertop unit and requires a stable worktop position with reasonable clearance around it. It runs on an electrical supply — confirm the exact requirement with your installation team before commissioning. Bowl and blade assemblies require careful handling during cleaning, as with any bowl cutter of this type.

This machine is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, healthcare catering and contract catering operations where both cooking and precision processing are needed from a single unit. The programmable function is particularly valued where consistency across shifts or kitchen teams is a priority. For very high-volume production environments where larger batch capacity is the primary consideration, a heavier-duty or larger-bowl alternative from the range may be worth exploring.

If you'd like to talk through whether the R Cook fits your workflow and production volumes before committing, the team is happy to help you work through it.

The Robot Coupe R23A is a floor-standing cutter mixer designed for serious large-batch food preparation in professional kitchen environments. Sitting at the upper end of the Robot Coupe cutter range, it handles significant daily volumes of raw ingredients and covers a broad span of preparation tasks: chopping, mixing, emulsifying, mincing, kneading, and grinding. For central production kitchens and high-volume foodservice operations, it functions as a reliable workhorse rather than an occasional-use machine.

In sustained use, the two-speed motor provides genuine operational flexibility. The lower speed suits kneading and mixing where a gentler action is needed, while the higher speed handles chopping and emulsifying at the throughput a busy prep kitchen demands. The built-in timer allows operators to set the machine running and attend to other tasks — a practical detail when the team is working against the clock ahead of service.

Several design details translate directly into day-to-day operational value:

• Double-handled tilting bowl reduces physical strain when emptying large batches of dense ingredients
• Watertight lid with removable centre section allows liquids or additional ingredients to be added mid-process
• Internal lid wiper maintains processing consistency, reducing the need to stop and scrape down
• Stainless steel control panel is straightforward to operate and easy to wipe clean between tasks
• Safety indicator light gives clear machine-status confirmation in a busy, distracting environment

The R23A requires a three-phase electrical supply, and this should be confirmed before proceeding — it is a firm prerequisite with no workaround. It is a substantial floor-standing machine that needs adequate clear space for both operation and safe bowl access when emptying large batches. Positioning close to prep surfaces will make batch transfers more practical and reduce the risk of spillage. Kitchens without three-phase power will need to consider a smaller or counter-top model within the Robot Coupe range.

This machine is well suited to central production kitchens, large contract catering operations, food manufacturing sites, and any operation where daily prep volumes justify a dedicated large-bowl processor. It is not an entry-level purchase, and kitchens with more modest throughput requirements may find a smaller capacity more appropriate. For sites with even greater volume demands, heavier-duty options are available further up the range.

If you would like to talk through whether the R23A is the right fit for your volumes, kitchen layout, and electrical supply, the team is happy to work through the details with you before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R4A TRI is a table top bowl cutter designed for professional food preparation in commercial kitchen environments. It handles chopping, mixing, kneading and pureeing across a broad range of ingredients, and is built to deliver consistent results through repeated processing cycles throughout the working day. The three-phase electrical supply requirement places it firmly in the commercial category — this is not a machine suited to domestic or light-use settings.

In a working kitchen, the R4A TRI is commonly found in operations with regular daily prep requirements. The two-speed operation gives kitchen teams the flexibility to match processing speed to the task — slower for more controlled work such as kneading or emulsifying, faster where rapid breakdown of harder or bulkier ingredients is needed. The machine holds up well under daily use, and the bowl locking mechanism keeps things consistent and safe during busy prep sessions.

From a practical standpoint, the key operational advantages include:

• Two processing speeds for flexibility across different ingredients and textures
• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added mid-process without stopping the machine
• Removable stainless steel bowl simplifies cleaning between tasks
• Bowl locking mechanism ensures safe, consistent operation during service
• Straightforward controls that most kitchen staff can pick up quickly

Before ordering, it is important to confirm that your kitchen has a three-phase electrical supply in place. Three-phase is standard in most commercial kitchens, but smaller or older premises should have this verified by a qualified electrician before the machine arrives. The unit is worktop-mounted, so stable bench space and clear access around the machine for cleaning should be factored into your setup.

The R4A TRI is well suited to restaurants, hotels, contract caterers and food production operations with consistent daily prep volumes. Kitchens without a three-phase supply should consider whether a single-phase alternative is a better fit for their electrical setup, while higher-throughput operations or those working with larger batch volumes may find a greater-capacity model more appropriate.

If you would like to talk through whether this machine suits your prep requirements or electrical supply, the team is happy to help you work it out before you commit.

The Robot Coupe R60A is a floor-standing bowl cutter with a 60-litre capacity, sitting at the top of Robot Coupe's cutter range. It is designed for continuous, large-scale food preparation — cutting, emulsifying, mincing, grinding, and kneading across a broad range of production tasks. This is not a machine for occasional or light use; it is built to run hard in environments where prep volumes are substantial and consistency matters batch after batch.

In sustained production environments, the R60A performs reliably under extended load. The heavy-duty motor runs at two speeds, allowing operators to move between delicate emulsification work and more demanding tasks such as kneading or coarse mincing without changing machines. An onboard timer lets processing cycles run unattended, which is a practical advantage when a single operator is managing multiple prep tasks simultaneously.

Several design details reduce the physical and operational demands of daily use:

• Double-handled tilting bowl eases emptying during heavy batch work and reduces operator strain
• See-through lid allows progress to be monitored without interrupting the cycle
• Removable lid centre section permits ingredients or liquids to be added mid-process
• Integrated lid wiper keeps the interior surface clear without removing the lid
• Stainless steel control panel is straightforward to operate and easy to clean down after service

The R60A requires a three-phase electrical supply, which is standard in most large commercial kitchens but should be confirmed before ordering. The machine is floor-standing on a stainless steel three-leg frame, so a stable, level surface with adequate clearance is necessary. Its size and weight mean that access routes — doorways, corridors, and loading areas — are worth checking before delivery is arranged.

This machine is well suited to central production kitchens, contract catering operations, large institutional catering facilities, and high-volume food manufacturing environments where batch sizes are consistently large. Smaller operations with more modest throughput requirements will generally find a bench-top or mid-range floor-standing model a more proportionate fit. At the other end of the scale, the most demanding large-scale production sites should consider whether an even higher-capacity option would better match their output.

The Robot Coupe R15E is a floor-standing bowl cutter built for sustained, high-volume food preparation. Centred around a 15-litre stainless steel bowl and an induction motor, it is designed as a fixed piece of prep equipment — occupying a dedicated position in the kitchen and working through multiple production runs each day. It handles chopping, mixing, pureeing, and kneading across a wide range of ingredients, making it a practical tool for central production units and large-scale catering operations.

During bulk prep sessions, the R15E delivers the kind of batch consistency that high-volume kitchens depend on. Dual-speed operation lets operators switch between heavier chopping tasks and finer processing without changing the machine setup. The R-Mix function adds a useful capability for more delicate preparations — mousses, emulsions, and bound mixtures can be combined without the blade breaking them down. The transparent lid also allows liquids to be introduced during operation, which is particularly helpful when building sauces or emulsified products without interrupting the cycle.

• Dual-speed operation suits both coarse and fine processing tasks
• R-Mix function combines without cutting — well suited to mousses and emulsions
• Transparent lid allows liquid additions mid-cycle without stopping the machine
• Removable stainless steel bowl supports efficient cleaning between batches
• Induction motor designed for intensive daily use over the long term

One consideration to confirm before ordering: the R15E requires a three-phase electrical supply and is not compatible with single-phase power. This should be verified with your electrical contractor before installation. The floor-standing footprint also requires a stable, dedicated position with adequate clearance for the lid to open fully — this is not a machine intended to be moved around the prep area.

The R15E is well suited to operations preparing food at genuine volume: central production kitchens, large restaurant groups, contract caterers, and institutional catering environments. It is commonly used in kitchens serving 200 or more covers per service, where prep consistency and throughput directly affect service quality. Smaller operations may find a countertop bowl cutter a more proportionate fit, while very high-output sites with continuous heavy-duty demands may benefit from a larger-capacity model.

If you'd like to talk through whether the R15E is the right fit for your prep volumes, or if you have questions about your electrical supply, we're happy to help before you commit to an order.

The Robot Coupe R3D is a compact, single-speed table top bowl cutter designed for everyday food preparation in smaller commercial kitchen environments. Running at 3000rpm, it handles a broad range of prep tasks — chopping vegetables, making sauces, blending dips and pastes, puréeing, and working soft doughs — from a straightforward, uncomplicated machine. Robot Coupe has a long-standing reputation in professional kitchens, and the R3D reflects that pedigree at a scale suited to lower-volume operations.

In day-to-day service, the R3D performs reliably and consistently across a full shift. Its single-speed operation keeps the machine simple to hand between staff, and the stainless steel bowl handles the kind of repetitive prep cycles that are part of any working kitchen's routine. It is not designed for continuous high-throughput processing, but within its intended workload it performs without fuss and with little need for operator intervention.

From a practical standpoint, the R3D offers several operational advantages worth noting:

• Transparent lid allows liquids to be added during operation without stopping the machine
• Removable stainless steel bowl locks securely during use and releases cleanly for washing
• Single-touch controls keep training requirements minimal across kitchen teams
• Flat stainless steel blade supplied as standard covers the majority of everyday prep tasks
• Compact footprint sits comfortably alongside other prep equipment on a standard worktop

Installation is straightforward. The R3D requires only a suitable worktop surface and a standard mains electrical connection — there are no gas, water or ventilation requirements. Its compact size makes it a practical choice for kitchens where bench space is limited, though operators should be realistic about throughput: sites running heavier prep schedules or higher covers may find a larger-bowl model a more appropriate fit.

The R3D is well suited to small restaurants, cafés, hotel breakfast operations, healthcare catering and contract catering units where prep consistency matters and daily volumes do not demand a larger machine. It is also commonly used in settings where texture modification is part of the routine, such as care homes and hospital catering facilities.

If you would like to talk through whether the R3D matches your prep volume and workflow, the team is happy to help you work through the options before you commit.
