Stick Blenders

The Sirman Vortex 550 VT is a heavy-duty immersion blender built for continuous use in busy commercial kitchens. The variable speed control lets operators adjust blending intensity on the fly — moving between a rough initial break-down and a smooth, consistent purée without swapping tools or interrupting workflow. It is designed to work directly in large-volume containers, making it a practical choice for kitchens where soups, sauces, and blended dishes form a regular part of the daily output.

In real kitchen conditions the Vortex 550 VT holds up well under sustained daily use. The motor housing is constructed from fibreglass-reinforced ABS, which keeps the unit reasonably light during extended blending sessions. A patented cooling system helps maintain consistent motor performance through long prep runs, and the rubber buffer between motor and shaft reduces vibration transfer — something operators notice when using the unit for prolonged periods rather than short bursts.

From a practical standpoint, the design supports kitchen workflow in several meaningful ways:

• Variable speed control for precise texture adjustment without changing tools
• Quick-coupling shaft attachment for fast, tool-free changes mid-service
• Fully demountable stainless steel shaft and bell for thorough cleaning
• Integrated safety switch prevents accidental activation when setting down
• IPX3 splash protection provides resilience in wet kitchen environments

No fixed water or gas connection is needed — the Vortex 550 VT is a plug-in appliance. It is worth confirming before ordering that the shaft length suits the depth of the containers used in your kitchen, particularly if you work with unusually shallow or deep vessels.

This model is well suited to hotel kitchens, contract catering operations, and busy restaurant kitchens with consistent daily prep volumes in soups, sauces, or purées. Kitchens with only occasional or light blending requirements may find a lower-powered stick blender a better fit, while very high-volume central production sites may benefit from a heavier-duty option.

If you would like to talk through whether the Vortex 550 VT matches your prep volumes and container setup, our team is happy to help you work that out before you order.

The Sammic XM-72 is a professional hand blender designed for continuous use in commercial kitchen environments. With a 630mm detachable arm and a fixed-speed motor block, it is built to handle large-batch blending tasks — soups, sauces, purées, and similar preparations — directly in the cooking vessel without the need for transfer or additional tooling.

In a busy kitchen, reliability under repeated use matters more than headline performance figures. The XM-72 is designed for prolonged operation without motor overheating, which makes it a practical choice for kitchens that produce high volumes of blended dishes during service. The tempered steel Y-blade is engineered for longevity and maintains its cutting edge through sustained use, reducing the frequency of blade replacement that can be an ongoing cost with lighter-duty alternatives.

From an operational standpoint, a few features are worth noting:

• TiltStop safety system stops the motor automatically if the blender tilts excessively or is dropped during use
• Ergonomic bi-material grip with anti-slip surface helps reduce operator fatigue during extended blending sessions
• Click-on arm attachment allows quick, secure removal for cleaning between preparations
• Splash-reducing hood design limits mess around the vessel during use
• Dishwasher-safe detachable arm simplifies end-of-service cleaning

Installation requirements are minimal — the XM-72 is a handheld electric unit with no fixed plumbing or extraction requirements. It does need appropriate electrical supply, and the arm length means adequate vessel depth or container size should be confirmed before purchase. NSF approval confirms the unit meets recognised hygiene and safety standards for commercial food service use.

The XM-72 is well suited to mid- to high-volume operations including restaurants, hotel kitchens, contract catering, and central production units where large-batch blending is a daily requirement. Kitchens with lighter blending needs may find a shorter-arm or lower-powered model sufficient, while very high-throughput sites processing extremely large volumes may benefit from a heavier-duty motor configuration.

If you are unsure whether the XM-72 is the right fit for your operation, our team is happy to talk through your typical batch sizes and workflow before you commit.

The Sammic B-50 is a professional hand blender designed for sustained, heavy use in commercial kitchens. It combines a variable-speed motor block with a whisk attachment, making it a practical tool for a range of preparation tasks — from blending soups and sauces directly in the pan to whisking egg whites for pastry and dessert work.

In a working kitchen environment, the B-50's variable speed control gives operators genuine flexibility across different textures and volumes. The SmoothControl system manages speed stability during use, which helps when working under load or transitioning between tasks. This kind of controlled response matters when you're blending hot liquids at pace during service. The motor is built to handle extended working periods without the casing overheating, which is a practical consideration in kitchens where the same tool may be in near-constant use across a shift.

From an operational standpoint, the B-50 offers several advantages worth noting:

• Variable speed gives consistent results across different preparations without guesswork
• Detachable arm with click-lock closure keeps changeovers quick between tasks
• TiltStop safety system cuts power if the unit falls or tilts excessively during use
• Ergonomic two-material grip and optimised handle angle reduce fatigue over long prep periods
• Detachable whisk is dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning straightforward at the end of service

Installation is straightforward — the B-50 is a handheld unit requiring only a standard mains connection. The casing geometry is designed to prevent the unit rolling on surfaces, which is a small but practical detail in a busy kitchen. NSF approval confirms it meets hygiene and safety standards relevant to commercial food preparation environments.

The B-50 is well suited to small-to-medium kitchens, central preparation areas, and operations that need a reliable, capable stick blender without the bulk of a larger unit. The whisk attachment extends its usefulness beyond blending alone. For very high-volume sites running continuous prep across multiple stations, a more powerful or heavy-duty model may be worth considering.

If you're unsure whether the B-50 is the right fit for your volume and preparation needs, our team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Sammic B-30 is a professional hand blender designed for regular, sustained use in commercial kitchens. It combines a variable-speed motor block with a whisk attachment, giving it a wider range of tasks than a standard single-speed stick blender — from blending soups and sauces through to whipping egg whites in quantity.

In a working kitchen, the B-30 is built to handle prolonged blending without the motor block overheating, which matters during busy service periods when a blender may be in near-continuous use. The SmoothControl speed system manages acceleration and deceleration more precisely than a simple trigger, which helps with consistency across batches and reduces the risk of over-processing when the blade is lifted from the container. Operating noise is rated below 80 dB(A), which is reasonable for this class of equipment.

Several practical features make this a workable choice for a kitchen brigade:

• Variable speed gives control across different blending tasks without switching tools
• TiltStop system cuts power if the unit tilts excessively or is dropped, reducing operator risk
• Detachable arm with a secure click-on closure speeds up mid-service changeovers and cleaning
• Whisk attachment is dishwasher safe, keeping hygiene management straightforward
• Ergonomic two-material grip with anti-slip surface reduces fatigue during extended use

The B-30 is a mains-powered unit, so placement near a suitable socket is required. It is a handheld tool rather than a fixed appliance, meaning no permanent installation. The casing geometry is designed to prevent rolling on a worktop, which is a practical consideration in a busy prep area.

This model suits small to medium operations — cafés, restaurants, and hotel kitchens where hand blending is a regular but not industrial-scale task. Sites with very high blending volumes, or those processing large batches continuously throughout service, may find a higher-capacity model more appropriate for their throughput.

If you are unsure whether the B-30 matches your kitchen's workload or whether a different specification would serve you better, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Sammic B-20 is a professional hand blender designed for sustained use in commercial kitchens. It combines a variable-speed motor block with a whisk attachment capable of handling from a couple of egg whites up to thirty, making it a versatile tool for kitchen brigades that move between blending, emulsifying, and whisking tasks throughout service.

In a working kitchen environment, the B-20 is built to handle extended periods of continuous operation without the motor casing overheating — a practical necessity when you are running soups, sauces, or emulsions back to back during a busy service. Sammic's SmoothControl system provides more consistent speed management than a basic on-off trigger; it stabilises the machine under load, improves how it starts when already in contact with product, and prevents the motor from over-accelerating when lifted clear. For operators who notice cheaper blenders surging or stalling, that kind of control makes a tangible difference to the finish of a sauce or purée.

From a practical standpoint, the B-20 addresses a number of small but genuine day-to-day concerns in a professional kitchen:

• Variable speed gives more control over texture and blending intensity
• The anti-slip, ergonomically angled handle reduces operator fatigue during longer tasks
• A shaped casing helps prevent the unit rolling off a worktop when set down
• The whisk attachment is detachable and dishwasher safe, supporting end-of-service hygiene routines
• The unit carries NSF approval, relevant for kitchens operating under formal hygiene inspection regimes

There are no complex installation requirements — the B-20 runs from a standard mains socket. Its compact footprint means storage is straightforward. Operating noise is rated below 80 dB(A), which is reasonable for this class of equipment in a kitchen context. The detachable arm locks on quickly and securely, which matters when swapping between attachments mid-service.

The B-20 is well suited to small to medium operations — cafés, bistros, hotel kitchens, and contract catering units — where a reliable hand blender sees regular but not continuous industrial-scale use. For very high-volume production kitchens processing large quantities in short windows, a heavier-duty model with a more powerful motor may be worth considering.

If you are unsure whether the B-20 matches your throughput requirements or whether a different specification would serve you better, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Sammic XMT-101 is a professional hand blender built for sustained use in commercial kitchens. It uses a brushless motor design, which delivers strong blending power whilst keeping the overall weight down — a combination that matters considerably when operators are working through large batches during a busy service. The detachable blending arm is long enough to reach into deep pots and stockpots, making it practical for sauce, soup, and purée work at volume.

In a working kitchen environment, hand blenders take a great deal of punishment. The XMT-101 is designed with this in mind — the motor is rated for prolonged continuous operation without the casing overheating, and the arm is constructed to withstand the high temperatures it will regularly come into contact with. The Y-blade is made from tempered steel and is designed to maintain its edge over time rather than dulling quickly under heavy use.

A few features are worth noting from an operational standpoint:

• Variable speed control gives operators flexibility across different textures and preparations

The XM-22 is well suited to catering operations where a reliable, easy-to-clean hand blender is needed for daily prep work — hotels, restaurant kitchens, care homes, and contract catering environments all use this type of unit regularly. For very high-volume sites or particularly demanding applications, heavier-duty options within the Sammic range may be worth reviewing.

If you are unsure whether this model suits your prep volumes or want to discuss how it fits alongside your existing equipment, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Sammic XM-12 is a compact immersion blender designed for continuous use in professional kitchens. Bundled here with the Emulsionizer PRO 1.0 attachment, this combination allows chefs to blend, filter, and emulsify in a single operation rather than transferring between separate pieces of equipment. The Emulsionizer PRO uses a system of interchangeable discs that replicate the function of a chinois, superbag, or muslin cloth, removing the need to reach for additional tools mid-service.

In day-to-day kitchen use, the XM-12 handles well in containers up to around ten litres, making it practical for batch sauces, soups, and purees during mise en place as well as during service. It operates at under 80 dB(A), which is a relevant consideration in kitchens where noise accumulates across multiple pieces of running equipment. The motor is suited to sustained use rather than occasional blending tasks, and the overall weight is low enough to reduce fatigue during longer preparation sessions.

The Emulsionizer PRO extends what a standard stick blender can achieve. In practical terms, this bundle is well suited to:

• Smooth, lump-free emulsified sauces and dressings without secondary straining
• Plant-based milks, broths, and infusions filtered directly in the blending vessel
• Purees for healthcare, care home, and dysphagia-specific menus requiring consistent texture
• Ice cream and dessert bases, vinaigrettes, and fine soups
• Mise en place preparation where reducing tool changeovers saves time

Because the blender operates at 240W, it is well matched to smaller-batch work and detailed preparation rather than high-volume bulk blending. Kitchens processing very large quantities in a single pass may find a higher-powered model more appropriate for their throughput. The unit runs on a standard UK plug, requiring no dedicated electrical supply or fixed installation, which makes it straightforward to deploy across different stations.

This bundle is a practical choice for smaller independent restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations with a focus on textured or specialist menus, and kitchens looking to reduce clutter on the pass. If you are unsure whether the XM-12 is the right capacity for your service volume, or whether the full Emulsionizer PRO range better suits your menu, the team is happy to talk it through before you order.

If you are unsure whether this model suits your output levels or the vessel sizes you typically work with, we are happy to talk it through before you order.

The Sammic MB-31 is a professional hand blender and mixer combination designed for commercial kitchen use. Rather than requiring separate tools for blending and whisking, the MB-31 accommodates both tasks through a single motor block paired with interchangeable attachments — a blending arm for soups, sauces and purées, and a whisk for egg whites and lighter aerated preparations. Both attachments detach quickly and are dishwasher safe, which matters when turnaround between services is tight.

In practice, the MB-31 is built for sustained use rather than occasional tasks. The motor is designed to handle prolonged blending runs without the casing overheating, which makes it a reliable choice during busy service periods where a hand blender might be in continuous use across large batches. The blending arm is suited to working directly in deep containers, reducing the need to transfer stock or sauce to a separate vessel. The whisk attachment handles volume ranging from small quantities up to larger batches, making it practical across a range of pastry and garde manger applications.

A few operational points worth noting:

• Variable speed control allows the operator to adjust to the consistency and volume of the preparation
• The TiltStop safety system cuts power if the unit tilts excessively or is set down at an unsafe angle
• The two-material grip reduces fatigue during extended use — relevant in kitchens where staff are blending multiple portions across a shift
• An LED status indicator gives clear visual feedback on operating state

The MB-31 is well suited to mid-sized operations such as restaurants, hotel kitchens and contract catering units where a single versatile blending tool needs to cover both blending and light mixing duties reliably. For higher-volume sites producing very large batch quantities continuously, a heavier-duty motor block or an immersion blender with a longer arm may be worth considering. Equally, smaller operations with minimal blending requirements may not need the full capability the MB-31 offers.

If you are unsure whether the MB-31 fits your workflow, or want to discuss how it sits alongside your existing preparation equipment, the team is happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Sammic MB-21 is a combination hand blender and whisk designed for professional kitchen use. Rather than requiring separate tools for blending and whisking tasks, it brings both functions into a single motor block with interchangeable attachments — the blending arm for soups, sauces, and purees, and a whisk for lighter work such as egg whites and cream. It is a practical choice for kitchens where prep space and equipment storage are at a premium.

In a working kitchen environment, the MB-21 is built to handle extended use without the motor housing becoming uncomfortably warm. The blending arm is designed to work in containers holding up to 12 litres, which covers most stockpots and bains-marie used in mid-volume prep. The tempered steel Y-blade is shaped for sustained cutting performance, and the whisk attachment handles volume from a couple of egg whites up to thirty, covering everything from small sauce work to batch meringue or mousse.

From an operational standpoint, a few features are worth noting:

• Variable speed control allows adjustment to suit different ingredients and textures
• Click-on arm attachment changes quickly and locks securely during service
• The splash guard hood on the blending arm reduces mess and keeps the worktop cleaner
• Both the blending arm and whisk are detachable and dishwasher safe, simplifying end-of-service cleaning
• The two-material grip with anti-slip finish reduces hand fatigue during longer prep sessions

No fixed installation is required — the MB-21 is a handheld unit and simply needs a standard mains socket. It is NSF approved, which satisfies most food safety and hygiene audit requirements without additional certification work.

The MB-21 is well suited to small to medium-sized kitchens, cafés, hotel prep sections, and catering operations where hand blending and whisking tasks arise regularly but a heavy-duty fixed blender is not justified. For kitchens with very high throughput or continuous batch blending demands, a more powerful or higher-capacity unit from the range may be worth considering.

If you are weighing up whether the MB-21 fits your prep workflow or want to discuss the wider range of hand blending options, the team is happy to help you work through it.

The Sammic XMT-103 is a professional stick blender built for sustained, high-volume use in commercial kitchens. It uses a brushless motor, which provides a notably better power-to-weight balance than conventional motor designs — meaning operators can work for extended periods without the physical fatigue that heavier machines can cause. The detachable blending arm is designed to work in large batch vessels, making it a practical choice for soup production, sauce work, and bulk blending tasks that form the backbone of most busy service kitchens.

In real kitchen conditions, the XMT-103 is intended for continuous operation. The brushless motor is built to handle prolonged blending without the casing overheating, which matters when the same piece of kit is being used repeatedly throughout a service. The variable speed control gives operators meaningful control over texture and consistency rather than forcing a single setting across different preparations. The Y-blade, made from tempered steel, is designed to hold its cutting edge under regular heavy use rather than degrading quickly as cheaper alternatives tend to do.

From an operational standpoint, several design details make a practical difference in a working kitchen:

• TiltStop safety system halts the blade if the unit tilts excessively or is dropped
• SmartControl display shows motor load and machine status at a glance
• Anti-splash guard reduces mess during blending in open vessels
• Ergonomic bi-material grip reduces hand strain during extended use
• Detachable arm can be washed under the tap or put through a dishwasher

Installation requirements are straightforward — this is a handheld unit requiring only a standard electrical socket. There are no fixed installation considerations, though operators should ensure they have appropriate vessel sizes and stable work surfaces for safe use. The TiltStop system will prevent operation if the unit is not held at a correct working angle, which is worth noting during staff training to avoid confusion at first use.

The XMT-103 is well suited to professional kitchens producing soups, sauces, purées, and similar preparations at volume — hotel kitchens, contract catering operations, and busy restaurant kitchens are typical environments where this type of machine earns its place. For very high-throughput sites running continuous batch work at the upper end of capacity, a heavier-duty model in the range may be worth considering.

If you are unsure whether this model fits your specific preparation volumes or workflow, our team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Sammic MB-51 is a professional hand blender and mixer combination unit designed to handle a broad range of food preparation tasks without switching between separate pieces of equipment. It comes with a detachable blending arm and a whisk attachment, allowing operators to move between blending soups and sauces and whisking egg whites or cream using a single motor block.

In a working kitchen environment, the MB-51 is built for sustained use rather than occasional tasks. The motor is designed to handle prolonged runs without overheating, which matters during busy prep shifts where a hand blender may be in near-continuous use across large batch quantities. The blending arm is suited to working directly in medium to large containers, reducing the need to transfer product between vessels. The whisk attachment handles preparations from small quantities up to substantial batch sizes, making it practical for pastry sections as well as general kitchen prep.

From an operational standpoint, the MB-51 offers several practical advantages:

• Variable speed control gives operators precise handling across different textures and consistencies
• TiltStop safety system cuts power if the unit tilts excessively or is dropped, reducing the risk of accidents mid-service
• Anti-splash hood on the blending arm reduces mess and speeds up cleaning between uses
• Ergonomic two-material grip reduces hand fatigue during longer prep sessions
• Both the blending arm and whisk are detachable and dishwasher safe, supporting straightforward end-of-shift cleaning

The click-lock arm attachment is designed for quick, secure changes between the blender and whisk, which is useful when moving between tasks during prep. The LED status indicator provides a clear at-a-glance read on the unit's operating state, which is a small but practical feature in a busy environment.

The MB-51 is well suited to medium-sized kitchens — restaurants, hotel kitchens, contract catering operations, and similar sites — where a reliable, multi-function hand blender is needed daily. It is not a light-duty domestic unit, but for very high-volume operations processing extremely large batch quantities continuously, a heavier-duty model with a longer arm reach may be worth considering.

If you're unsure whether the MB-51 matches your prep volumes and container sizes, our team is happy to talk through your requirements before you order.

The Sammic XMT-104 is a professional immersion blender built for continuous, high-volume use in commercial kitchen environments. It uses a brushless motor — a design that delivers a strong power-to-weight ratio and runs cooler over extended periods than conventional brushed motors — combined with a 760mm detachable arm suitable for working in large-volume recipients. Variable speed control allows operators to adjust output to the task rather than running at a fixed setting throughout.

In busy production kitchens, hand blenders take considerable punishment. The XMT-104 is designed with that in mind: the arm is constructed from materials rated to withstand high operating temperatures, and the Y-blade is made from tempered steel with a long-cutting-edge geometry that holds its edge through heavy workloads. The motor housing is shaped to resist rolling and falling when set down on a worktop — a small detail that matters in a fast-moving kitchen.

From an operational standpoint, several features are worth noting:

• TiltStop safety system halts the blade if the unit tilts excessively or is dropped
• SmartControl display shows motor load and machine status at a glance
• Ergonomic bi-material grip with optimised handle angle to reduce fatigue during prolonged use
• Click-on arm locks securely and detaches quickly for cleaning or arm changes
• Arm is dishwasher-safe and can be rinsed under the tap for fast turnaround between uses

Installation requirements are straightforward — this is a plug-in appliance requiring a suitable electrical socket. There are no fixed installation prerequisites. The unit is rated for continuous operation, making it practical for production environments where blending tasks run for extended periods rather than short bursts. The sub-80 dB(A) noise level is relevant in kitchens where noise accumulates across multiple pieces of equipment running simultaneously.

The XMT-104 is well suited to catering operations that carry out frequent or prolonged blending tasks — soups, sauces, purées, and similar preparations at volume. It is designed for use in larger recipients, making it practical for batch cookery rather than small-portion work. For lighter occasional use, a shorter or lower-powered model may be more appropriate; for very high-throughput production sites requiring multiple units or specialised attachments, it is worth discussing your full requirements before committing.

If you are unsure whether this model matches your typical batch sizes or service volumes, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Rowlett hand blender is a compact, multi-function blending tool supplied with three interchangeable attachment heads — a chopper bowl, blending jug, and whisk. Each attachment clicks into place on the same motor unit, keeping bench space clear and reducing the need for separate small appliances. The variable speed control, with both high and low settings, allows the operator to adjust output to suit the texture or consistency required, from coarse chopping through to smooth purées.

In practice, this blender handles everyday prep tasks reliably: blending soups, emulsifying dressings, whisking batters, and chopping softer ingredients. The stepless power control is useful when working with ingredients that need a careful hand rather than full power from the outset. At just over a kilogram, it's light enough to use comfortably over a prep session without fatigue.

Practical advantages for kitchen use include:

• Three attachments covering blending, chopping, and whisking from one unit
• Variable speed gives control over texture and finish
• Quick-release attachments simplify cleaning between tasks
• Lightweight build reduces fatigue during extended prep
• Compact storage footprint with attachments docked together

It is worth being clear about where this blender sits in the range. It is designed for light to moderate commercial use — cafés, small catering operations, prep kitchens handling modest volumes, or front-of-house stations where occasional blending is needed. It is not designed for continuous high-volume production work; operations processing large batch quantities daily would be better served by a heavier-duty immersion blender or a dedicated commercial blending solution.

For smaller food service settings, pop-up caterers, or kitchens that need a versatile and easy-to-clean blending tool without committing counter space to a full-size blender, this is a sensible and practical choice. If you're unsure whether it fits the volume or type of prep work in your kitchen, our team is happy to talk it through with you.
