FLAT Auto Adjust KX22 Dining Table Base | Cast Iron

The FLAT Auto-Adjust KX22 is a cast iron dining table base designed for use with smaller table tops, typically up to 750mm in diameter. Its defining feature is the PAD system — a patented hydraulic actuator built into the base that automatically compensates for uneven floor surfaces, keeping the table level and stable without manual adjustment.

In a busy hospitality environment, uneven floors are a common reality, particularly in older buildings, outdoor terraces, or areas with tiled or stone flooring. The KX22 addresses this without requiring staff intervention — when the table is placed or moved, the stabilising mechanism adjusts automatically. This is a practical advantage during service when time is limited and re-levelling tables manually is not a realistic option.

The self-stabilising design also makes it straightforward to push tables together for larger covers, as the base adjusts independently of adjacent tables, allowing multiple tops to sit flush and level.
