This rectangular metal basket from Pujadas is a front-of-house serving piece for presenting bread, chips, sides and sharing portions at the table or on a buffet station. It comes in two sizes, 230 x 100mm and 230 x 175mm. Choose your size from the dropdown.

The metal construction gives a clean, neutral look that suits cafes, gastropubs and restaurants. The open design is quick to clean, and the baskets stack for storage between services. They can be used with a liner or greaseproof paper if you prefer.

  • 230 x 100mm for bread service and small sharing portions

  • Suitable for bread, chips, sides, antipasti and condiment display

Pujadas also make this style in other shapes and sizes, so you can keep a consistent look across tables or a buffet. If you want help matching sizes and quantities to your service, the team is happy to talk it through.

Frequently asked questions

Is this basket suitable for both table service and buffet use?

It works well for table service — bread, chips, or small side portions — but at 230 x 100mm it's a compact format, better suited to individual or small shared serves than a high-volume buffet line. For buffet use, a larger basket from the Pujadas range would typically give you more practical capacity.

How does this basket hold up to regular commercial use?

Metal baskets of this type are designed to handle the day-to-day demands of a commercial front-of-house environment — repeated handling, stacking, and regular cleaning. They're not fragile, but like any presentation smallware they benefit from reasonable care during washing and storage to maintain their appearance over time.

Can this basket be used as part of a matching presentation set?

Yes — Pujadas produce a coordinated range of rectangular and other shaped baskets in various sizes, so it's straightforward to build a consistent look across your table presentation. If you're planning a scheme across multiple basket formats, we're happy to help you work out the right combination of sizes before you order.
