Pujadas professional cookware, bakeware and table service equipment for commercial kitchens, caterers and buffets. The range covers allergen-free GN pans, roast pans, confectionery trays, bamboo buffet display boxes and acacia wood serving boards, supplied from Folkestone, Kent with UK delivery.

What is in the Pujadas range

• Cookware and bakeware: roast pans in aluminium, non-stick aluminium and cast aluminium, plus 1/1, 1/2 and 2/3 GN pastry sheets and a 1/1 non-stick aluminium egg pan.
• Trays and baking sheets: solid and perforated confectionery trays in 600x400 and 400x300 sizes, stainless steel and non-stick versions, the non-stick trays with 45 degree or 90 degree edges, plus stainless steel baking sheets.
• Storage and Gastronorm: allergen-free GN pans and Polinorm allergen-free lids in 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/6 sizes.
• Buffet display: clear polycarbonate lids, bamboo display lids and bamboo buffet display boxes in 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 sizes, with 100mm and 200mm heights on the boxes.
• Table service: acacia wood serving boards in several sizes.

How to choose

Match the size to your equipment first. Confectionery trays are listed as 600x400 or 400x300, and GN items by fraction, so check they fit your oven, rack or counter well before you order. For roast pans and egg pans, decide between plain aluminium and non-stick finishes based on how you cook and clean.
