Olympia

The Olympia Athena mug is a straightforward, well-made white porcelain mug in a 10oz capacity, supplied in a pack of twelve. It is the kind of piece that works quietly in the background across breakfast service, all-day café trade, and bar hot drinks menus — presentable enough to suit front-of-house use without requiring any particular handling arrangement.

In day-to-day service, porcelain of this type performs reliably under the repetitive cycle of filling, clearing, and washing that a busy café or hotel breakfast operation demands. The fully vitrified glaze resists staining and holds its appearance well across repeated dishwasher cycles, which matters when mugs are turning around quickly during a peak period. The rolled, chip-resistant rim is a practical detail — it reduces the attrition rate that operators typically see with cheaper unfinished edges, which helps keep the set looking consistent over time.

• Fully vitrified glaze resists staining and retains appearance through repeated dishwasher cycles
• Chip-resistant rolled rim reduces breakage attrition during busy service
• Oven and microwave safe, supporting flexible hot drinks preparation
• Classic white finish suits a wide range of front-of-house tableware schemes
• Supplied in a pack of twelve, practical for stocking to cover a full service set

These mugs are dishwasher safe, which is the practical minimum for any commercial setting. No special racking or handling is required beyond standard crockery care. Being porcelain, they are naturally heavier than stoneware alternatives, so storage and handling volumes are worth considering if you are running a large operation with high turnover.

The Athena mug suits cafés, hotel breakfast and lounge operations, bistros, and similar hospitality environments where a clean, classic white mug is the right fit. For very high-volume sites running large covers continuously, it is worth considering whether a heavier stock quantity or a more robust alternative specification would better suit the pace of service.

If you are unsure how many to stock relative to your cover count and wash cycle, we are happy to talk it through.

This is a straightforward stainless steel oval serving dish intended for presenting vegetables, sides, and accompaniments at the table or on a buffet counter. The undivided interior gives a clean, unfussy presentation and makes portioning and serving simple during service.

Stainless steel construction means it holds up well under the repeated washing cycles of a commercial kitchen environment, resists staining, and does not retain odours. At this size it is practical for individual portions or small side servings at the table, and works equally well on carvery or buffet lines where multiple dishes are laid out together.

• Undivided interior for straightforward portioning and serving
• Stainless steel resists staining and stands up to repeated commercial washing
• Lightweight at 140g, easy to handle during service
• Matching lids available separately to retain heat between kitchen and table
• Part of a range — other sizes available where larger volumes are needed

There are no electrical or installation requirements. These dishes are ready to use and stack cleanly for storage. If you are equipping a larger operation or a carvery where heat retention over an extended service period is important, it is worth considering whether lids or a warmer base would be appropriate alongside them.

Well suited to restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations looking for reliable, hard-wearing serving ware that presents neatly without requiring any particular maintenance. If you are putting together a set across different sizes or need guidance on quantities for a specific operation, the team are happy to help you work that out.

The Olympia Baguette Table Knife is a straightforward, classically styled table knife finished in highly polished 18/0 stainless steel. The Baguette pattern is one of the more widely used profiles in UK catering, recognised for its clean lines and broad compatibility with both formal and informal dining settings.

In day-to-day service, 18/0 stainless steel performs reliably under the conditions typical of a busy commercial operation — repeated dishwasher cycles, high-volume turnaround, and the general wear of a working dining room. It is worth noting that 18/0 does not contain nickel, which makes it slightly less resistant to corrosion over time compared to 18/10 grades, though with proper care and storage it gives good service life in most environments.

Practical advantages for front-of-house operations include:

• Classic profile suits a wide range of table settings and service styles
• Polished finish is straightforward to maintain and presents well on the table
• Supplied in packs of 12, practical for stocking up or replacing attrition losses
• Consistent sizing supports uniform place settings across large covers

These knives are well suited to restaurants, hotels, pub dining rooms, and contract catering operations looking for dependable everyday cutlery without unnecessary complexity. For operations requiring a higher-specification alloy or a more substantial weight and feel, heavier-gauge or 18/10 alternatives within the cutlery range may be worth considering.

If you are equipping a new dining room or reviewing your current cutlery stock, the team is happy to help you work out the right quantities and patterns for your covers and service style.

The Olympia chafing fuel holder with damper is a small but practical accessory for buffet and carvery operations. It holds standard chafing fuel canisters securely beneath a chafer and includes a damper mechanism that allows the flame to be partially or fully closed down without removing or extinguishing the fuel — a straightforward way to regulate heat output during service.

In a buffet setting, consistent heat management matters. Over-heating causes food to dry out or spoil at the edges, while insufficient heat creates food safety risk. The damper gives front-of-house or service staff a simple means of adjusting heat on the fly, without needing to handle a hot canister or interrupt service. The stainless steel construction holds up well to the heat and handling that comes with regular buffet use, and it cleans easily between sittings.

• Compatible with the Olympia range of chafing dishes and fuel canisters
• Damper allows flame control without removing the fuel
• Stainless steel construction — durable and easy to wipe down
• Reduces risk of over-heating food during extended service periods
• Simple to operate for front-of-house staff

This holder is suited to hotels, function venues, care homes, and any operation running a chafing dish buffet service. It is a straightforward replacement or additional holder rather than a standalone heating solution — you will need compatible chafing fuel separately.

If you are equipping a larger buffet setup or are unsure which fuel type works best with your existing chafers, we are happy to help you get the right combination.

This Olympia double cereal dispenser holds two separate 4-litre clear plastic tanks side by side, allowing guests to choose between two different cereals from a single unit. Front-mounted dispensing taps release measured portions, which helps reduce waste and keeps the serving area tidy during busy breakfast service.

In a self-service or buffet environment the practical advantage is straightforward: guests serve themselves without staff involvement, the clear tanks make it easy to see when stock is running low, and the wide-opening lids allow cereal to be poured directly from the box without decanting into a separate container first. That alone removes a small but regular source of mess and wasted time during morning setup.

From a practical standpoint, the unit is worth deploying where you need portion control without complexity. Key operational points include:

• Front-mounted taps dispense measured portions, reducing over-serving
• Clear tanks give an immediate visual check on stock levels
• Wide lid openings allow direct pouring from the box during refills
• Dishwasher-safe construction keeps cleaning straightforward
• Stainless steel housing is suited to the demands of a commercial buffet counter

Installation requirements are minimal — the unit is freestanding and requires only sufficient counter space. At just over 5kg it is light enough to reposition between services if needed. There are no electrical or plumbing connections required.

This model is best suited to small hotels, guesthouses, and corporate dining facilities running a morning buffet with moderate guest numbers. For higher-volume operations serving a wider cereal selection, a larger or multi-unit configuration would be worth considering.

If you are unsure whether this capacity suits your breakfast service or want guidance on how to set out a buffet station, our team is happy to talk it through.

This rectangular paddle board from Olympia is a straightforward serving piece made from acacia wood, with metal handles at each end to make carrying and presenting dishes easier for front-of-house staff. The board is well sized for sharing plates, sandwiches, pastries, canapés, or small main course portions, and suits the kind of informal, rustic presentation that has become common across casual dining, gastropubs, and café settings.

Acacia is a practical choice for food service use. It is a dense, close-grained hardwood that holds up reasonably well in busy table service environments, resisting surface marking better than softer woods. The metal handles are a useful detail — they keep the board stable when being carried to and from the table and make it easy to handle during a busy service.

• Natural acacia wood surface suits informal and rustic presentation styles
• Metal handles at each end support stable, comfortable carrying during service
• Generous board area accommodates sharing portions and multi-item presentations
• Close-grained hardwood resists surface marking from normal food service use
• Straightforward to wipe down between covers during service

Like all wooden serving boards, this piece requires hand washing and should not be submerged in water or put through a commercial dishwasher, as prolonged moisture exposure will cause the wood to warp or crack over time. Periodic oiling with a food-safe oil will help maintain the surface and extend the board's working life.

This board is well suited to cafés, bistros, gastropubs, and casual dining restaurants looking for a natural, unfussy serving piece. If your operation runs very high covers and boards are handled repeatedly throughout a long service, it is worth considering how your team will care for them between uses.

If you are unsure how many boards you need for your covers, or whether this size works for your menu format, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

These Olympia Whiteware rounded square bowls are a practical porcelain option for operations that need reliable, presentable crockery in volume. The 180mm bowl sits comfortably between a side dish and a generous serving bowl, making it versatile across a range of menu applications — from pasta and risotto to sharing sides and salad portions.

Olympia's Whiteware range is a common choice in canteens, casual dining restaurants, cafes, and hotel food service operations where throughput is high and crockery takes a daily battering. The fully vitrified porcelain body gives the glaze good durability over repeated wash cycles, and the strengthened rolled edges help the bowl resist the chipping that tends to accumulate when crockery is handled at pace or loaded into commercial dishwashers continuously through service.

• Fully vitrified porcelain body for long-term glaze durability
• Chip-resistant rolled edges suited to high-turnover handling
• Stackable for efficient back-of-house storage
• Safe for oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer use
• Pure white finish compatible with a wide range of table settings

The bowl stacks cleanly, which matters when storage space is at a premium — a practical consideration for smaller kitchens or operations running multiple crockery formats. Being oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe keeps it flexible across different service styles, including pre-plated or regeneration-based operations.

This bowl is well suited to mid-volume operations running a consistent cover count. For very high-volume sites with exceptionally demanding wash cycles, it is worth discussing whether a heavier-duty specification would offer better longevity. If you have questions about matching crockery to your service style or volume, the team is happy to help.

The Olympia Café Aroma mug is a stoneware café mug designed for everyday hot beverage service. At 230ml it sits in the standard cappuccino and flat white range, making it a practical choice for coffee-led menus. The periwinkle blue colourway and rippled exterior give it a distinct, consistent look across the table without veering into anything overly decorative or hard to coordinate.

Stoneware construction with rolled edges means these mugs hold up well under the repeated handling, stacking, and dishwasher cycles that come with busy café or restaurant service. The weight and feel — each mug comes in at 290g — gives them a solidity that reads well to customers and helps them survive the knock-about reality of a working pass or counter.

A few practical points worth noting for operators:

• Sold in boxes of six — straightforward to order in multiples to build or top up a set
• Compatible with Olympia's wooden serving board, which can support upselling coffee and cake as a paired presentation
• Stoneware construction suits standard commercial dishwasher cycles
• The consistent colourway helps maintain a uniform table aesthetic across a full service cover

These mugs are well suited to independent cafes, hotel breakfast and lounge service, and any operation where a recognisable, durable coffee mug matters more than a plain white standard. They are not the right choice where a very large cappuccino or latte cup is needed — the 230ml capacity is best matched to shorter espresso-based drinks.

If you are building out a full tableware set or want to check how the Café Aroma range fits your service style, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Olympia Kiln pasta bowl is a wide-rimmed porcelain bowl designed for serving pasta, salad, and similar dishes in a restaurant or café environment. The Ocean colourway gives the glaze a distinctive, earthy finish that reads well on a laid table without requiring much by way of additional dressing. Bowls are sold in packs of four, which suits incremental stock builds or filling gaps in an existing Kiln cover set.

Porcelain of this weight handles daily service well. At 900g per bowl, there is a reassuring solidity to the piece — it sits steadily on the pass and in the diner's hands — and the wide rim gives the kitchen some flexibility in how dishes are presented and portioned. The form works equally for a generous pasta portion and for a composed salad where the rim frames the plate.

A few practical points worth noting for service teams and buyers:

• Wide rim allows clean plating with room for sauce placement or garnish
• Porcelain construction supports dishwasher use in commercial glass and rack washers
• Ocean glaze coordinates with other pieces in the Olympia Kiln range
• Lifetime edge-chip warranty offers some protection against the attrition of daily service
• Pack of four suits incremental stock purchases alongside existing cover sets

These bowls are best suited to restaurants, bistros, and café-restaurants where the tableware aesthetic matters as much as durability. They are not intended for high-volume canteen or fast-casual operations where plain white, heavier-gauge ware typically performs more cost-effectively. If your cover count is high or breakage rates are a concern, it is worth considering whether a more utilitarian alternative better fits the operation.

If you are building or refreshing a full cover and want to talk through the Kiln range or how it fits your service style, the team is happy to help.

These thermal till rolls from Olympia are a straightforward, practical consumable for cash registers and electronic point of sale printers. The 80x72mm format is one of the most widely used sizes in commercial hospitality environments, and the thermal coating means no ink ribbon is required — the paper reacts directly to the print head's heat to produce a clear, legible receipt.

For a busy front-of-house operation, having a reliable stock of compatible till rolls on hand avoids the minor but disruptive problem of running out mid-service. Supplied in a pack of 20, the quantity suits most small to medium operations looking to maintain a sensible working stock without over-ordering.

• Thermal paper — no ink or ribbon required
• 80x72mm format compatible with a wide range of EPOS and cash register systems
• Pack of 20 rolls for practical stock management
• Produces clear, legible receipts consistently

Before ordering in bulk, it is worth confirming the roll dimensions against your specific till or printer model — while 80x72mm is a common standard, printer manufacturers occasionally specify slight variations in core diameter or roll width tolerance. If you are unsure which specification your system requires, we are happy to help you confirm compatibility.

The Olympia Buckingham 48-piece cutlery set provides a complete table setting solution for operators looking to equip covers without a significant outlay. The set includes twelve table knives, twelve table forks, twelve dessert spoons and twelve teaspoons, all produced in 18/0 stainless steel with a high-polish finish and rounded handles — a clean, unfussy style that works across a broad range of dining environments.

18/0 stainless steel is a practical choice for casual dining, staff canteens, cafés and budget-conscious operators. It is hardwearing enough for day-to-day commercial use and holds up well in a commercial dishwasher, which matters when covers are moving quickly and turnaround between services is tight. The trade-off compared with 18/10 is modest — 18/0 carries less corrosion resistance over the long term, so operators running high-volume all-day services or using particularly aggressive warewashing chemicals may see a shorter working life from the pieces.

Key practical points worth noting:

• Full 48-piece set covers twelve place settings in a single purchase
• 18/0 stainless steel construction — cost-effective for casual and mid-market operations
• High-polish finish suits a range of table styles without looking out of place
• Dishwasher safe for straightforward front-of-house turnaround
• Rounded handles give a comfortable feel that works for extended dining occasions

This set is well suited to cafés, pub dining rooms, staff restaurants, event catering and smaller independents where practicality and value carry more weight than premium presentation. For sites where cutlery takes heavier daily punishment or where a finer table aesthetic is a priority, a higher-specification range in 18/10 may be worth considering.

If you are outfitting a new site or want to work out the right quantities for your covers, we are happy to talk it through.

These Olympia placemats are made from synthetic leather and provide a practical, presentable table covering for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and similar hospitality environments. The faux leather finish gives a tidier, more considered look than bare tabletops or paper alternatives, without the maintenance requirements of genuine leather.

In everyday service, synthetic leather placemats hold up reasonably well to repeated wiping and light spillage, making them straightforward to turn around between covers. The material is firm enough to sit flat without curling, which keeps the table looking neat during a busy service. They are not designed for heavy-duty industrial use, but for front-of-house table service they perform reliably in the role.

Practical advantages for front-of-house operations include:

• Wipe-clean surface keeps turnaround between covers quick and simple
• Consistent appearance across tables without laundering requirements
• Synthetic leather finish suits a range of dining environments and styles
• Sold in packs of four, making it straightforward to stock in useful quantities
• Firm, flat profile sits neatly without repositioning throughout service

There are no installation requirements. These placemats are ready to use straight from the pack. Bear in mind that synthetic leather can mark or deteriorate over time with heavy use of abrasive cleaners, so mild wiping is recommended to extend their service life. They are not suitable for use in ovens or under heated lamps in direct contact.

These placemats are a sensible choice for operators setting up or refreshing a dining room who want a consistent, easy-care table presentation. They suit casual dining, cafés, and mid-range restaurants particularly well. If you are equipping a larger venue or need a greater quantity, it is worth considering how many packs will cover your full service requirements comfortably.

If you are putting together a broader table service setup and want to talk through what works well together, the team is happy to help.

The Olympia Mineral coupe plates are 280mm porcelain plates finished with a stone-effect glaze and a hand-painted rim. Each plate carries slight natural variation in its surface texture and colouring, which is an intentional characteristic of the range rather than a manufacturing inconsistency. The coupe profile — a shallow, wide bowl without a defined rim ledge — keeps the focus on the food and suits modern plating styles across a range of service formats.

In practice, these plates work well for main courses, composed starters, and sharing-style presentations where a distinctive surface adds to the overall table aesthetic. The porcelain construction holds up well to regular commercial use and repeated dishwasher cycles without significant glaze degradation, provided standard commercial dishwasher temperatures and detergents are used. The 1.05kg per-plate weight gives them a solid feel on the table, which most front-of-house teams find reassuring during service.

A few practical points worth considering before ordering:

• Hand-painted finish means minor variation between plates — most operators find this adds character, but it is worth being aware of if absolute uniformity matters to your concept
• Sold in packs of 4, so quantities need to be planned accordingly for larger covers
• The coupe shape pools sauces toward the centre, which suits some dishes better than others
• Porcelain is durable but not chip-proof — storage and handling practices affect longevity

These plates are well suited to independent restaurants, bistros, and hotel dining rooms where presentation matters and a natural, tactile aesthetic fits the brand. If you are equipping a high-turnover operation and have questions about quantities or how the range fits your existing tableware, we are happy to talk it through.

The Olympia cast iron oval sizzler platter is a straightforward, robust serving piece designed for bringing hot dishes directly to the table. Cast iron is the standard choice for this style of service because it holds heat effectively — the platter arrives at the table still radiating, keeping food at temperature throughout the meal rather than cooling quickly on a ceramic plate.

In a busy service environment, sizzler platters take a lot of daily use: high heat in the oven or on the grill, repeated handling, and regular washing. Cast iron handles this well provided it is seasoned and maintained correctly. At 1kg, this platter is substantial enough to retain heat but manageable for front-of-house staff to carry with a suitable holder or cloth.

• Retains and radiates heat effectively for tableside sizzling presentation
• Durable cast iron construction withstands daily commercial use
• Oval format suits steaks, fajita fillings, and mixed grill portions
• Compatible with wooden or cast iron serving bases for safe table delivery
• Easy to season and maintain with standard kitchen care routines

One practical consideration: cast iron requires drying thoroughly after washing to prevent surface rust. It should not be left soaking or put through a dishwasher repeatedly without re-seasoning. For high-volume operations running multiple covers, you will need enough platters in circulation to allow for oven pre-heating time between services.

This platter is well suited to steakhouses, pub grills, Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants, and any operation where tableside sizzle is part of the dining experience. It works equally well in smaller bistro settings running a modest grill menu. Operations with very high covers may want to consider a larger format or a heavier stock of platters to keep pace with service.

If you are building out a sizzler setup and want to discuss quantities, base options, or how to integrate these into your service flow, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Olympia napkin holder is a straightforward stainless steel table accessory designed to keep paper napkins contained, accessible, and presentable throughout service. Constructed from stainless steel with a brushed finish, it suits the kind of hard daily use typical in cafés, restaurants, canteens, and fast-casual dining environments.

In a busy front-of-house setting, a reliable napkin holder earns its place by keeping tables tidy without constant staff attention. The slim profile means it sits neatly alongside condiments and other table items without crowding the surface, and the stainless steel construction resists staining, holds up to routine cleaning, and stays looking presentable over time.

Practical points worth noting:

• Stainless steel construction wipes down easily between services
• Compact footprint suits smaller tables and counter spaces
• Consistent, neutral appearance works across different table settings
• Lightweight enough to reposition or consolidate quickly during turnaround
• Suitable for standard folded or interleaved paper napkins

This holder is best suited to low-to-medium volume sites where a simple, no-fuss solution is needed. For high-turnover operations with larger tables or a need for higher napkin capacity, a wider or dual-sided dispenser may be worth considering.

If you're fitting out a number of tables and want to make sure the format works for your napkin stock and table size, feel free to get in touch — it's often a quicker conversation than it seems.

The Olympia Heritage collection is designed specifically to support dignified, independent dining for people living with dementia or those with limited hand and arm mobility. These 253mm porcelain plates feature a raised rim around the edge that gives diners something to scoop food against, reducing spillage and the need for assistance at mealtimes.

The bright yellow colourway is a deliberate design choice rather than an aesthetic one. High colour contrast between plate and food has been shown to help people with dementia distinguish what is on their plate more easily, which can have a meaningful impact on food intake and mealtime confidence. The consistent colour across the collection also helps staff identify specialist tableware quickly during service and clearing.

Practical benefits for care settings include:

• Raised rim aids food scooping without additional adaptive cutlery
• High-contrast yellow finish supports visual food identification
• Porcelain construction withstands repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• 875g weight provides stability on the table without being difficult to handle
• Sold in packs of four, suited to small-ward or phased rollouts

These plates are well suited to care homes, hospital wards, day centres, and any assisted living environment where supporting independent eating is a priority. They are not a general-purpose catering plate — the raised rim and colourway are purpose-specific, so they are best used as part of a dedicated adaptive tableware set rather than mixed into standard crockery rotation.

If you are equipping a full care dining environment or need guidance on building a complete adaptive tableware range, our team is happy to talk through what would work best for your setting.

The Olympia Kiln Chalk cups are 230ml porcelain cups finished with a deliberately uneven, fired glaze that gives each piece a slightly individual appearance. The chalk colourway sits in a neutral, off-white tone rather than a stark bright white, which works naturally alongside both rustic and contemporary table settings.

In café and restaurant service these cups handle everyday hot beverage work without issue. The porcelain construction is robust enough for regular commercial dishwasher cycles, and the rustic glaze finish tends to conceal minor surface marks that would show more readily on a high-gloss white piece. They are practical for environments where tableware takes daily handling across multiple services.

• Porcelain construction suitable for commercial dishwasher use
• Chalk glaze finish suits informal and casual dining settings
• 230ml capacity appropriate for standard espresso-based drinks and filter coffee
• Sold in packs of six, practical for building stock gradually
• Individual glaze variation gives each cup a natural, handmade character

As with any tableware in this style, the reactive glaze means colour and texture will vary slightly piece to piece — this is intentional, but worth bearing in mind if a highly uniform look is a priority for your service. The pack quantity of six is well suited to smaller operations or for supplementing an existing Kiln collection.

These cups sit within the broader Olympia Kiln range, which includes matching plates, bowls, and saucers. If you are building a full cover or extending an existing set, it is worth confirming compatibility across pieces before ordering in volume. The team is happy to help if you have questions about building a cohesive table setting around the range.

The Olympia Kristallon oval basket is a straightforward polypropylene serving basket designed for bread, rolls, condiments, and similar buffet or table items. Lightweight and practical, it is a commonly used piece in cafés, restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and self-service buffet operations.

Polypropylene is a sensible material choice for this application. It is robust enough for repeated daily use, resistant to staining, and easy to clean — either by hand or through a commercial glasswasher or dishwasher. The oval profile suits a bread roll or side-service presentation well and sits neatly on a side plate or small tray without taking up excessive table space.

• Lightweight construction reduces handling fatigue during busy covers
• Polypropylene resists staining and retains appearance over time
• Easy to clean and suitable for commercial dishwasher use
• Oval shape works well for bread rolls, wrapped cutlery, or condiment sachets
• Consistent sizing makes stacking and storage straightforward

There is little in the way of installation or operational complexity here, but it is worth considering quantity relative to service volume. For high-turnover buffet lines or large dining rooms, having sufficient basket stock to rotate through the wash without interrupting service is the main practical consideration.

This basket suits smaller cafés, table-service restaurants, and hotel breakfast or buffet operations where a neat, functional presentation piece is needed. For operations requiring a larger capacity or a different profile, other sizes and styles are available within the range.

If you are fitting out a buffet line or refreshing your tabletop smallwares and want to make sure you are ordering the right sizes and quantities, the team is happy to help.

The Olympia Ring Menu Card Holder is a compact, free-standing stainless steel holder designed for tabletop display of menus, daily specials, promotional cards, or business cards. Paper sheets slot in directly, making it straightforward to update content between services without any tools or fuss.

Constructed from stainless steel, it presents well in both formal dining and casual settings, and holds up reliably to the handling and cleaning that comes with regular table service. Its small footprint means it sits neatly on a table without taking up space that diners need.

This type of holder works well where operators want a consistent, tidy presentation across covers — particularly useful when menus, allergen notices, or promotional inserts need to be updated frequently. The ring base keeps it stable without being cumbersome to move during cleaning or table resets.

There are no installation requirements. It is ready to use as supplied and needs no fixings or assembly. Being lightweight, it is easy to handle in volume if you are equipping a large dining room.

Well suited to restaurants, cafés, hotel dining rooms, and bar areas where clean, simple tabletop signage is needed. For operations requiring a more substantial or larger-format display, it is worth considering whether a larger holder or a different display format would better suit the volume and style of service.

If you are fitting out a dining room and want a steer on quantities or presentation options, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Olympia Henley soup spoon is a straightforward, consistently finished piece of table cutlery produced in 18/0 stainless steel. The polished finish gives a clean, professional appearance at the table, and the slim handle profile keeps the look unfussy — appropriate for a broad range of dining environments from casual restaurants to workplace canteens.

18/0 stainless steel is a practical choice for commercial operations. It is durable enough for high-frequency dishwasher cycling, holds its finish well under regular use, and does not carry the additional cost associated with higher nickel-content alloys. For most service environments, it performs reliably day to day.

Practical points worth noting for purchasing decisions:

• Sold in packs of 12, suited to building or topping up existing covers
• Consistent weight and balance across the set supports uniform table presentation
• Polished finish cleans readily and passes inspection after standard commercial dishwashing
• Slim handle design sits comfortably in the hand without adding unnecessary bulk to place settings
• 18/0 grade is a cost-effective choice for high-turnover or high-loss environments

One consideration worth keeping in mind: 18/0 stainless steel, while durable, can be more susceptible to surface spotting than 18/10 alternatives, particularly in hard water areas or where dishwasher chemistry is not closely managed. For fine dining settings where table presentation is a primary concern, a higher-grade option may be worth considering. For everyday service, the Henley is a solid, dependable choice.

If you are standardising cutlery across a new site or replacing a pattern that has gone out of stock, it is worth speaking with us to confirm the Henley range covers all the pieces your service requires before placing a larger order.

These are straightforward white porcelain soy dishes from Olympia's Whiteware range — small, shallow condiment dishes designed primarily for serving soy sauce but practical for any table-side condiment or dipping accompaniment. At 100mm in diameter, they sit neatly on a cover or side plate without taking up excessive table space.

The dishes are fully vitrified, which means the porcelain has been fired to a point where it becomes non-porous. In practice, this makes them more resistant to chipping, staining, and thermal shock than standard earthenware, which matters when pieces are moving through a commercial dishwasher multiple times a day. The pure white glaze holds its appearance well under regular service conditions and coordinates easily with most existing tableware ranges.

For front-of-house teams, the practical advantages are straightforward:

• Non-porous surface resists staining from soy, oils, and acidic condiments
• Thermal shock resistance suits high-temperature dishwasher cycles
• Uniform white finish works across mixed tableware sets
• Pack of 12 provides practical cover depth for busy services

These are a sensible choice for restaurants, hotel dining rooms, izakayas, sushi counters, or any operation that serves Asian-influenced dishes where soy or dipping sauces are presented at the table. They are not intended for high-heat oven use. If your operation runs very high cover volumes, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity would better suit your breakage and replacement cycle.

If you are looking to coordinate these with other pieces in the Olympia Whiteware range, or are unsure whether the size suits your service style, the team is happy to advise.

This is a 1/6 gastronorm dish in Olympia's Whiteware porcelain range, designed to sit directly within standard gastronorm frames, chilled display units, and buffet counters. The 100mm depth gives it a reasonable capacity for its footprint, making it a practical choice where space across a counter or display is limited but you still need a meaningful serving volume.

Porcelain performs well in front-of-house environments where presentation matters. Unlike stainless steel gastronorms, the white finish reads cleanly on a buffet pass or serve-over counter and suits both casual and more considered dining settings. It transitions comfortably from the fridge to the table or service station without the need to decant, which helps keep service efficient and reduces the number of vessels in circulation.

Practical advantages for day-to-day service include:

• Fits standard 1/6 GN frames and display inserts without modification
• Porcelain surface is straightforward to clean and resists staining from most common food types
• Suitable for chilled display and ambient buffet service
• White finish works across a range of service styles and venue types
• Can move directly from refrigeration to the service counter

It is worth noting that porcelain is not suitable for oven use or direct heat exposure, so these dishes are specifically a service and display item rather than a cooking vessel. For operations needing gastronorms that move between oven, blast chiller, and service counter, stainless or polycarbonate alternatives would be the more practical choice.

These dishes are well suited to hotels, contract caterers, café-style operations, and any venue running a buffet or self-service format. If you are outfitting a full counter run and are unsure whether this size and depth is right for your layout, we are happy to talk it through.

The Olympia Kristallon large cutlery tray is a polypropylene tray sized to the GN 1/1 footprint, designed to organise and present loose cutlery at service points, counters, or in preparation areas. It features four open compartments, allowing knives, forks, spoons, and a fourth item type to be separated and kept accessible during service.

In a working kitchen or front-of-house environment, the GN 1/1 sizing is a practical advantage. It drops neatly into standard gastronorm frames, trolleys, or counter cutouts, meaning it can be integrated into existing service infrastructure without modification. The stackable design allows trays to be nested when not in use or when transporting cutlery from the wash area to the counter, which keeps storage tidy and reduces handling steps during setup.

• Four compartments keep cutlery sorted and accessible throughout service
• GN 1/1 format fits standard gastronorm frames and trolleys
• Stackable design simplifies storage and back-of-house transport
• Smooth polypropylene construction wipes down quickly between covers
• Lightweight build reduces fatigue during frequent repositioning

Being polypropylene, the tray is straightforward to clean — it can be wiped down at the counter or put through a dishwasher, which suits operations where cutlery stations are refreshed between sittings. The material is robust enough for daily commercial use without being heavy to handle.

This tray is well suited to restaurants, cafés, canteens, and hotels where cutlery is displayed or distributed at a self-service or staffed counter. For sites with very high throughput or where multiple stations run simultaneously, it is worth considering whether a larger quantity of trays in rotation would better suit the operation than a single unit.

If you are unsure how many trays your service setup needs or how they will fit into your existing counter arrangement, our team is happy to talk it through.

These black melamine rice bowls are part of Olympia's Kristallon Fusion range, designed to offer a consistent, contemporary table setting for casual dining, canteen, and Asian-style food service operations. Made from melamine, they present with a clean, uniform finish that suits both counter and table service.

Melamine bowls are a practical choice in environments where durability and replacement cost matter. They resist chipping and cracking far better than ceramic equivalents under the kind of repeated handling that comes with high-turnover covers, and their light weight makes them comfortable to handle in quantity during busy service periods.

• Melamine construction resists chipping and cracking under regular commercial use
• Lightweight at 118g, reducing handling fatigue during busy service
• Uniform black finish suits contemporary and Asian-themed table settings
• Sold in packs of six, practical for building or replenishing cover sets
• Suitable for dishwasher use in commercial environments

It is worth noting that melamine bowls are not suitable for microwave use, so they are best suited to operations where food is plated directly from service rather than reheated in the bowl. They are also not intended for very high-temperature foods held over extended periods. For operations serving hot soups or broths where heat retention is a priority, a ceramic or porcelain option may be worth considering.

These bowls are well suited to canteens, casual dining restaurants, noodle bars, sushi venues, and any operation looking for a cost-effective, resilient tableware solution for rice or side dishes. For sites needing a full coordinated table setting, the broader Kristallon Fusion range includes complementary pieces.

If you're building out a tableware set or unsure which bowl size best suits your menu, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

This three-tier display stand from Olympia is made from acacia wood and intended for front-of-house use at buffets, afternoon tea services, cake displays, and similar hospitality settings. The stacked tiered design creates useful vertical presentation space without taking up a large footprint on a buffet table or counter.

Acacia is a reasonably hard-wearing timber that holds up well in regular hospitality use. The natural grain and warm tone of the wood read well against linen, slate, or plain white crockery, making it a practical choice where operators want to move away from chrome or white melamine display risers without introducing something that looks contrived.

From an operational standpoint, the stand offers a few straightforward advantages:

• Tiered layout displays multiple items at once without crowding the table
• Compact footprint keeps buffet layouts organised
• Natural acacia finish suits informal and formal service styles
• Wipes down easily between services
• Quick to assemble, requiring no tools

There are no installation requirements — this is a freestanding display accessory. It is worth noting that acacia, like all natural wood, should not be left submerged in water or run through a commercial dishwasher repeatedly, as this will cause the wood to dry out and crack over time. Wiping down with a damp cloth after each service is the recommended approach.

This stand suits cafés, hotel breakfast and afternoon tea services, wedding and events catering, and smaller restaurant buffet counters. It is best suited to lighter display use — pastries, small cakes, fruit, and similar items — rather than heavy or wet food. Operations running high-volume buffets or outdoor events may want to consider a more robust alternative in a different material.

If you are putting together a buffet display scheme and want to talk through what will work best for your service style, the team is happy to help.
