Outdoor Cooking Equipment Accessories

The Crown Verity ABR48 is a purpose-built bun rack designed to sit inside the RD48 roll dome on the MCB48 gas barbecue. Its function is straightforward: it allows operators to warm and hold buns or bread rolls above the cooking surface, using the retained heat already present in the dome rather than relying on a separate holding unit.

In high-throughput outdoor catering environments — festivals, stadium concessions, event catering, and outdoor hospitality — maintaining service pace depends on having everything ready at the point of plating. Keeping buns warm and accessible alongside whatever is on the grill removes a small but meaningful bottleneck during busy periods. Because the rack sits within the existing dome footprint, it adds no extra equipment to manage and takes up no additional surface space.

The rack offers four adjustable height positions, which gives practical control over warming intensity. This is useful when service volume varies across a shift or when the grill is running at different outputs — operators can moderate the heat the buns receive without any guesswork.

• Fits inside the RD48 roll dome — no additional counter space required
• Four height positions give control over warming intensity
• Keeps buns ready to serve without a separate holding unit
• Genuine Crown Verity accessory, matched specifically to the MCB48

It is important to note that this accessory is designed exclusively for use with the MCB48 and the RD48 roll dome. It is not compatible with other Crown Verity barbecue models, so it is worth confirming your setup before ordering.

If you would like to talk through how this fits into your Crown Verity configuration, our team is happy to help you check compatibility before you commit.

The Crown Verity RD60 is a roll dome lid made specifically for use with the Crown Verity MCB60 barbecue. Fitted over the cooking surface, it creates an enclosed environment that circulates heat around the food rather than allowing it to escape upward. It is a straightforward accessory with a clear purpose — extending what the MCB60 can do without requiring additional equipment.

On a busy grill, retaining heat makes a noticeable difference to throughput and consistency. Thicker cuts of meat, poultry pieces, and bone-in portions benefit considerably from the indirect, convection-style heat the dome creates. During peak service, when the grill surface is heavily loaded, an open setup can struggle to maintain temperature; the dome helps compensate for that heat loss and keeps cooking times predictable.

For operators running the MCB60 at events, festivals, or in a permanent outdoor hospitality setting, the practical advantages include:

• Indirect and convection-style cooking on a direct-flame grill
• More consistent results on thicker or bone-in cuts with less operator intervention
• Improved temperature retention when the cooking surface is fully loaded
• Broader menu capability without the need for additional cooking equipment
• Purpose-built fit that eliminates heat loss around the edges

One important consideration: the RD60 is designed exclusively for the MCB60 model and will not fit other Crown Verity barbecue sizes. Confirming your exact model before ordering is essential. Fitting requires no tools — the dome rolls and sits directly into place on the barbecue frame.

This lid suits catering operators and outdoor hospitality venues already using the MCB60 who want to handle a wider range of menu items during service. If you would like to talk through whether this works for your current setup, the team is glad to help.

The ABR36 is a purpose-made bun rack designed specifically for use with Crown Verity MCB36 and MCB72 series gas barbecues. It sits inside the RD36 roll dome, making use of the residual heat generated above the grill to warm or lightly toast buns and bread rolls during service — without the need for separate warming equipment or additional counter space.

In a busy outdoor catering environment, keeping buns warm and ready at the same pace as grill output is a genuine operational challenge. This rack addresses that directly by positioning bread at the correct height above the heat source. Four adjustable height positions allow operators to dial in the level of warmth depending on service pace, ambient temperature, and the type of bread being used.

• Keeps buns warm and ready in line with grill output during service
• Four height positions give control over warming intensity
• Fits inside the RD36 roll dome — no extra footprint at the service point
• Purpose-built fit for MCB36 and MCB72 barbecues ensures stability and safety
• Reduces reliance on separate warming equipment at the service station

It is worth being clear about compatibility: the ABR36 is designed for the MCB36 and MCB72 models only and requires the RD36 roll dome to function as intended. It is not a universal accessory and will not suit other barbecue series or configurations where the dome is absent.

This rack is well suited to operators already running Crown Verity MCB series barbecues who want a simple, integrated warming solution — whether for events catering, pub gardens, or outdoor dining venues with regular high-volume service periods. If you are building out your Crown Verity setup and want to talk through which accessories make sense for your service style, the team is glad to help you put the right kit together.

The Cinders Flat Griddle is a cooking-grade aluminium plate designed to sit directly over the grill bars of compatible Cinders SG80 and TG160 BBQ units. It converts the open grill into a flat-top cooking surface, broadening what the unit can do without requiring additional equipment on site.

In practice, this kind of accessory earns its place quickly on busy outdoor catering operations. An open grill is inherently limited in what it can hold and how it transfers heat — a flat griddle changes that significantly. It handles fried onions, peppers, and other garnishes that need to stay warm and ready throughout service, manages batches of pancakes or breakfast items, and copes well with stir-fried vegetables at pace. The lipped edges contain food and cooking juices, which matters when working fast in an outdoor or event environment where mess quickly becomes a practical problem.

On TG160 models, the griddle slides side-to-side across the cooking surface, and the reflected heat assists with cleaning the grill bars beneath as it moves — a useful detail that reduces time spent on maintenance between services.

• Converts open grill bars to a flat cooking surface without extra equipment
• Lipped edges contain food and juices during fast-paced outdoor service
• Sliding action on TG160 models helps clean the grill surface beneath
• Thick aluminium plate distributes and retains heat evenly across the cooking area
• Broadens the menu range achievable from a single Cinders BBQ unit

This griddle is designed specifically for Cinders SG80 and TG160 models and is not a universal fit across other manufacturers' equipment. For sites with consistently high throughput, it is worth considering whether a dedicated commercial flat-top griddle or a larger-capacity unit would be a better match for the volume involved.

If you are unsure whether this plate suits your current setup or the type of events you cater for, the team is happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Crown Verity ABR30 is a purpose-built bun rack designed specifically for use with the MCB30 and MCB60 gas barbecue units. It sits inside the RD30 roll dome, making use of the residual heat generated above the main cooking surface to warm buns, rolls, or bread without exposing them to direct flame or grill contact.

In a busy outdoor service environment — whether that is event catering, outdoor hospitality, or mobile food operations — keeping buns warm and ready throughout service is a small but operationally meaningful detail. A cold or stale bun slows service and affects the finished product. The ABR30 allows operators to run bun warming and main cooking simultaneously from the same unit, without needing a separate holding appliance taking up additional space or power.

Four adjustable height positions give a degree of control over heat exposure, which is practical when service pace varies or when the grill is running at different intensities across a shift.

• Fits inside the RD30 roll dome — no additional counter or table space required
• Four height positions allow heat exposure to be managed during service
• Warms buns without direct flame or grill contact
• Eliminates the need for a separate holding unit at the service point

This is a model-specific accessory and will not fit barbecue units or roll domes outside the MCB30 and MCB60 range. It is worth confirming your existing Crown Verity configuration before ordering.

If you are building out a Crown Verity setup from scratch or want to check compatibility with your current equipment, the team is happy to talk through the right combination of units and accessories.

The Crown Verity RD30 is a roll dome lid designed specifically to fit the MCB30 and MCB60 barbecue units. It sits over the cooking surface and encloses the heat, converting an open-flame grill into a covered cooking environment — closer in behaviour to an indirect grill or a low-level oven. It requires no modification to the base unit and fits without adaptation, provided you are running one of the two compatible models.

In a live outdoor catering environment, the practical difference is noticeable. Enclosing the cooking surface holds heat more effectively, which evens out temperature across the grill and reduces the recovery time between batches. For operators running continuous service at events, festivals, or large outdoor functions, that consistency makes a real difference to throughput and food quality, particularly when working through a varied menu that includes thicker cuts or items that benefit from indirect heat.

Adding the RD30 to an existing setup brings a number of operational advantages:

• Improved heat retention, which supports more consistent results across the cooking surface
• Faster temperature recovery between service batches
• Ability to roast, smoke, or cook indirectly — not possible on an open grill
• Reduced fuel consumption during extended service periods
• Broader menu flexibility without adding another piece of equipment

It is worth confirming your base unit model before ordering. The RD30 is matched to the MCB30 and MCB60 footprint and is not a universal fit across the wider Crown Verity range.

This lid suits operators who are already running Crown Verity MCB barbecues and want to extend their cooking capability without a significant further investment. If your operation demands a higher-output solution from the outset, it is worth discussing the broader Crown Verity range to find the right combination of units and accessories.

If you would like to talk through whether the RD30 works for your current setup, the team is glad to help you think it through.

The Crown Verity RT36 is a rotisserie attachment designed to work directly with Crown Verity's MCB36 and MCB72 barbecue units. Rather than requiring a separate piece of equipment, it converts either of those barbecues into a spit-roasting setup, broadening the cooking capabilities available from a unit you may already own. It is supplied with a set of five-inch forks, so it is ready to use once fitted.

In outdoor catering and event environments, rotisserie cooking suits situations where consistent, hands-off heat is more practical than constant grill management. Whole chickens, joints, and larger cuts rotate over indirect heat, which frees staff to focus on other aspects of service. For operators working at volume — outdoor hospitality, event catering, marquee dining — that reduction in grill attention during a busy period has a real operational value.

• Fits the MCB36 and MCB72 directly, without modification to the barbecue
• Suited to whole birds, joints, and larger rotisserie-appropriate cuts
• Reduces hands-on monitoring needed during a busy service run
• Keeps outdoor cooking consolidated to a single unit
• Supplied with forks included, ready to use from fitting

As this is a dedicated accessory, compatibility is limited to the MCB36 and MCB72. Operators running any other Crown Verity model, or a barbecue from a different manufacturer, should confirm compatibility before ordering. The barbecue should be on a stable, level surface during use given the rotation and load involved — worth checking before each event rather than assuming the ground conditions are consistent.

This attachment is well suited to catering businesses, event operators, and hospitality venues that already run a compatible Crown Verity barbecue and want to extend what it can do. If you are unsure whether your current setup is compatible, or you are weighing up which Crown Verity barbecue to pair it with, feel free to give the team a call before you order.

The Crown Verity WG36 is a purpose-built wind guard designed to fit directly onto the MCB36 and MCB72 barbecue units. Its function is straightforward: to act as a physical barrier against wind interference, helping the grill maintain a more consistent cooking temperature across the full grilling surface during outdoor service.

Wind is one of the more disruptive variables in outdoor catering. Even a moderate crosswind can create significant heat variation across a grill — leading to uneven cook results, extended cook times, and higher gas consumption as the burners work harder to compensate. For operations using the MCB36 or MCB72 regularly in open or semi-exposed conditions, fitting the correct wind guard is a practical step rather than an optional extra.

The operational benefits are straightforward:

• More consistent heat distribution across the grilling surface
• Reduced gas waste caused by wind-induced heat loss
• More predictable cook times during busy outdoor service periods
• Better operator control in exposed or variable-weather environments

This accessory is well suited to operators running outdoor catering events, terrace service, or barbecue stations in exposed yard or garden settings where the MCB36 or MCB72 is in regular use. It is a model-specific fitment — the WG36 is designed for the MCB36 and MCB72 only and should not be assumed to fit other Crown Verity units.

If you are working out the right configuration for your outdoor barbecue setup, we are happy to talk through the options with you.

The Crown Verity RFS30 is a removable front shelf designed specifically for the MCB30 series barbecue. It attaches to the front of the unit, providing an additional working surface at grill height — a straightforward addition that makes a practical difference when running food through an outdoor service station.

In live outdoor catering, keeping everything within arm's reach matters. A dedicated shelf at grill level gives operators somewhere to rest sauces, serving dishes, plated food, or utensils without stepping away from the cooking area. That small improvement in organisation keeps service moving, particularly during peak periods when the pace at the grill doesn't allow for unnecessary movement.

• Attaches directly to the MCB30 using manufacturer-matched fixing points for a secure fit
• Removable design simplifies transport and storage between events
• Adds usable workspace at grill height without extending the unit's footprint significantly
• Built as a Crown Verity accessory, so dimensions and fit are consistent with the host unit

Because the RFS30 is a manufacturer accessory rather than a generic aftermarket shelf, it is built to align with the MCB30's attachment points and proportions. If your MCB30 is an older unit, it is worth confirming compatibility before ordering, as Crown Verity have updated the range over time.

This shelf suits operators who already run the MCB30 regularly — whether at events, outdoor functions, or as part of a fixed outdoor station — and want to improve workflow at the grill without a significant investment. It is a practical, minor addition rather than a fundamental upgrade.

If you are working out how to complete your MCB30 setup or want to check compatibility with your specific unit, the team is happy to help you work through it.

The Crown Verity RT60 is a rotisserie attachment designed exclusively for use with the Crown Verity MCB60 barbecue. It fits directly to the MCB60 and adds a rotating spit function, allowing operators to cook whole birds, joints, or other suitable product over the existing burners without needing a separate piece of equipment.

In a commercial outdoor catering context, rotisserie cooking is well regarded for delivering consistent, even results with relatively low active involvement during service. Once product is loaded and the spit is turning, the cook is free to manage other tasks — a practical advantage during busy periods when the team is stretched across multiple stations. For operators already running an MCB60, the RT60 is a straightforward way to extend that unit's output without adding complexity or a second piece of kit to manage.

Practical advantages for catering teams include:

• Adds rotisserie capability to an existing MCB60 without additional equipment
• Suitable for batch cooking whole birds or joints during service
• Supplied with two sets of forks to accommodate different product configurations
• Keeps the cooking footprint consolidated to a single unit

It's worth being clear that the RT60 is compatible only with the MCB60 — it will not fit other Crown Verity models or third-party barbecues. Operators should confirm they are running an MCB60 before ordering. The attachment is intended for outdoor commercial use in line with the MCB60's own operating requirements.

The RT60 is well suited to outdoor hospitality venues, event caterers, and mobile catering operations that are already using the MCB60 and want to add rotisserie output to their service offer. For operations with significantly higher throughput demands, it may be worth exploring whether a dedicated rotisserie unit would be more appropriate.

If you'd like to talk through whether the RT60 fits how you're running your MCB60, the team is happy to help you think it through before you order.

The Cinders Double Pan Support is a purpose-built accessory designed exclusively for the Cinders Classic TG160 barbecue. It drops into position at either end of the grill and accepts two gastronorm pans, creating a practical holding and staging area directly adjacent to the cooking surface. Gastronorm pans are not included.

In a busy outdoor service environment, managing cooked food safely between the grill and the pass is an operational challenge that is often underestimated. This support addresses it directly — one pan can sit over residual heat for hot holding while the second provides staging capacity for resting or prepared items. That arrangement helps operators maintain a controlled, hygienic flow from grill to service without improvised solutions that slow throughput or introduce cross-contamination risk.

• Keeps cooked food at temperature while the grill continues in use
• Separates resting and staged food from raw product on the cooking surface
• Supports hygienic handling from preparation through to service
• Drops in and out without tools for quick setup and breakdown
• Compatible with standard gastronorm pans already in use in most operations

It is worth noting that this support is designed solely for the Cinders Classic TG160 and will not fit other Cinders models or third-party barbecues. For high-volume outdoor events where more extensive hot-holding capacity is needed, it is worth considering whether additional equipment is required before committing to a service setup.

If you would like to talk through how this accessory fits into your outdoor operation, the team is happy to help you work it out.

The BC30 is a purpose-made protective cover designed specifically for the Crown Verity MCB30 mobile barbecue. It is not a universal cover — it is manufactured to fit the MCB30 precisely, ensuring the unit is properly enclosed when not in use rather than left exposed under an ill-fitting alternative that could trap moisture or shift in poor weather.

For operators running outdoor catering, terrace hospitality, or mobile event services, equipment left outside between shifts is exposed to rain, dust, grease residue, and seasonal weather. A well-fitted cover reduces that exposure meaningfully — protecting external surfaces, burner components, and control areas from the kind of gradual deterioration that builds up over a season of outdoor use. It also reduces the cleaning required before each service, as surfaces are less likely to have accumulated debris during storage.

Using the correct manufacturer-matched cover is a straightforward way to protect the working life of the MCB30. Poorly fitting covers can cause condensation to collect underneath, which over time does more harm than leaving the unit uncovered in dry conditions. The BC30 is designed to avoid that.

This cover is suited to any operator using the MCB30 as part of a regular outdoor catering setup — whether that is a pub garden, event caterer, or hospitality venue with seasonal al fresco service. If you are unsure whether this cover is the right fit for your unit, or have questions about accessories for your outdoor setup, the team is glad to help.

The Crown Verity BC60 is a purpose-made cover designed exclusively for the MCB60 mobile barbecue. It is a straightforward protective accessory — its function is to shield the unit from dust, debris, moisture, and general exposure when the barbecue is not in service.

For operators running outdoor catering, event service, or seasonal al fresco covers, leaving a commercial barbecue exposed between uses will accelerate surface deterioration and increase the preparation work needed before the next service. A correctly fitted cover helps keep the unit in better condition, reduces pre-service cleaning time, and contributes to a longer working life for the barbecue itself.

Practical considerations for this accessory are straightforward. The BC60 is made to fit the MCB60 specifically and is not a universal cover — it should not be used as a substitute fit on other Crown Verity models. If the barbecue is used on busy outdoor sites or moved between locations, it is worth considering where the cover will be stored when the unit is in operation, particularly where loose items on site could become a hazard.

This cover is a sensible addition for any operator running an MCB60 as part of an outdoor or mobile catering setup, and becomes more important the more frequently the unit is stored outdoors or transported between sites.

If you are unsure whether this cover is compatible with your Crown Verity model, or if you are putting together a wider outdoor catering setup and want a steer on what you need, we are happy to help.

The Crown Verity ABR60 is a purpose-built bun rack designed specifically for use with the MCB60 barbecue. It sits inside the RD60 roll dome, making practical use of the existing hood space to warm or lightly toast buns and bread rolls during service — without requiring a separate piece of equipment at the station.

In a busy outdoor or event catering environment, keeping a bun warmer integrated into the grill unit is a straightforward operational advantage. The rack offers four adjustable height positions, which allows operators to manage the heat level reaching the product — useful when switching between delicate brioche buns and sturdier bread rolls, or when the grill itself is running at varying temperatures through a long service period.

The practical benefits are modest but well-targeted:

• Removes the need for a separate bun warmer or toaster at the station
• Keeps the catering footprint compact during outdoor or event service
• Adjustable positions give control over warming intensity
• Fits within equipment already in use — no additional power source required
• Straightforward to fit and remove for cleaning between services

It is worth confirming before ordering that you have the RD60 roll dome as part of your MCB60 setup, as the ABR60 is designed to work within that specific enclosure. Without the roll dome, the rack has no suitable mounting point.

This accessory is well suited to outdoor event caterers, festival traders, sports venue operators, and mobile catering teams running regular high-volume burger or hot dog service from a Crown Verity MCB60. If you are unsure whether this fits your current configuration, the team are happy to check with you before you place an order.

The Crown Verity G1222 is a 300mm drop-on griddle plate designed specifically for use with Crown Verity MCB series barbecues. It sits directly over the existing grate and heat source, converting a portion of the cooking surface into a flat griddle zone without any additional connections, installation work, or separate equipment.

In outdoor catering and events environments, having both a grilled surface and a flat griddle available on the same unit is a practical advantage. The plate absorbs and distributes heat from the burners beneath, providing a consistent flat cooking surface suited to eggs, bacon, pancakes, and other foods that don't perform well on an open grate. For operators running breakfast services or varied menus at outdoor events, this avoids the need to bring a separate piece of kit to site.

• Adds flat griddle capability to an existing MCB series barbecue
• No connections or installation required — drops into place over the grate
• Suitable for foods unsuitable for open grilling, including eggs and bacon
• Removable between services for cleaning and storage
• Expands menu options without additional equipment investment

It is worth confirming compatibility with your specific MCB model before ordering, as this plate is designed for the MCB series and may not suit other barbecue formats. For operations requiring extensive flat-top cooking over long service periods, a dedicated griddle unit would provide greater surface area and more precise temperature management across multiple zones.

This accessory is well suited to operators who already run Crown Verity MCB barbecues and want to broaden their cooking capability at outdoor events, hospitality venues, or temporary catering setups. If you'd like to talk through whether it fits your current configuration, the team is glad to help you work it out.

The BC48 is a purpose-made cover designed specifically for the Crown Verity MCB48 mobile charbroiler. Its function is straightforward: to protect the unit when it is not in service, shielding the burners, cooking surfaces, and frame from dust, moisture, and general weather exposure.

For operators running outdoor catering events, seasonal service periods, or a permanent outdoor cooking station, leaving a commercial barbecue uncovered between uses takes a gradual toll. Debris settles on cooking surfaces, moisture works into components, and the finish deteriorates faster than it needs to. A correctly fitted cover reduces that wear, keeps the unit cleaner going into each service, and cuts down the preparation time before the grill is needed.

• Tailored fit for the MCB48 — no adapting an ill-fitting generic cover
• Shields burners and cooking surfaces from debris and moisture during storage
• Reduces pre-service cleaning time and preparation effort
• Helps maintain the unit's appearance and condition over its working life
• Quick to fit and remove when turnaround between events is tight

It is worth being clear that this cover is model-specific. It is made for the MCB48 and will not fit other Crown Verity units correctly. If you are running a different model in the range, it is worth checking with us before ordering.

If you are putting together a full Crown Verity outdoor setup or simply want to confirm you have the right accessories for your unit, we are happy to talk it through.

The Crown Verity PGRID48 is a full-width griddle plate designed specifically for the MCB48 barbecue unit. It slides directly into the cooking position in place of the standard grill grates, converting the MCB48 into a flat-top cooking surface without any tools or permanent modification. It is a dedicated accessory, not a universal fit, so it is worth confirming you have the MCB48 before ordering.

The plate is constructed from thick rolled steel, which gives it the mass to hold temperature consistently across the full surface when food is loaded. In a busy outdoor service environment — events catering, festival operations, large hospitality functions — this matters. A thinner plate would shed heat quickly under volume; the PGRID48 maintains cooking temperature through continuous service in a way that keeps throughput steady rather than forcing the operator to work in smaller batches.

Practical features that make a difference in service include:

• Slide-on fitment allowing quick conversion between griddle and open grill cooking
• Thick rolled steel construction for consistent heat retention under load
• Removable grease tray for faster cleaning between service periods
• Integrated splashguard to reduce mess and protect the operator
• Designed exclusively for the MCB48, ensuring a secure, stable fit

As a removable accessory, it gives operators the flexibility to switch between grill and griddle cooking depending on the menu — a useful characteristic when outdoor event menus vary from one day to the next. Cleaning is straightforward given the removable grease management, which matters when turnaround between services is tight.

If you are unsure whether the PGRID48 suits your current MCB48 setup, or want to talk through outdoor cooking accessories more broadly, the team is glad to help you work through it.

The Crown Verity PGT1117 is a perforated grill plate designed to fit the full MCB range of Crown Verity barbecues. The perforated surface allows heat and smoke to circulate around food while preventing smaller items from falling through the grill grates — a practical solution for caterers cooking fish, vegetables, or other delicate produce on a commercial outdoor setup.

In a busy outdoor catering or events environment, this kind of accessory earns its place quickly. Fish fillets, asparagus, sliced courgette, and similar ingredients that would be lost or damaged on open grates cook evenly and stay intact, reducing waste and improving plate presentation. The plate sits directly on the existing MCB grill surface, so there is no complex setup involved.

Key practical advantages include:

• Prevents delicate fish and vegetables from falling through grates
• Allows smoke penetration and char flavour to develop naturally
• Compatible across the MCB barbecue range — no additional adapters needed
• Simple to remove and clean between service periods
• Expands menu flexibility on an existing MCB unit

This is a straightforward accessory rather than a complex piece of equipment, but it is worth confirming compatibility with your specific MCB model before ordering. If you are putting together a full outdoor catering station or are unsure which Crown Verity accessories suit your setup, the team is happy to help you piece it together sensibly.

The Crown Verity RT48 is a rotisserie attachment designed exclusively for use with the Crown Verity MCB48 barbecue. It fits directly to the MCB48 and enables spit-roasting over live heat, adding a second cooking method to a unit that operators may already be running for standard grilling.

In outdoor catering and event hospitality settings, rotisserie cooking is a reliable way to handle whole birds and large joints at volume. The continuous rotation produces an even, self-basting effect that tends to give more consistent results across larger cuts than static grilling alone — particularly useful during long service periods where the grill is working hard and consistency matters. It is a practical extension of the MCB48's capability rather than a replacement for it, and the attachment can be fitted or removed as the menu demands.

From an operational standpoint, the main practical points to be aware of are:

• Designed exclusively for the MCB48 — compatibility is unit-specific, not universal
• Suited to whole birds, large joints, and similar proteins requiring slow, even cooking
• Supplied with 5-inch forks as standard
• Straightforward to fit and remove without specialist tools
• Extends the cooking repertoire without adding a separate piece of equipment

This attachment is best suited to outdoor event caterers, mobile hospitality operators, and venue teams already running the MCB48 who want to offer spit-roasted items alongside their standard barbecue menu. Before ordering, it is worth confirming you have the correct MCB48 model, as rotisserie compatibility is not interchangeable across different units in the Crown Verity range.

If you would like to talk through how the RT48 works alongside the MCB48 in a specific event or service context, the team is happy to help you work out whether it is the right addition to your setup.

This 15-inch (380mm) round-base wok is the purpose-matched pan for Cinders StreetWok burners. Made from mild steel, it sits correctly within the burner bowl and works in conjunction with the chef's flame shield on the upper grate, which can be used to flip and return the wok when drawn forward by the handle. It is the smallest size recommended for use with the Cinders wok burner range.

Mild steel is the traditional material for professional woks and for good reason. It responds quickly to heat changes, develops a natural non-stick seasoning over time with correct preparation and use, and holds up well under the high temperatures typical of wok cooking. The round base keeps food moving freely, which is important when cooking in volume at pace. The wooden handle is proportioned for balanced one-handed control during service, reducing fatigue over a long shift.

A few practical points worth noting before use:

• Mild steel requires seasoning before first use to build a protective cooking surface
• It will discolour with use — this is normal and not a defect
• The pan should be dried thoroughly after washing to prevent surface rust
• It is designed specifically for use with Cinders StreetWok burners and the flame shield interaction depends on that pairing

This wok suits outdoor catering operations, street food traders, and event caterers running Cinders StreetWok equipment. If you are cooking for particularly high-volume services or need a larger cooking surface, it is worth considering whether a bigger pan would better suit your throughput.

If you are unsure whether this is the right size for your service style or burner setup, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Crown Verity RFS72 is a removable front shelf made specifically for the MCB72 commercial barbecue. It attaches directly to the unit and gives the operator a usable surface immediately in front of the cooking area — useful for staging plated food, keeping sauces and seasonings to hand, or resting items briefly during service without having to reach across to a separate table.

In a busy outdoor or event catering setup, working space around the grill is often limited. Having a fixed staging point at the front of the unit helps keep service organised and reduces the small but disruptive interruptions that come from a cluttered or underprepared workstation. It is a modest addition, but one that makes the grill a more complete working station rather than an isolated cooking surface.

Because it is removable, it can be taken off for transport, storage, or where space around the unit is restricted. It is designed to fit the MCB72 specifically, so there is no guesswork around compatibility when it is ordered alongside that model.

• Adds a staging surface directly at the front of the MCB72
• Removable for easy transport and compact storage
• Keeps condiments, plates and utensils within reach during service
• Designed to fit the MCB72 without adaptation
• Supports a more organised workstation in outdoor or event settings

This shelf suits event caterers, outdoor hospitality operators, and any team running the MCB72 as a primary service unit who want to make better use of the space immediately around the grill. If you are putting together a full Crown Verity setup and want to talk through which accessories will work best for your service style, we are happy to help.

The Crown Verity RFS36 is a removable front shelf designed specifically for use with the MCB36 barbecue. It attaches directly to the front of the unit, extending the usable surface area immediately around the cooking zone without requiring a separate prep table alongside.

In outdoor catering and event service, the space around a grill tends to fill up quickly. Having a dedicated shelf at the front of the MCB36 keeps essentials — tongs, condiments, resting items, ready-to-plate food — within arm's reach and off the ground. When service is over, it removes cleanly, which matters when the unit needs to be packed down, transported, or stored compactly between events.

A few practical points worth noting: the RFS36 is purpose-built for the MCB36 and is not compatible with other models in the Crown Verity range. If you are running a different unit, confirm the correct shelf reference before ordering. Fitting is straightforward and does not require any separate installation work beyond attaching it to the barbecue itself.

This shelf is best suited to operators who use the MCB36 regularly for event catering, outdoor hospitality, or high-volume barbecue service and want to work more efficiently in the space around the grill. If you are putting together a broader outdoor station setup and want to talk through what accessories work well together, we are happy to help you get it right.

The Crown Verity WG30 is a purpose-made wind guard designed to fit the MCB30 and MCB60 series of Crown Verity gas barbecues. Its function is straightforward: to reduce heat loss caused by wind interference when cooking in exposed outdoor environments.

Outdoor catering and barbecue service present a consistent practical challenge — even moderate wind can disrupt heat distribution across the grill surface, leading to uneven cooking temperatures and extended cook times. A wind guard addresses this directly by shielding the cooking area from cross-draughts, helping the unit maintain a more stable and consistent heat. For operators running busy outdoor service periods, this translates to more predictable cooking performance and less time compensating for temperature variation.

• Reduces heat loss during outdoor service in exposed or coastal locations
• Helps maintain more consistent grill surface temperature
• Supports more reliable cook times during peak service
• Purpose-fit design for MCB30 and MCB60 — no adaptation required
• Straightforward to fit without specialist tools or installation

It is worth confirming compatibility before ordering. This guard is designed specifically for the MCB30 and MCB60 models and is not a universal fit across the Crown Verity range. If you are operating a different Crown Verity unit, it is worth checking which wind guard, if any, is specified for your model before purchasing.

This accessory is well suited to operators running outdoor catering, event catering, pub gardens, or festival and market trade where the barbecue is regularly used in open or semi-exposed settings. For indoor or well-sheltered outdoor use, a wind guard is unlikely to offer meaningful benefit.

If you are unsure whether this is the right accessory for your setup, the team is happy to talk it through with you before you order.

The Crown Verity WG48 is a purpose-built wind guard designed specifically for use with the Crown Verity MCB48 mobile barbecue. It attaches directly to the unit and forms a barrier around the cooking area to reduce the effect of crosswind on grill performance.

Outdoor cooking environments are particularly susceptible to wind interference. Even a moderate breeze can cause noticeable temperature fluctuations across the grill surface, leading to uneven cooking results, extended cook times, and increased fuel consumption. For operators running event catering, hospitality venues, outdoor festivals, or sports facility service, this kind of inconsistency during a busy service period is a practical problem. Fitting the WG48 helps create a more stable cooking environment and keeps grill performance predictable when conditions are less than ideal.

The key consideration here is compatibility. The WG48 is designed exclusively for the MCB48 model and is not a universal fit across the Crown Verity range. If you are running a different Crown Verity barbecue unit, it is worth confirming compatibility before ordering rather than assuming it will suit your setup.

For operators who regularly cook outdoors in exposed locations, or who have previously experienced inconsistent results in windier conditions, this is a straightforward addition that addresses a genuine service problem without any significant installation requirement.

If you have questions about whether this accessory suits your current setup or outdoor cooking operation, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Crown Verity RD36 is a roll dome lid made specifically for use with the Crown Verity MCB36 and MCB72 barbecue units. It sits directly over the cooking surface and rolls back on its mechanism when access is needed, meaning operators can work the grill without removing the lid entirely or setting it aside.

On a busy outdoor grill, heat loss between batches is a practical problem. Without a lid, the cooking surface is exposed to ambient conditions and recovery time increases, which slows throughput during peak service. The RD36 traps heat above the grill, helping food cook more evenly and reducing the wait between covers. For events catering, pub gardens, and festival kitchens running continuous service, that difference is straightforward to notice when things are busy.

The roll-back design is particularly suited to compact outdoor setups where there is no obvious place to rest a loose lid safely. Because it stays attached to the unit, it does not create a burn risk or interrupt service flow when operators are moving quickly.

• Retains heat during service, supporting faster cooking between batches
• Roll-back mechanism keeps the lid attached and clear of the cooking surface
• Compatible with both the MCB36 and MCB72 barbecue models
• Practical in tight outdoor setups with limited space around the unit
• Useful for improving consistency from an existing Crown Verity barbecue

This is an accessory purchase rather than a standalone item, so it is worth confirming your barbecue model before ordering. It is relevant to operators who already own an MCB36 or MCB72 and want more consistent output from the unit they have.

If you want to talk through whether this lid suits your current setup, the team is glad to point you in the right direction.

The Crown Verity BC72 is a purpose-made protective cover designed to fit the MCB72 mobile barbecue. It is a straightforward accessory with a clear function — keeping the unit protected when it is not in use.

Outdoor catering equipment is exposed to more wear between services than most operators account for. Dust, airborne debris, and damp conditions can gradually affect burner components, cooking surfaces, and stainless steel bodywork if left uncovered. For operators who run the MCB72 seasonally or move it between sites and events, a reliable cover helps maintain the unit in good working order across a longer service life.

Using a manufacturer-matched cover rather than a generic alternative is worth considering. A correctly fitted cover sits flush against the unit, which reduces the risk of moisture pooling or becoming trapped against surfaces — a common cause of surface corrosion on stainless steel equipment over time.

This cover is designed specifically for the MCB72 model and is not a universal fit. It should not be assumed compatible with other Crown Verity barbecue sizes without confirming first.

If you are looking after a Crown Verity MCB72 and want to make sure you have the right accessories to keep it in good condition, the team is happy to point you in the right direction.

The Crown Verity RD48 is a roll dome lid designed specifically for use with the MCB48 barbecue. It fits directly over the existing grill surface and creates an enclosed cooking environment, allowing heat to circulate around food rather than radiating upward from below alone.

Adding this lid changes how the MCB48 performs in service. Thicker cuts of meat, poultry, and whole sausages cook more evenly with significantly less risk of the outside charring before the centre is done. In outdoor or event catering settings where throughput matters, that consistency across a full service period makes a practical difference — both to the quality of the food and to the pace at which dishes come off the grill.

• More even cooking results across the full grill surface
• Reduced flare-up risk through better heat containment
• Faster cooking times for thicker items, supporting service pace
• Helps retain heat during brief holding periods between orders
• Roll-back mechanism keeps the lid clear when loading food

As an accessory, fitting is straightforward — no tools or additional connections are required. It is worth noting that this lid is designed exclusively for the MCB48 and will not fit other models in the MCB range. Confirming your unit's model designation before ordering is sensible.

This lid is well suited to operators running the MCB48 in pub gardens, hospitality venues, event catering, or any outdoor service environment where cooking consistency matters. If your output requirements are higher, it may be worth a conversation about whether a larger grill configuration would serve your operation better.

The Cinders Single Pan Support is a reversible accessory designed exclusively for the Cinders Classic TG160 barbecue. It serves two distinct functions depending on how it is fitted: hung over the end of the barbecue to hold a gastronorm pan at the side, or reversed to sit above the cooking surface and act as a dry bain-marie. It accepts a single full-size 1/1 gastronorm pan at 100mm depth. The pan itself is not included.

In a live outdoor service setting, the side-hung position allows pans to be loaded and swapped without encroaching on the grill area, so the full cooking surface remains accessible throughout service. The bain-marie position makes practical use of residual heat from the barbecue to keep sauces, glazes, or accompaniments at temperature — without needing a separate heat source or any power connection. That is a genuine operational advantage when working at events or off-site locations where access to power may be limited or unpredictable.

• Reversible design provides two working configurations from a single accessory
• Side-hung position keeps the full grill surface free during service
• Dry bain-marie position draws on barbecue residual heat — no power required
• Compatible with the standard 1/1 100mm gastronorm pan format
• Compact and lightweight, well suited to mobile and multi-site event work

This accessory is worth considering for operators who run the TG160 for outdoor catering, festivals, or event work and want to extend the unit's capability without adding to the equipment load. It is not a universal fit — it is made specifically for the TG160, so it is worth confirming your barbecue model before placing an order.

If you are building out a TG160 setup for a particular type of service, we are happy to talk through how this and other accessories work together in practice.

The Crown Verity RFS60 is a removable front shelf designed specifically to fit the MCB60 series barbecue. It attaches directly to the front of the unit, giving operators a dedicated surface for resting platters, holding condiments, or staging plated food during service — without requiring a separate table alongside the grill.

In a busy outdoor catering or events environment, having the right surfaces exactly where they are needed matters. Rather than reaching back to a separate prep area while managing a full grill load, operators can keep what they need within arm's reach. It is a modest addition, but one that tends to make a practical difference to workflow pace during peak service periods.

The shelf detaches cleanly, which makes post-service breakdown and cleaning straightforward. For mobile caterers and event operators who move equipment regularly, the ability to remove it quickly is a genuine convenience rather than an afterthought.

• Keeps the immediate cook's station organised during service
• Reduces unnecessary movement away from the grill at peak times
• Removable for easy cleaning and transport
• Fits directly to the MCB60 without additional tooling

It is worth noting that this shelf is designed specifically for the MCB60 and is not a universal fit across other Crown Verity models. If you are running a different configuration or are unsure about compatibility with your specific unit, it is worth checking before ordering.

If you would like to talk through which accessories are right for your setup, the team is happy to help.

The Crown Verity PGRID30 is a 750mm removable griddle plate designed exclusively for use with the Crown Verity MCB30 and MCB60 barbecue units. It fits directly onto the barbecue via a slide-on mounting system and converts the open grill into a flat-top cooking surface without tools or any meaningful downtime between the switch.

In outdoor catering and event environments, having flat-top capability alongside a grill matters more than it might seem at first. A wide range of menu items — eggs, bacon, onions, smash burgers, pancakes — simply cannot be prepared on an open grill without loss of product or poor results. The PGRID30 handles these reliably, and the thick rolled steel construction holds heat across the surface well during continuous service, which helps maintain consistent output when throughput is high and recovery time is limited.

• Slide-on fitment allows fast changeover between griddle and grill cooking
• Removable grease tray simplifies cleaning between service periods
• Integrated splashguard helps contain grease and reduces hazard during service
• Heavy rolled steel construction retains heat evenly under sustained use

The PGRID30 is designed to fit the MCB30 and MCB60 only — it will not fit other Crown Verity models or third-party barbecues, so it is worth confirming your unit before ordering. Like any rolled steel griddle surface, it will benefit from proper seasoning and consistent aftercare to maintain cooking performance and surface condition over time.

This accessory is well suited to outdoor caterers, festival and event operators, and hospitality venues running MCB-series Crown Verity barbecues who need occasional or regular flat-top cooking capability without investing in a separate dedicated unit. For operations where flat-top cooking is the primary output at high volume, a standalone griddle may be a more practical solution.

If you would like to talk through whether this fits your current setup or how it works alongside your existing MCB unit, the team is glad to help you work it out before you order.
