The Lincat Silverlink 600 GR3 is an electric overhead salamander grill designed for general-purpose grilling, browning, toasting, and finishing dishes in a commercial kitchen. It sits within Lincat's long-established Silverlink 600 range — equipment that has been a consistent presence in UK professional kitchens for many years and has earned a straightforward reputation for dependable performance without unnecessary complication.
In service, the GR3 handles the repetitive overhead grilling tasks that lighter or domestic-grade equipment simply cannot sustain across a full service. The dual-zone electric elements heat promptly and hold consistent overhead heat, which matters when dishes need browning or finishing to order without backing up the pass. Simmerstat temperature control is uncomplicated to operate, and kitchen staff tend to get to grips with it quickly — a practical advantage during busy periods and when bringing on new team members.
Several features of the GR3 translate well into day-to-day kitchen operation:
- Five shelf positions allow operators to adjust heat distance for different tasks, from gentle finishing to direct high-heat browning
- The chrome-plated wire shelf doubles as a toast rack, removing the need for a separate piece of equipment
- An integral fat collection channel and supplied crumb tray keep end-of-service cleaning manageable
- The reversible branding plate with EasiLift tilt-and-lift mechanism adds flexibility for light branding work without a separate piece of kit
- Single-control operation keeps workflow straightforward and reduces the learning curve for new staff
As an electric unit, the GR3 does not require a gas connection, which can simplify installation in kitchens where gas points are limited or where an all-electric setup is preferred. It is worth confirming that the available electrical supply is suitable before ordering. The unit can be wall- or worktop-mounted to suit the kitchen layout, but placement decisions should account for adequate overhead extraction and clear access above the unit during sustained use.
The GR3 is well suited to cafés, pub kitchens, small restaurants, hotel operations, and similar sites where a reliable overhead grill is needed for regular service without the throughput demands of a high-volume catering environment. For kitchens running significantly higher cover counts or with more intensive continuous grilling requirements, a heavier-duty salamander is worth considering.
If you are weighing up whether the GR3 fits your kitchen setup and service pattern, the team is glad to talk it through before you commit.

The Lincat LT4X is a four-slot pop-up toaster built specifically for commercial use. It is a countertop unit designed to handle the steady, repeated demands of a working kitchen — not a domestic appliance pressed into service. Extra-deep toasting slots accommodate thicker-cut bread and larger slices without the jamming or uneven browning that often occurs with shallower domestic-style units. A scissor-action lifting mechanism replaces the conventional push-down lever, which helps reduce bread jams during busy service. A timer control allows staff to set consistent results, removing the guesswork across a full cover run.
In practice, the LT4X performs reliably in lower-to-mid volume breakfast operations. Hotel breakfast rooms, café counters, pub kitchens, and staff canteens are all common settings. It handles steady throughput well for its size and class. The ability to operate individual slots independently means quieter periods can be managed more economically without running the full unit unnecessarily.
- Extra-deep slots accommodate thicker bread without jamming
- Scissor-lift mechanism improves reliability over standard lever designs
- Timer control supports consistent results across different members of staff
- Independent slot operation allows more economical use during quieter service
- Compact footprint suits tight counter or servery layouts
Installation requires nothing beyond a suitable mains socket — no water, gas, or specialist electrical connections are needed. Positioning is flexible, though it is worth ensuring adequate clearance above the unit for safe bread ejection during service. As a countertop appliance it can be relocated easily if your servery layout changes.
The LT4X is well suited to sites where toast is a regular but not overwhelming part of service. For operations running very high toast volumes over an extended service window, a conveyor toaster is worth considering as a more appropriate format. If you are working out which approach fits your operation, we are happy to talk it through.
£245.00(£294.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat LT6X is a six-slot pop-up toaster built for continuous use in commercial settings. It handles a reliable throughput of toast without the footprint or complexity of a conveyor unit, making it a practical counter-top option where space is limited but consistent output is needed throughout a service period.
The extra-deep slots are a practical detail worth noting. They accommodate thicker bread cuts — bloomers, artisan loaves, and thick-sliced sandwich bread — without forcing or jamming, which matters during a busy breakfast service when staff are working quickly and cannot afford to manage problem slices. The scissor-lift mechanism supports this further by reducing the risk of bread snagging or sticking on the way up, keeping the unit running smoothly through a full shift. A timer control helps produce consistent browning results across multiple cycles, reducing waste and the need for close staff monitoring. Individual slots can be left inactive during quieter periods, keeping energy use proportionate to the level of demand.
- Extra-deep slots handle thick-cut and artisan bread without forcing
- Scissor-lift mechanism reduces jamming during fast-paced service
- Timer control produces consistent browning results across a full shift
- Selective slot activation keeps energy draw proportionate to demand
- Compact counter-top footprint suits tight servery and kitchen layouts
This is a plug-in counter-top unit that requires no specialist installation — it can be positioned on any stable surface with access to a standard electrical supply. It is worth allowing reasonable clearance around the unit during sustained use to support ventilation.
The LT6X is well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast operations, pub kitchens, staff restaurants, and contract catering sites where reliable, consistent toast output is needed throughout service. For operations running very high continuous volumes across a full morning service, a conveyor toaster or a higher-capacity unit may be a more appropriate fit.
If you are weighing up whether this unit is the right match for your service volumes or kitchen setup, the team is happy to talk it through with you.
£810.00(£972.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat CT1 is a countertop conveyor toaster designed for continuous, high-volume toasting in commercial kitchens. Rather than processing bread in batches as a pop-up toaster does, the conveyor format moves product through at a controlled, consistent speed, delivering evenly browned results on both sides without requiring an operator to manage each load individually.
In a breakfast or brunch service the CT1 earns its counter space quickly. Because product feeds through automatically, a single operator can keep the conveyor loaded whilst attending to other tasks, maintaining a steady output of toast throughout service. Independent upper and lower element controls allow browning intensity to be adjusted separately for each side, which is particularly useful when switching between standard sliced bread and thicker bakery cuts or denser items such as teacakes and muffins. An internal fan supports even heat distribution across the width of the belt, and well-insulated exterior panels keep surface temperatures manageable even during extended back-to-back service runs.
- Adjustable conveyor speed for precise, repeatable browning control
- Independent upper and lower element adjustment to suit different products
- Internal fan promotes consistent heat distribution across the belt
- Continuous feed format reduces operator involvement during service
- Removable crumb tray and toast tray simplify end-of-service cleaning
The CT1 is a countertop unit requiring only a standard electrical connection and adequate ventilation around the chassis. One practical point worth accounting for during setup is the exit zone — the area beyond the unit's footprint where toast is deposited. This is often overlooked when planning worksurface layouts but can affect how the unit sits within a run of equipment.
This model is well suited to hotel breakfast operations, café counters, pub kitchens, and staff canteens where toast is a consistent, ongoing menu item. For very high-footfall sites running continuous covers at volume, it is worth considering whether a higher-capacity conveyor would better match the throughput demanded at peak service.
If you would like to talk through whether the CT1 fits your service volumes or kitchen layout, our team is happy to help before you commit.

The Lincat FC02 is a genuine replacement water filter designed specifically for Lincat's Filterflow range of water boilers. Its purpose is straightforward: to reduce limescale and sediment entering the boiler, helping to protect internal components and maintain consistent water quality over time.
In a busy kitchen or servery environment, water quality has a direct impact on the lifespan of a boiler. Hard water accelerates scale build-up on heating elements, which reduces efficiency and can lead to premature failure. Fitting a fresh filter at the recommended intervals is one of the most cost-effective forms of preventive maintenance on any boiler of this type.
A few practical points worth noting before ordering:
- Genuine Lincat part, ensuring correct fit and performance for compatible models
- Suitable for Filterflow models EB3F, EB3FPB, EB4F, EB6F, EB6TF, WMB3FB, and WMB3FW
- Not compatible with older Lincat boiler models outside the Filterflow range
- Straightforward to replace as part of a routine maintenance schedule
- Using a genuine filter helps avoid voiding any service arrangements on the unit
It is important to confirm your boiler model before ordering. This filter will not fit all Lincat boilers — only the Filterflow series listed above. If you are unsure which model you have or how frequently filters should be changed for your water hardness level, our team is happy to help you work that out.

The Lincat LPG single contact grill is a countertop unit designed for direct-heat cooking of meat cuts, fillets and pressed sandwiches in a commercial kitchen. It runs on LPG rather than mains electricity, which makes it a practical option where dedicated electrical supply is restricted or where gas is the more convenient service on site. Both the top and bottom plates are ribbed enamelled cast iron, producing the defined branding marks expected on grilled burgers, steaks, chops and paninis.
Cast iron holds heat well once the unit is up to temperature, which helps maintain consistent cooking results across a run of covers. The thermostatic control allows kitchen staff to set and hold a target temperature, supporting repeatable outcomes without relying on individual judgement during a busy service. The balanced hinge mechanism applies even pressure across the plates — enough to seal a panini or wrap without compressing it to the point of losing its shape.
- Enamelled cast iron plates retain and distribute heat evenly between batches
- Ribbed top and bottom surfaces produce clean branding marks on meat and bread
- Thermostatic control supports consistent cooking across a service period
- Balanced hinge suits a range of products from meat cuts to pressed sandwiches
- LPG operation where mains electrical capacity is unavailable or impractical
As a single-head unit, this grill is well suited to lower-volume operations — a café, sandwich bar, small restaurant, or a secondary station within a larger kitchen. If your grill is running continuously through a long service or handling high covers, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty or dual-platen model would better match your throughput.
If you are unsure whether LPG is the right fuel choice for your setup, or want to talk through how this unit would fit into your kitchen, the team is happy to have that conversation before you commit to anything.
£479.00(£574.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat LRG is a countertop contact grill with a single head, designed for commercial use in cafés, sandwich bars, pub kitchens, and smaller restaurant operations. It cooks from both sides simultaneously using a ribbed cast iron top plate and a smooth cast iron bottom plate, making it suitable for paninis, wraps, burgers, chicken fillets, steaks, and chops. The dual-sided cooking action reduces grill times compared to a conventional flat grill or griddle.
In everyday service, the LRG performs well where throughput is moderate rather than continuous. It reaches working temperature reasonably quickly and holds heat across consecutive batches, which suits breakfast runs, lunch covers, or a compact à la carte grill section. The ribbed top plate marks flatbreads and paninis cleanly without a separate press, and the smooth bottom plate handles proteins without recurring sticking issues under normal working conditions.
Practical advantages for kitchen operators include:
- Dual-sided heat reduces cook times and supports faster plate-up
- Ribbed top plate produces consistent branding marks on breads and sandwiches
- Cast iron plates retain heat well and clean down straightforwardly after service
- Thermostatic control supports consistent results across different proteins and products
- Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where equipment space is limited
Installation is straightforward. The LRG is a plug-in electric unit requiring no fixed services beyond a stable, heat-resistant countertop and a suitable power supply. No specialist extraction is needed, and the unit is light enough to reposition if your setup changes — useful for operators running event catering alongside a fixed site or sharing prep space across shifts.
The LRG suits cafés, sandwich bars, small restaurant operations, and pub kitchens running a contained grill menu. It is best matched to moderate, intermittent service rather than continuous high-volume output. Operations running long service periods with sustained grill covers should consider a dual-head model or a heavier-duty unit with greater plate surface area to prevent the single head becoming a bottleneck.
If you are weighing up whether the LRG fits your service pattern, or want to talk through the options in the range, the team is happy to help you work it out.
£479.00(£574.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat LCG is a single-head electric contact grill designed for counter-top use in commercial kitchens. Enamelled cast iron plates on both the upper and lower platens apply direct, even heat from both sides simultaneously, making it suitable for burgers, steaks, chops, fish fillets, paninis, and toasted sandwiches. A thermostatic control allows the operator to set and hold a consistent cooking temperature throughout service.
In a working kitchen, the LCG performs reliably in light to moderate service settings. The cast iron plates retain heat well between batches and the unit reaches working temperature quickly from cold, which suits operations that do not run the grill continuously across a full shift. For kitchens turning out sustained high volumes through a busy grill section, a twin-head or heavier-duty unit would offer better throughput and greater resilience under continuous use.
Day-to-day, the LCG offers a practical set of operational advantages:
- Enamelled cast iron plates clean more easily than raw iron and resist staining from oils and marinades
- Balanced hinge action avoids over-pressing lighter products such as paninis, wraps, and flatbreads
- Thermostatic control reduces the risk of scorching when the grill sits idle between orders
- Compact footprint suits kitchens where bench space is at a premium
The LCG requires only a mains electricity supply — no gas or water connection — keeping installation straightforward. Allow adequate clearance around the casing for heat dissipation, and position it beneath or close to an extraction canopy to manage steam and cooking vapours during service.
This grill is well matched to cafés, sandwich bars, pub kitchens, and small restaurant operations running a mixed menu of grilled and toasted items, particularly where the grill is in regular but not continuous use. If your operation runs a heavier grill section or anticipates significant growth in covers, it is worth considering whether a larger-capacity model would be a better long-term fit.
If you would like to talk through whether the LCG suits your service volume and menu before you order, the team is happy to help.
£835.00(£1,002.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat LCG2 is a countertop double contact grill that cooks food simultaneously from above and below using enamelled cast iron plates. That direct two-sided contact makes it a practical choice for fast-paced foodservice — paninis, flatbreads, burgers, chicken fillets, and fish all cook through evenly without the operator having to flip or monitor constantly. The branded finish the plates produce is consistent enough to suit a range of menu formats.
In service, cast iron holds heat well as orders come through in succession, helping maintain consistency without the temperature drop that thinner plate materials can cause. The unit reaches working temperature from cold reasonably quickly, which suits operations where the grill is switched on and off across the day rather than left running continuously. Thermostatic control removes the guesswork from temperature management during busy periods.
From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the LCG2 offers several practical advantages:
- Two-sided contact cooking shortens ticket times compared to a conventional open grill
- Thermostatic control maintains consistent results through sustained service
- Enamelled cast iron plates clean down straightforwardly between or after service
- Balanced hinge applies even pressure across the plate without crushing lighter fillings
- Compact countertop footprint suits most pass or servery configurations
Installation is straightforward — the LCG2 runs on single-phase power and needs only a suitable socket, with no gas or water connections required. It should be positioned on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance around the unit. If your operation regularly grills higher-fat products, it is worth reviewing local ventilation arrangements before siting the grill.
The LCG2 is well suited to cafés, sandwich bars, pub kitchens, and smaller restaurant operations where contact grilling is a regular but not extremely high-volume part of the menu. For sites running sustained high throughput across a full service day, a heavier-duty model with greater plate area may be a more appropriate match.
If you would like to talk through whether the LCG2 fits your menu and service patterns, the team is happy to help you work that out before you commit.
£835.00(£1,002.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat LRG2 is a countertop electric contact grill with two cast iron cooking plates — a ribbed upper plate and a smooth lower plate. It cooks both sides of a product simultaneously, making it a practical choice for operations that need to move product quickly without sacrificing consistency. It handles a wide range of menu items including burgers, chicken fillets, steaks, paninis, and wraps from a single unit.
Cast iron retains heat well, which is a practical advantage during back-to-back service. As batches follow one another, the plates recover temperature more reliably than lighter alternatives, helping to keep cook times and output quality consistent through a busy period. Thermostatic temperature control allows operators to set a fixed cooking temperature and hold it across a full shift, which reduces variability between staff and limits the risk of over- or under-cooked output when the kitchen is under pressure.
From an operational standpoint, the main advantages are:
- Two-sided simultaneous cooking reduces individual cook times significantly
- Ribbed top plate produces clean grill marks suitable for plated presentation
- Thermostatic control supports repeatable results across different operators and shift changes
- Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where worktop space is at a premium
- Cast iron plates are durable under sustained commercial use
As a plug-in countertop unit, the LRG2 requires no specialist installation beyond a suitable mains connection and a stable, heat-resistant worktop. Contact grills produce steam and radiant heat during service, so consider ventilation above and around the unit — particularly in smaller or enclosed kitchen spaces. The weight of a cast iron plate unit is worth confirming against your countertop specification before positioning.
This model is well suited to cafés, sandwich bars, pub kitchens, and small to mid-sized restaurant operations running steady moderate throughput. It is not designed for continuous high-volume service over extended periods — sites with that level of demand would be better served by a heavier-duty unit with a larger cooking surface. For lighter-output operations, smaller single-plate alternatives are available within the contact grill range.
If you are unsure whether this model matches your service volume or kitchen setup, the team is happy to talk it through before you commit.
£835.00(£1,002.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat LPG2 is a countertop double contact grill designed for commercial kitchen use. It cooks food simultaneously from both sides using ribbed enamelled cast iron plates, with two independent cooking zones that allow different products to be grilled at the same time. Burgers, chicken fillets, steaks, paninis and wraps are all handled comfortably, making it a practical all-round grilling unit for kitchens running a mixed menu.
Contact grills reduce cook times considerably compared to flat griddles or open grills, and cast iron plates hold heat well through a sustained service — not just during the opening covers. The ribbed surface leaves clean grill marks on meat, fish and bread products, which matters to operators who want a finished appearance without investing in a charcoal or char grill setup. The two zones operate independently, so different products can run at different temperatures without any crossover between them.
From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the LPG2 offers several practical advantages:
- Two independent zones support mixed grilling without flavour transfer between products
- Enamelled cast iron plates are durable and straightforward to clean down after service
- Thermostatic temperature control helps maintain consistent results across different menu items
- Ribbed plates produce visible branding lines on meat, fish and bread
- Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where worktop space is limited
Installation is straightforward — this is a countertop electric unit requiring a suitable power supply and a stable, heat-resistant surface. Allow adequate clearance above and around the unit to manage the heat generated during service, and confirm available socket provision before ordering. Counter depth is worth checking given the combined footprint of the two heads.
The LPG2 is well suited to cafés, sandwich bars, pub kitchens, small restaurants and fast-casual operations that need reliable grilling output without committing to a larger appliance. Sites running sustained high volumes throughout a long service may find a heavier-duty unit with a greater plate area a more appropriate fit.
If you would like guidance on whether this model is the right match for your service volumes and kitchen layout, the team is happy to talk it through.
£970.00(£1,164.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat GG1P is a single-head countertop contact grill built for consistent, high-temperature grilling in commercial kitchens. It uses cast aluminium plates fitted with mica heating elements and finished with a PTFE non-stick coating. Both the top and bottom plates are ribbed, producing the grill marks associated with paninis, toasted sandwiches, chicken fillets and lighter cuts of meat.
Contact grills earn their place in busy lunch services through speed and consistency. Because heat is applied simultaneously to both faces of the food, cook times are significantly shorter than those achieved with a flat grill or salamander. The cast aluminium construction holds heat reasonably well under repeated use, which helps maintain consistent results across a run of orders rather than just the first few covers.
The practical day-to-day advantages of this unit include:
- PTFE-coated ribbed plates that resist sticking and wipe down cleanly between services
- Simultaneous top and bottom heat contact for faster, more consistent results
- Cast aluminium construction that retains heat under repeated use
- Compact countertop footprint suitable for front-of-house or back bar positions
- Spatula included as standard to assist safe plate handling
The GG1P runs from a standard 13-amp supply, which keeps installation straightforward with no dedicated electrical work required. Contact grills generate steam and heat during use, so positioning in a well-ventilated area or beneath extraction is advisable. As a single-head model, it is best matched to moderate throughput — sites running continuous grilling across a high volume of covers throughout a long service should consider whether a twin-head or higher-capacity unit would be a better operational fit.
This grill is well suited to coffee shops, cafés, snack bars, delis and small restaurants where paninis, toasted sandwiches and grilled items feature regularly but do not dominate the menu. It represents a practical entry point for operators who need reliable grilling output from a compact unit without a significant capital outlay. Busier operations with sustained demand would likely benefit from a larger or multi-head alternative.
If you would like to talk through whether this unit matches your expected service volume, the team is happy to help you work it out before you commit.
£970.00(£1,164.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat GG1 is a single-head countertop contact grill designed for continuous use in commercial kitchens. It uses cast aluminium plates with a PTFE non-stick coating, heated by mica elements, to deliver even heat across the cooking surface. The combination of a ribbed top plate and smooth bottom plate means operators can produce grill-marked paninis, toasted sandwiches, and lightly cooked proteins such as chicken breast or steak without needing a separate flat griddle alongside it.
In a working kitchen, the GG1 performs reliably during steady service where contact-grilled items form part of a broader menu rather than the sole output of a cooking station. The cast aluminium retains heat well under moderate demand, and the non-stick surface keeps turnover moving by making it straightforward to clear and reload between batches. As a single-head unit, output is naturally limited — this is not a unit designed to carry a high-volume toastie or wrap menu through a full lunchtime rush on its own, and operators should plan accordingly.
Day-to-day operational advantages include:
- Non-stick PTFE coating reduces food residue build-up and speeds cleaning between batches
- Ribbed and smooth plate combination covers paninis, sandwiches, and light protein cookery from one unit
- Cast aluminium construction distributes heat evenly, reducing inconsistent results across the plate
- Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where worktop space is at a premium
- Supplied with a spatula, helping to protect the non-stick surface during service
Installation is straightforward. The GG1 is a countertop electric unit requiring only a suitable power supply and a stable, heat-resistant surface. No gas connection or specialist ventilation is required, though positioning the unit near existing extraction is sensible given the steam produced during grilling. Standard clearances from walls and flammable surfaces should be observed.
This model is well suited to coffee shops, cafés, hotel breakfast operations, and small restaurants where contact-grilled items appear on the menu but volume is modest and the grill is one of several cooking stations. For sites where a contact grill needs to sustain output through high-volume service periods, a double-head or larger-capacity model would be worth considering to avoid creating a bottleneck at that station.
If you would like to talk through whether the GG1 fits your service volume and menu before committing, the team is happy to help.
£970.00(£1,164.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat GG1R is a single-head countertop contact grill designed for commercial use. It uses cast aluminium plates with a PTFE non-stick coating and mica heating elements to deliver simultaneous top-and-bottom contact heat. The smooth plate configuration produces a clean, even finish on paninis, toasted sandwiches, chicken fillets, and similar items where consistent surface contact matters more than grill marks.
In a working kitchen, this unit performs reliably in lower-to-medium throughput environments. It reaches temperature quickly and holds it well under moderate demand, making it a practical day-to-day tool where the grill sees regular but not continuous use across a full service period. Operations running back-to-back covers at pace across a long service window will likely find a multi-head or higher-capacity unit a more practical fit.
The main operational advantages are straightforward:
- PTFE non-stick coating reduces sticking and simplifies end-of-service cleaning
- Cast aluminium plates distribute heat evenly, reducing inconsistency across the cooking surface
- Simultaneous dual-plate contact reduces cooking time per item compared to single-sided methods
- Compact countertop footprint suits kitchens where service space is at a premium
- Simple construction with few serviceable components keeps ongoing maintenance manageable
The GG1R is a plug-in electric unit with no gas supply or specialist ventilation infrastructure required. Positioning it near an extraction point remains sensible practice in any enclosed kitchen environment. It needs a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance around the unit during service.
This grill is well suited to cafés, sandwich counters, tea rooms, and small restaurants where hot snacks and toasted items are a regular part of the menu without being the primary high-volume output. For operations running a sustained grill service across a full service period, it is worth considering whether a larger or multi-head unit would be the more appropriate choice.
If you are unsure whether this unit matches your service style and kitchen setup, the team is happy to talk it through before you decide.
£354.00(£424.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat LPC Pizzachef is a countertop electric infrared grill designed primarily for finishing work — pizza, gratinated dishes, open sandwiches, and similar — rather than heavy-duty primary grilling. Infrared elements deliver direct, intense heat across the cooking zone, and variable control on the lower element allows output to be adjusted depending on the product being finished. A built-in timer supports consistent results through a service period without relying purely on visual checks.
In practice, the LPC suits kitchens where space is limited but a responsive finishing grill is a genuine operational need. Infrared heat reaches temperature quickly and recovery between covers is short, which keeps things moving during steady service. It is a practical alternative to a full overhead salamander where the volume and task mix don't justify the larger footprint or additional infrastructure.
Operational advantages worth noting:
- Infrared elements deliver direct heat quickly, keeping recovery time short between items
- Variable lower element control allows adjustment for different products and portion sizes
- Built-in timer reduces the risk of overcooking during a busy pass
- Enamel fascia and rod shelf clean down quickly at the end of service
- Stay-cool shelf handles allow safe repositioning without interrupting the line
Installation is uncomplicated. The LPC is a countertop electric unit with no gas supply or water connection required. It does need a suitable electrical supply, a stable heat-resistant surface, and enough counter space to site it safely. Positioning relative to your extraction canopy is worth considering from the outset — like any grill, it will generate heat and some smoke depending on what's being cooked.
This unit is well suited to cafés, pizzerias, pub kitchens, and similar smaller operations where a compact finishing grill covers the majority of requirements. Sites running continuous high-volume grilling across extended service periods may find a heavier-duty overhead grill or full salamander a more practical fit for their throughput.
If you're unsure whether the LPC fits your service pattern or kitchen layout, the team is glad to talk it through with you.
£366.00(£439.20 inc VAT)
The Lincat LSC Pizzachef is a countertop infrared grill designed for commercial kitchens that need fast, reliable top-down heat in a compact footprint. It uses infrared heating elements to deliver direct, intense heat from above, making it well suited to finishing pizzas, melting toppings, glazing dishes, and a range of general browning and grilling tasks. Variable heat control on the lower element gives operators the flexibility to adjust output across different food types during the same service, and a built-in electric timer supports consistent results without constant supervision.
In a working kitchen, the value of a unit like this comes down to speed and dependability. It heats up quickly at the start of service and stays ready throughout, handling the steady flow of finishing tasks that a busy café, pizza operation, or small restaurant generates. It is worth being clear about its positioning, though — the LSC is a compact finishing grill, not a high-output overhead salamander intended for sustained heavy use across large covers. It works best where a reliable, versatile finishing station is needed rather than a dedicated high-throughput grilling position.
From a day-to-day operational standpoint, a few practical details make it straightforward to live with:
- Enamel fascia wipes down quickly after service with minimal effort
- Rod shelf with stay-cool handles allows safe repositioning without interrupting service
- Variable lower element control supports different finishing tasks across a single service
- Electric timer reduces the risk of over-grilling during busy periods
As a countertop electric unit, the LSC needs a suitable power supply and should be positioned on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance above and around it for ventilation. Kitchens running higher covers or requiring sustained heavy-duty output are likely to find a larger overhead salamander a better fit.
The LSC Pizzachef is well suited to smaller restaurants, pizza kitchens, cafés, and any operation where a dependable, versatile finishing grill is needed without the footprint or cost of a full overhead unit. It is a sensible choice for operators who need flexibility across lighter finishing tasks rather than dedicated continuous grilling capacity.
If you are trying to work out whether this unit is the right match for your service volume or kitchen layout, we are happy to talk it through.

The Lincat OA8907 is a purpose-built floor stand designed to support specific Lincat salamander grills — namely the OG8301 and OE7303 models. It raises the salamander to a freestanding working height, offering a practical alternative to wall mounting or bench positioning where the building structure, wall construction, or kitchen layout makes fixed wall installation difficult or undesirable.
Salamander positioning has a real effect on service pace and chef comfort. A unit positioned too low or at an awkward angle slows finishing and plating, particularly during a busy pass. This stand brings the grill to a consistent, chef-friendly working height and holds it stable under the repeated daily use a commercial kitchen demands. For kitchens where wall fixings are simply not an option — listed buildings, rented premises, or sites with block or tiled walls that complicate drilling — a floor-standing arrangement is often the most straightforward solution.
- Raises the salamander to a practical, chef-accessible working height
- Compatible specifically with Lincat OG8301 and OE7303 salamander models
- Provides a stable freestanding footprint on the kitchen floor
- Suited to sites where wall mounting is restricted or structurally impractical
- Constructed to meet the hygiene and durability requirements of a commercial food environment
Before ordering, it is worth checking available floor space and confirming how your gas or electrical supply will route relative to where the stand will sit. This is not a universal accessory — it is designed for the two Lincat models listed, so compatibility should always be confirmed before purchase.
If you are weighing up floor-standing against wall-mounted installation for your salamander, or you are unsure which arrangement suits your kitchen setup, we are happy to talk it through before you commit.

The Lincat OA8908 is a purpose-built bench stand designed to support compatible Lincat salamander grills at a practical working height on a countertop or preparation surface. Rather than sitting the grill flush on a flat bench, the stand raises it so chefs can load, monitor, and clear food more naturally during service without stooping or interrupting their workflow at the station.
In a working kitchen, grill height has a measurable effect on how smoothly service runs. A salamander positioned too low on a busy pass creates awkward movement at a point in the operation where efficiency matters most. A consistent, stable working position makes the station easier to manage across a full service, particularly where chefs are covering multiple sections at once.
From an operational standpoint, the stand also contributes to a tidier, safer grill station:
- Raises the salamander to a more accessible working height on the bench
- Provides a stable, fixed base that reduces movement and vibration during use
- Keeps the underside of the grill clear, supporting airflow and surface hygiene
- Matched to specific Lincat salamander models, ensuring a secure and stable fit
- Supports compliance with commercial kitchen surface hygiene requirements
It is worth confirming compatibility with your specific salamander model before ordering. This stand is matched to particular Lincat units, and fitting an incompatible grill introduces both a stability and a safety risk. If you are specifying a new salamander and stand together, or are unsure whether this suits your existing equipment, it is worth checking before purchasing.
If you would like to confirm compatibility or talk through how this fits into your grill station setup, the team is happy to help.

The Lincat OA8909 is a purpose-made wall shelf designed to mount directly at the grill station alongside compatible Lincat salamander grills. It provides a fixed, stable surface for plates, resting dishes, and service items — keeping what the operator needs close to hand without cluttering the surrounding bench space.
At the grill station, a well-positioned shelf is one of those additions that proves its worth quickly during service. Having a dedicated surface at the unit tightens workflow, reduces unnecessary movement, and helps maintain an organised pass when covers are moving at pace. It is a straightforward piece of kit, but the absence of one becomes noticeable under pressure.
Being a genuine Lincat accessory rather than a generic aftermarket bracket, the OA8909 is engineered to align correctly with the relevant salamander models. This matters for a clean, secure fit and for safe wall installation — aftermarket alternatives can present alignment issues at the manufacturer fixing points.
One consideration worth noting before ordering: Lincat produce several salamander variants and not all accessories are interchangeable across the range. Confirming your exact salamander model reference before purchasing is a sensible step to ensure the OA8909 is the right shelf for your specific unit.
If you would like to check compatibility with your current equipment before going ahead, our team is glad to help.
£297.00(£356.40 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8918 is a purpose-built bench stand designed to support specific Lincat salamander grills — the OG7302 and OE7304 models. Rather than resting the grill directly on a worktop or improvising a platform, this stand raises the unit to a practical working height while keeping the installation stable and in keeping with commercial hygiene requirements.
In a working kitchen, the height at which a salamander sits has a direct effect on how quickly and safely chefs can load, monitor, and retrieve food during service. A matched stand removes the guesswork from that setup. Because it is designed specifically for these Lincat units, the fit is secure and the overall installation behaves as intended — there is no movement or instability under repeated use, which matters when a salamander is running continuously across a lunch and dinner service.
- Matched to specific Lincat salamander models for a secure, stable fit
- Raises the grill to an ergonomic working height for kitchen staff
- Keeps the installation tidy and consistent with commercial hygiene standards
- Eliminates the need for improvised risers or unsuitable platforms
- Reduces the risk of the unit shifting under sustained heavy use
It is worth confirming your exact salamander model before ordering. This stand is designed for specific units within the Lincat range and will not be a correct fit for other models. If you are configuring a new grill station and want to be certain the combination works for your available bench space and workflow, the team is happy to talk through the setup before you commit to an order.
£421.00(£505.20 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8912 is a purpose-built floor stand designed to support compatible Lincat salamander grills at a practical working height. Rather than relying on a fabricated shelf, a borrowed worksurface, or an improvised support, it gives the salamander a dedicated, stable base on the kitchen floor — keeping the unit accessible and the surrounding workspace clear.
In a busy service environment, ergonomics have a direct effect on throughput. A salamander at the wrong height slows down loading and retrieval, particularly during peak periods when speed and consistency are critical. This stand positions the grill where operators can work with it comfortably, rather than having to adapt their workflow around it. The construction meets applicable hygiene standards, with surfaces and joints that are straightforward to clean down — a practical consideration when environmental health compliance is part of routine kitchen management.
- Positions the salamander at a comfortable, practical working height
- Provides a stable, dedicated floor-mounted base without improvised solutions
- Designed to hygiene standards with cleanable surfaces and joints
- Keeps the grill clear of worksurface clutter and congestion
- Straightforward to install alongside a compatible Lincat salamander
This stand is designed for specific compatible Lincat salamander models, so confirming compatibility with your existing or intended grill before ordering is an important step. It requires adequate floor space and a stable, level surface, and the grill should be properly secured to the stand prior to use.
It is well suited to kitchens where a compatible Lincat salamander is already in place or being specified as part of a new installation, and where floor-mounting is the preferred or only practical option. If you are unsure whether this stand suits your grill model or available space, we are happy to talk it through.
£154.00(£184.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8911 is a purpose-built wall shelf designed to be used alongside compatible Lincat salamander grills. As a manufacturer-matched accessory rather than a generic bracket, the fixing geometry and positioning are intended to work with specific Lincat salamander models — which makes for a cleaner, more reliable installation than adapting an off-the-shelf solution.
At the grill section or pass, a properly positioned shelf earns its place quickly. It gives chefs a dedicated surface close to the salamander for plates, dressed dishes, or items queuing to be finished under the heat. During a busy service, that structural tidiness reduces the small inefficiencies that build up when surfaces are improvised or when the immediate area around the grill becomes cluttered.
- Manufacturer-matched design for a secure, intended fit with compatible Lincat salamanders
- Wall-mounted to keep the area beneath and around the grill clear
- Dedicated surface positioned close to the heat source for pass efficiency
- Supports an organised workflow during high-volume covers
- Straightforward installation — no complex setup required
One practical point before ordering: Lincat produce several salamander variants and not all accessories are interchangeable across the range. It is worth confirming your existing unit is compatible with the OA8911 before purchasing — a quick check avoids a mismatch on delivery.
This shelf suits operators who already own a compatible Lincat salamander and want to make better use of the space and workflow around it. If you are unsure whether it will fit your current setup, the team are happy to check compatibility before you place an order.
£434.00(£520.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8914 is a purpose-built floor stand designed to raise compatible Lincat equipment to a practical working height. As a manufacturer-matched accessory rather than a generic support, it is engineered to suit the specific footprint and load characteristics of the corresponding Lincat unit, producing a stable and well-proportioned installation.
In a working kitchen, equipment height has a more direct impact on day-to-day operations than it might initially appear. A unit sitting at or close to floor level creates awkward working postures during service, complicates routine cleaning underneath and around the equipment, and can create hygiene risks in environments where cleanliness standards are actively monitored. A correctly specified stand addresses all three concerns without requiring bespoke fabrication or improvised solutions.
The practical advantages of using the matched manufacturer stand include:
- Raises the unit to a comfortable, ergonomic working height for service staff
- Improves access for cleaning beneath and around the equipment
- Supports compliance with commercial kitchen hygiene requirements
- Provides a stable, well-matched base suited to the unit's footprint
- Produces a tidier, more professional installation than makeshift alternatives
Because the OA8914 is designed for specific Lincat equipment rather than as a universal stand, confirming compatibility with your model before ordering is important. Not all Lincat stands are interchangeable, and fitting out a new station or replacing an existing stand is straightforward once the correct match has been identified.
If you are unsure whether this is the right stand for your unit, we are happy to talk it through before you place an order.
£399.00(£478.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8950 is a purpose-built floor stand designed to support compatible Lincat equipment at a practical working height in a commercial kitchen. It is a model-specific accessory rather than a universal stand, so compatibility with your particular unit should be confirmed before ordering.
A well-specified floor stand contributes more to a kitchen than simply lifting equipment off the ground. Positioning a unit at the correct operating height reduces operator fatigue during busy service periods and makes routine use more comfortable over the course of a long shift. Raising equipment clear of the floor also makes cleaning underneath and around the unit considerably more straightforward — a practical consideration in any kitchen subject to environmental health inspection, where floor hygiene is routinely assessed.
In kitchens where wet cleaning is carried out regularly, having equipment elevated provides a degree of protection against moisture at floor level, which helps preserve the parent unit over its working life.
- Raises equipment to a comfortable, practical operating height
- Simplifies cleaning underneath and around the unit
- Helps protect equipment in kitchens with wet-clean regimes
- Supports compliance with commercial kitchen hygiene standards
- Purpose-built to suit compatible Lincat equipment
The OA8950 is best suited to operators configuring or replacing a Lincat equipment setup who need a correctly specified support solution. If you are building out a larger equipment package, it is worth reviewing the stand alongside the parent unit to make sure the combination works as intended within your available space.
If you are unsure whether the OA8950 is the right stand for your equipment, the team is happy to talk it through before you place an order.
£434.00(£520.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat OA8951 is a dedicated floor stand designed specifically to support the Lincat OG8402 chargrill at a practical working height. Rather than resting the chargrill on a fabricated surface or general-purpose table, this stand provides a matched, stable base that integrates cleanly with the unit it is built for.
In a busy kitchen, working height makes a real difference over a long service. Raising the chargrill to an ergonomic level reduces operator fatigue and allows for consistent control during continuous use. Elevating the unit off the floor also keeps it clear of floor-level contamination and makes it considerably easier to clean beneath and around the equipment — a straightforward but meaningful contribution to maintaining hygiene standards.
- Purpose-matched to the Lincat OG8402 for a stable, clean installation
- Raises the chargrill to an ergonomic working height for continuous service
- Keeps the unit clear of floor-level contamination
- Simplifies cleaning access beneath and around the chargrill
- Supports compliance with commercial kitchen hygiene requirements
Installation is straightforward. It is worth checking that the floor is reasonably level before positioning the stand, particularly in older premises where slight unevenness could affect stability. The chargrill itself is sold separately and is not included with this stand.
This stand is suited to operators running the Lincat OG8402 who want a proper, compliant installation rather than an improvised arrangement. It is a simple addition, but one that contributes meaningfully to daily workflow and longer-term hygiene compliance.
If you are configuring a cooking suite or want to confirm this is the right fit for your setup, we are happy to talk it through before you order.
£309.00(£370.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat GR3/FS is a dedicated floor stand designed solely for use with the Lincat GR3 salamander grill. Rather than wall-mounting the grill or occupying bench space, this stand converts the unit into a freestanding, floor-level installation at a practical working height. It is not a universal fitting and is not compatible with other Lincat salamander models.
In a working kitchen, salamander positioning has a direct effect on service flow. Chefs finishing, glazing, and holding dishes at the pass need reliable, comfortable access without unnecessary reaching or adjusting. A correctly positioned salamander keeps throughput consistent during busy service, and the stand provides that stability in kitchens where wall-mounting is not feasible — whether due to layout constraints, surface material, or the need to occasionally reposition the unit.
The open-frame construction allows cleaning access around and beneath the grill, which helps prevent grease and debris accumulating at floor level. This is a practical advantage in kitchens subject to routine environmental health inspection, where evidence of thorough cleaning access matters.
- Converts the GR3 salamander to a stable freestanding installation
- Raises the grill to a comfortable working height at the pass
- Open-frame base allows cleaning access beneath the unit
- Suited to kitchens where wall-mounting is not practical
- Self-contained — no wall fixing or bench space required
When planning the installation, account for the increased overall height of the combined unit and ensure adequate overhead clearance for safe operation and ventilation. This stand is specific to the GR3 and should not be assumed to fit other models.
If you are planning a new salamander setup and want to confirm the right configuration for your kitchen, we are glad to talk it through.
£117.00(£140.40 inc VAT)
The Lincat GR3/WS is a wall-mounted shelf designed specifically to match the Lincat GR3 salamander grill. Its purpose is straightforward: to provide a secure, correctly rated fixing point that positions the GR3 at a consistent working height on the wall, freeing the counter or pass surface beneath for other use.
In a working kitchen this arrangement makes a practical difference. A wall-mounted salamander sits at a fixed, repeatable height throughout service, remains stable under the incidental contact that bench-mounted units can attract, and allows operators to work comfortably beneath it without obstruction. Cleaning around and below the unit at close-down is also more manageable when the space is fully clear.
Using the manufacturer-matched shelf is worth doing for reasons beyond convenience. The GR3/WS is engineered to align with the GR3's fixing geometry and carry its load correctly. A generic bracket may not suit the unit's weight distribution or mounting points, which introduces unnecessary risk in a busy service environment.
Installation requires the shelf to be fixed securely into a wall capable of bearing the combined weight of the shelf and the grill. Wall construction varies — solid masonry, stud partitions, and tiled surfaces each call for different fixings and approaches — so it is worth assessing the substrate before ordering. Fixing should be carried out by a competent installer or kitchen fit-out contractor rather than attempted without the appropriate fixings for the wall type.
This shelf suits any kitchen running a Lincat GR3 salamander where wall placement is the preferred arrangement. If you are considering the installation approach or want to confirm the GR3 is the right unit for your kitchen, the team is happy to talk it through with you.
£139.00(£166.80 inc VAT)
The Lincat GR7/WS is a wall-mounting shelf made specifically for the Lincat GR7 salamander grill. Rather than sourcing a general-purpose bracket or fabricating something on site, this shelf is matched to the GR7's footprint and fixing points, providing a secure and correctly positioned mount above the cooking line without any guesswork.
Wall-mounting a salamander makes a genuine difference to day-to-day kitchen workflow. Positioning the unit at the right height lets operators work beneath it efficiently — finishing plates, browning, or glazing — whilst keeping counter space free for active service use. It also simplifies cleaning along the cooking line and helps maintain a clear, organised pass during busy periods, which matters when the kitchen is running at pace.
- Frees up counter space beneath the grill for active service use
- Positions the GR7 at a practical working height for operators
- Purpose-matched to the GR7, removing the need for improvised brackets
- Simplifies cleaning around the base of the unit and along the range top
- Contributes to a tidier, better-organised pass setup during service
This shelf is designed for the GR7 model specifically and should not be assumed compatible with other Lincat salamander variants. Wall fixings will need to be appropriate for the surface — a solid masonry wall or adequately studded partition with suitable anchors is the standard requirement. If there is any uncertainty about wall construction or load-bearing suitability, it is worth confirming this before installation begins.
The GR7/WS suits any site running a Lincat GR7 salamander where wall-mounting is the preferred arrangement over counter placement — most commonly pub kitchens, café operations, and smaller restaurant sites where worktop space is at a premium.
If you are specifying this shelf alongside a new GR7 installation or have questions about wall fixing requirements, the team are glad to talk it through before you commit.
£177.00(£212.40 inc VAT)
The Lincat GR3/BS is a purpose-built bench stand designed exclusively to support the Lincat GR3 salamander grill. Its function is straightforward: it raises the unit from worksurface level to a more practical operating height, giving kitchen staff proper access to finishing and browning tasks without stooping or overreaching during a busy service.
Salamander positioning matters more than it is often given credit for. A unit sitting directly on a worktop can sit at an awkward height that slows chefs down when checking dishes, rotating trays, or retrieving plates under pressure. A well-positioned salamander keeps that workflow moving cleanly, which adds up across a full shift. The GR3/BS addresses this without requiring any structural alteration to the kitchen.
From a hygiene standpoint, the stand is built to meet the expectations of a commercial kitchen environment. It keeps the GR3 stable and secure on the bench while leaving the area beneath open and accessible — an important consideration when daily cleaning routines are part of your compliance obligations.
- Raises the GR3 to a practical, ergonomic working height for kitchen staff
- Provides a stable, secure base to prevent movement during service
- Leaves the area beneath the unit open and easy to clean
- Constructed to commercial kitchen hygiene standards
- Matched specifically to the Lincat GR3 — not a universal fitting
It is worth noting that this stand is matched to the GR3 model only. If you are working with a different Lincat salamander, compatibility should be confirmed before ordering to avoid a mismatch on installation day.
If you are unsure whether this stand suits your bench configuration or kitchen layout, we are happy to talk it through with you.
£195.00(£234.00 inc VAT)
The Lincat GR7/BS is a purpose-built bench stand designed to support the Lincat GR7 salamander grill at a practical working height on a countertop or pass surface. It is matched specifically to the GR7, so it is worth confirming your salamander model before ordering if there is any uncertainty about which unit is in use.
Grill height has a more direct effect on working efficiency than it might first appear. A salamander positioned directly on a flat surface tends to sit too low for comfortable use during service, which can lead to awkward posture and slower working pace when throughput matters most. The stand brings the GR7 to a more natural sightline, reduces unnecessary reaching, and clears the space beneath the unit for trays, dishes, or brief plate staging during a busy pass.
- Positions the GR7 at a more ergonomic working height on bench or pass
- Creates usable clearance beneath the unit during service
- Matched specifically to the GR7 — no adaptation or modification required
- Well suited to kitchens where bench mounting is preferred over floor-standing
- Supports a tidy, well-organised pass arrangement
This stand is a common choice in kitchens with limited floor space where keeping the salamander on a bench or shelf unit is the more practical layout. It is not a universal accessory and is not suited to other salamander models in the range.
If you are planning a salamander installation and want to confirm the right stand or mounting arrangement for your kitchen layout, we are happy to talk it through.
