This Vogue 180mm tri-wall saucepan combines a copper exterior with an aluminium and stainless steel construction to deliver responsive, even heat across the base and lower sides. The tri-wall build — copper outer, aluminium core, stainless steel inner — brings together the thermal conductivity of copper with the durability and food safety of stainless steel. An induction-compatible base means it works across gas, electric, and induction hobs without compromising performance.
In a working kitchen, the pan's heat responsiveness translates into tighter control during sauce work, reductions, and temperature-sensitive preparations. Copper conducts and dissipates heat quickly, which helps when you need to bring a sauce down fast or hold a precise simmer without scorching. Recovery after adding cold ingredients is noticeably quicker than with single-wall stainless pans of equivalent size.
- Tri-wall construction distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots
- Induction-compatible base suits mixed hob environments
- Stainless steel interior is straightforward to clean and maintains hygiene standards
- Riveted aluminium handle provides a secure, stable grip when the pan is full
- Copper exterior aids rapid heat adjustment during service
At 180mm diameter, this is a single-portion or small-batch pan. It suits garde manger, pastry, and sauce sections where controlled, small-volume cooking is routine. It is not intended for bulk preparation — kitchens needing larger batch capacity should consider wider or deeper alternatives in the same range.
Worth noting: copper exterior pans require more careful cleaning to maintain appearance, and copper should not be left in prolonged contact with acidic ingredients in cookware without a protective lining — the stainless steel inner addresses this here, but it is worth confirming the pan is suited to your specific cooking processes.
If you are building out a cookware set or want to confirm this size is the right fit for your sections, our team is happy to talk through the options.
£93.58(£112.30 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Tradition Plus Flared Sauté Pan is a heavy-duty stainless steel pan designed for professional kitchen use. The flared sides allow liquids to reduce efficiently and make it straightforward to turn or toss ingredients without catching the rim. At 280mm in diameter with a capacity of 4.7 litres, it sits comfortably in the mid-range for sauté work — large enough for batch cooking through a busy service, without being unwieldy on a standard range burner.
In a working kitchen environment this pan holds up well under repeated daily use. The reinforced non-drip edge reduces spillage when pouring and helps maintain a cleaner cooking station during service. The ultra-thick bumper construction gives the pan its weight and stability on the hob, and resists the warping that thinner alternatives can develop over time with intense heat cycling.
- Compatible with all cooking surfaces, including induction hobs
- Reinforced non-drip edge reduces mess when pouring sauces
- Stay-cool handle reduces the need for cloths during active service
- Robust wall and base construction resists warping under repeated high-heat use
- Stainless steel finish supports straightforward cleaning and maintenance
There are no special installation requirements — this is a standalone piece of cookware that works across gas, electric, and induction surfaces. It is worth noting that lids are sold separately, so if covered simmering or resting is part of your intended use, you will need to account for that. At just under 2kg the pan has a solid feel in the hand, which suits most cooks, though some may find extended single-handed use with a full load tiring.
This pan is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that need reliable, general-purpose sauté cookware. It works across a range of service styles — from à la carte sauce work to volume catering. If your operation requires significantly larger batch sizes or a heavier-gauge pan for very high-frequency use, it is worth considering whether a larger capacity model would better match your throughput.
If you are building out a cookware set or are unsure which size best fits your menu and cooking style, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£19.66(£23.59 inc VAT)
The Vogue 200mm stainless steel saute pan is a straightforward, professional-grade pan built for everyday commercial kitchen use. Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a welded stay-cool handle and full induction compatibility, it sits comfortably across gas, electric, and induction hobs without adaptation.
In a working kitchen environment, a pan this size is most commonly used for individual portions — finishing sauces, sautéing vegetables, or cooking to order during service. It is not a high-volume batch cooking pan, but for à la carte and café-style service it handles repeated daily use reliably. The 18/10 steel construction resists staining and holds up well to commercial dishwashing, which matters in kitchens where pans are cycled hard through a shift.
Practical advantages for kitchen teams include:
- Welded handle — no rivets to trap food debris or loosen over time
- Induction compatible — works across all common hob types without specifying separately
- 18/10 stainless steel — resists corrosion and discolouration with regular use
- Straightforward to clean and dishwasher safe
- Consistent weight and balance for single-handed service cooking
At 200mm diameter this pan is well suited to kitchens that need reliable, mid-sized cookware for portion cooking. It is not the right choice where large batch quantities are needed on the hob — for that, a larger diameter pan from the same range would be more practical. Similarly, kitchens requiring non-stick surfaces for delicate proteins should consider that separately, as this is bare stainless steel.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or replacing ageing cookware across a brigade, it is worth talking through quantities and sizes together — happy to help if useful.
£75.24(£90.29 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Excellence saute pan is a mid-sized, heavy-duty stainless steel pan designed for professional kitchen use. At 280mm diameter with a 5.5 litre capacity, it sits comfortably in the working range for sauce reductions, pan sauces, sautéed garnishes, and general stove-top cookery across a variety of service contexts.
In a busy kitchen environment, build quality matters. The Excellence range is constructed to withstand the demands of daily professional use — repeated high-heat exposure, frequent cleaning, and the general rigours of a working kitchen. The stainless steel construction resists warping under sustained heat and handles the kind of handling that would shorten the life of lighter domestic-grade cookware. The 10-year warranty reflects the manufacturer's confidence in the longevity of the product.
From an operational standpoint, this pan suits a number of common kitchen tasks well:
- Induction compatible, making it suitable for modern induction hob installations
- Stainless steel interior allows for deglazing and acidic sauces without reactive concerns
- Proportions suited to small-batch work and à la carte service
- Relatively lightweight at just over 2kg, reducing fatigue over a long service
- Easy to clean and maintain with standard commercial dishwashing
This is a practical, single-piece addition to a kitchen's cookware stock rather than a specialist item. It works across most heat sources, including induction, and does not require any particular installation consideration beyond having a compatible hob or range. Storage is straightforward given the dimensions.
The 280mm pan is well suited to smaller brigades, starter sets, or kitchens building out their cookware range. For higher-volume operations needing larger batch capacity, broader options in the range are worth considering. Equally, for lighter or less frequent use, a smaller pan from the same range may suffice.
If you're putting together a cookware package or want to make sure the sizing is right for your service style, our team is happy to help you work through the options.
£48.88(£58.66 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Ø280 aluminium sauce pot is a straightforward, well-made piece of cookware from the Century Aluminium range. Built from pure aluminium sheet, it is designed to handle the demands of regular brigade use — heating quickly, distributing heat evenly across the base and sides, and standing up to the kind of daily repetition that wears through lesser pans over time.
In a working kitchen, even heat distribution matters more than it might seem. Uneven bases create hot spots that scorch sauces, affect reduction consistency, and slow down service. The extra-thick base on this pot maintains full contact with the heat source — useful on both gas and solid-top ranges — and helps keep cooking predictable during busy service periods. Recovery after adding cold stock or liquid is reasonably quick, which supports steady throughput on the stove.
A few practical points worth noting for kitchen operators:
- Pure aluminium construction provides responsive heat transfer with good energy efficiency
- Reinforced extra-thick base resists warping under repeated thermal cycling
- Tubular stainless steel handles are heat-insulating, reducing burn risk during service
- Four rivets per handle provide a secure, stable attachment over long-term use
- Supplied without lid — pairs with compatible lids available separately if required
This is a mid-to-large sauce pot suited to kitchens preparing soups, stocks, sauces, or braised dishes in reasonable volume. It is a practical everyday workhorse rather than a specialised piece. For very high-volume operations running multiple pots simultaneously over long shifts, it is worth considering whether heavier-gauge or larger-capacity options in the range better match the workload.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or replacing existing cookware across a brigade, we are happy to talk through what makes sense for your service style and volume.
£25.72(£30.86 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Ø180 aluminium sauce pan is a straightforward, well-made saucepan from Pujadas's Century range, built for the demands of professional kitchen use. Constructed from pure aluminium sheet, it is designed to conduct heat quickly and evenly, making it a reliable choice for sauces, stocks, reductions, and general stove-top work across a busy service.
Aluminium heats faster than many alternative materials, which suits kitchens where speed matters and energy efficiency is a practical concern. The extra-thick base on this pan resists deformation over time, which is important in a commercial setting where pans are subjected to prolonged heat, heavy use, and the occasional knock. A warped base loses contact with flat induction or solid-top surfaces and wastes energy — the reinforced construction here is intended to prevent that.
- Pure aluminium construction for fast, responsive heat transfer
- Thickened base resists warping and maintains full contact with heat source
- Tubular stainless steel handles stay cooler during service
- Four-rivet handle attachment for secure, long-term fixing
- 100% recyclable aluminium material
The tubular stainless steel handles are designed to reduce heat transfer to the grip, which is a practical safety consideration during a busy pass. The four-rivet fixing per handle is a detail worth noting — handle failure is one of the more common wear points on commercial cookware, and the heavier attachment adds longevity.
This size is well suited to smaller sections, sauce work, and à la carte kitchens. Higher-volume operations or those needing larger batch capacity may find a bigger pan from the same range more appropriate. It is worth confirming compatibility with your existing heat sources before ordering, particularly if induction is in use.
If you are building out a cookware set or are unsure which sizes suit your menu and volume best, the team is happy to help you think it through.
£23.09(£27.71 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Ø200mm aluminium sauté pan is a straightforward, well-made piece of cookware from the Century Aluminium range, designed for everyday use across professional kitchens. Formed from pure aluminium sheet, it is a reliable workhorse pan suited to sautéing, shallow frying, and reducing sauces at pace during service.
Aluminium conducts heat quickly and evenly, which is genuinely useful in a busy kitchen where chefs need immediate response from the pan rather than waiting for heat to build. The extra-thick base helps maintain consistent contact with the heat source — gas, electric solid top, or induction aside — reducing the risk of hot spots and the uneven cooking that comes with a warped or deformed pan over time. The additional material thickness also means the pan holds up better to the daily knocks and rough handling that are simply part of kitchen life.
A few practical points worth noting:
- Pure aluminium construction gives fast, responsive heat transfer across the base
- Reinforced base resists deformation and maintains flat contact with the heat source
- Tubular stainless steel handle stays cooler to the touch than the pan body
- Four-rivet handle attachment provides a secure, stable connection under regular use
- Lightweight build reduces fatigue during extended prep or service periods
It is worth noting that bare aluminium is not suitable for induction hobs, and the pan should not be used in a dishwasher if you want to preserve the finish and extend its service life. Hand washing is the standard recommendation for aluminium cookware in a commercial setting.
This size is well suited to à la carte service, smaller brigade kitchens, or as part of a set of pans across different sizes. For higher-volume or continuous-service environments, a larger diameter or heavier-gauge model may be more appropriate. If you are equipping a kitchen from scratch or adding to an existing range, the team is happy to talk through what would suit your operation best.
£118.00(£141.60 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Ø500 aluminium sauce pot is a large-format cooking vessel from the Century Aluminium range, designed for high-volume sauce, stock, and soup preparation in professional kitchens. It is sold without a lid, making it straightforward to pair with a compatible cover where needed or to use open during active reduction work.
Aluminium is a well-established material in commercial cookware for good reason. It heats quickly and distributes that heat evenly across the base and sides, which helps operators maintain consistent temperatures when working through large batches. The extra-thick base construction on this pot resists the warping that can occur over time with lighter-gauge alternatives, keeping the base in solid contact with the heat source and supporting more predictable cooking results across a busy service.
From an operational standpoint, the key practical advantages of this pot are:
- Even heat distribution reduces the risk of hot spots and catching during long simmers
- Thick base maintains full contact with the heat source, improving energy efficiency
- Tubular stainless steel handles stay cooler to the touch, reducing the handling risk during service
- Four-rivet handle attachment per side provides secure, stable grip under load
- Pure aluminium construction is fully recyclable, which may be relevant to kitchens with sustainability procurement policies
This is a straightforward stovetop vessel with no special installation requirements. It is compatible with gas and electric hob surfaces; operators should confirm compatibility with induction hobs before purchasing, as standard aluminium is not induction-suitable without a bonded base. The Ø500 diameter is a large format and will require a suitably sized burner or hob ring to heat effectively. Storage and handling should account for the size of the vessel when full.
This pot is well suited to central production kitchens, large catering operations, and any kitchen regularly preparing stocks, sauces, or soups in volume. Smaller kitchens or those with lower daily output may find a smaller capacity from the same range more practical. If you are equipping a high-throughput kitchen and are unsure which size best fits your workflow, the team are happy to talk it through.
£79.10(£94.92 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Tradition Plus saucepan is a heavy-duty stainless steel pan designed for daily use across professional kitchen environments. Built to Matfer Bourgeat's established Tradition Plus standard, it offers a straightforward, no-compromise construction suited to the demands of continuous service.
In a working kitchen, a pan at this capacity handles sauces, reductions, stocks, and accompaniments for steady service volumes without being unwieldy on a busy range. The reinforced non-drip edge helps reduce spillage during pouring, which matters during a fast-paced service, and the ultra-thick bumper provides additional robustness against the knocks and contact that are unavoidable in a commercial environment. Recovery after adding cold ingredients is consistent with what you would expect from a well-constructed stainless steel pan on a commercial burner.
- Induction-compatible base works across gas, electric, and induction cooking surfaces
- Reinforced non-drip edge reduces spillage when pouring during service
- Heavy-duty construction withstands the rigours of daily commercial use
- Stay-cool, watertight handle for safe, secure handling at pace
- Compatible with separately available lids to suit covered cooking requirements
There are no special installation requirements — these pans work with any standard commercial cooking surface, including induction. They are dishwasher safe, which simplifies end-of-service cleaning. At 3.3 litres, this size sits comfortably in the mid-range for sauce work; kitchens with higher batch volumes may find a larger capacity more practical for main production, though this size remains useful as a secondary or garnish pan in most brigade setups.
This pan is well suited to restaurants, hotels, contract catering operations, and pub kitchens requiring reliable, multi-surface cookware that holds up to regular use. If you are equipping a larger kitchen and need guidance on building out a cookware set across sizes and types, the team is happy to help you think it through.
£17.28(£20.74 inc VAT)
This miniature saucepan from Vogue is designed primarily for individual portion service and table presentation rather than bulk cooking. The tri-wall construction layers aluminium between stainless steel, with a copper outer coating that gives the pan its distinctive appearance. At 90mm in diameter, it holds a small single-serve quantity — enough for a sauce, gravy, or side dish brought directly to the table.
In practice, these pans are most commonly seen in restaurants and gastropubs where operators want to serve condiments, sauces, or small sides in something more considered than a ramekin. The copper finish reads well on the pass and at the table without requiring specialist care. The riveted handle is designed to stay cooler during service, which matters when staff are moving quickly.
A few practical points worth noting:
- Tri-wall base is compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs
- Dishwasher safe, which keeps turnaround straightforward during service
- Lightweight at 230g — practical for front-of-house handling
- Copper coating is cosmetic rather than structural — treat accordingly when stacking or storing
These pans are well suited to restaurants, hotel dining, and private dining operations where presentation is part of the service style. They are not intended for high-volume batch cooking or extended stovetop use. If you need pans for production cooking rather than service presentation, a heavier-gauge option would be more appropriate.
If you are equipping a pass or reviewing your service presentation and are unsure whether this size works for your menu, the team is happy to talk it through.
£39.55(£47.46 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Excellence saucepan is a 1.6-litre stainless steel pan from one of France's most established professional cookware manufacturers. It sits within the Excellence range, which is positioned to deliver Matfer Bourgeat's manufacturing standards at a more accessible price point than their premium lines — making it a practical choice where quality matters but budget is a consideration.
In a working kitchen environment, pans at this capacity are typically used for small-batch sauce work, reductions, melting, and mise en place preparation. The stainless steel construction handles daily heat cycling well and resists the warping that can affect lighter cookware over time. Induction compatibility makes it straightforwardly usable across modern induction suites as well as gas and conventional electric hobs, which is useful if your kitchen runs a mixed or recently upgraded range.
From an operational standpoint, the main advantages of this pan are:
- Induction compatible — suitable for use across gas, electric, and induction hobs
- Stainless steel construction — durable, non-reactive, and straightforward to clean
- Lightweight enough for fast, repetitive use during service
- Backed by a 10-year warranty, reflecting confidence in the build quality
- A proven professional brand with consistent quality control
At 1.6 litres, this is a small-capacity pan best suited to single-portion sauces, finishing work, or prep tasks rather than batch cooking. Kitchens needing larger volumes will want to consider higher-capacity options within the same range or a heavier-gauge line for more intensive continuous use.
This pan works well in professional kitchens of all sizes — from small independent restaurants to larger brigade kitchens where multiple pans of this size are kept in rotation. It is equally at home in a private dining or events kitchen where precision sauce work is routine.
If you are equipping a full batterie or are unsure which sizes best suit your service style, we are happy to talk it through.
£183.00(£219.60 inc VAT)
The De Buyer Inocuivre 16cm saute pan is a traditionally constructed copper pan with a solid brass handle, designed for professional kitchens where precise heat control matters. Built from copper, it offers the kind of responsive, even heat distribution that makes it well suited to sauces, reductions, and other preparations where temperature management is critical.
Copper conducts heat far more efficiently than stainless steel or aluminium, which means the pan responds quickly to changes in burner intensity. In a busy service environment, this translates into greater control during delicate cooking stages — reducing the risk of catching a sauce or overshooting a temperature. The 1 litre capacity makes this a small but practical pan for single-portion work, accompaniments, or mise en place tasks at the stove.
A few things worth noting before purchasing:
- Copper requires more attentive care than stainless steel — avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish
- The brass handle will become hot during use; cloth or a handle guard is essential
- This pan is not suitable for induction hobs — it works on gas, electric, and solid fuel ranges
- At this size, it is a specialist tool rather than a general-purpose pan
The Inocuivre range suits kitchens where classical French techniques are central to the menu, or where front-of-house finishing and presentation cookware is part of the dining concept. At 16cm, this is a supporting pan rather than a workhorse piece — it fits naturally alongside a broader batterie de cuisine. For higher-volume sauce work, larger capacities within the range may be more appropriate.
If you are building out a copper batterie or have questions about whether this size fits your service style, we are happy to talk it through.
£28.08(£33.70 inc VAT)
The Vogue 200mm non-stick saucepan is a general-purpose sauce pan built from anodised aluminium and finished with a Teflon Platinum non-stick coating. It is designed to handle the everyday demands of a working kitchen — sauces, reductions, stocks, and small-batch preparations where consistent, even heat is important.
Anodised aluminium conducts heat efficiently and distributes it evenly across the base, which helps reduce the risk of hot spots and uneven cooking. This is particularly useful when working with temperature-sensitive preparations such as custards, glazes, or cream-based sauces. The non-stick surface reduces food waste and makes cleaning straightforward at the end of a busy service.
From a practical standpoint, this pan suits a range of hob types, including gas, solid top, and induction, which makes it a flexible addition to most kitchen set-ups. The handle is designed to stay cooler than solid metal alternatives during use, and includes a hanging hole for easy storage when worktop or drawer space is limited.
- Non-stick coating reduces food waste and simplifies post-service cleaning
- Compatible with gas, solid top, and induction hobs
- Even heat distribution reduces the risk of scorching or hot spots
- Cool-touch handle design improves safe handling during service
- Hanging hole allows practical overhead or rack storage
At 200mm this is a mid-sized sauce pan well suited to small-batch production or garnish and sauce work during service. It is a practical everyday pan rather than a high-volume production vessel. For kitchens needing larger capacity or more intensive use, heavier-gauge options are worth considering.
If you are fitting out a new kitchen or looking to standardise your cookware across multiple stations, we are happy to talk through what works best for your setup.
£80.24(£96.29 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Red Sauce Pot is part of the Cool Line Colours range — a line of stainless steel cookware designed to serve equally well behind the pass and in front of guests. The 240mm pot is a practical size for sauces, soups, and smaller batch preparations, and the matching lid helps retain heat during holding or service.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, with a sandwich base that provides even heat distribution across the base and makes the pot compatible with induction, gas, electric, and vitroceramic hobs. That broad compatibility is useful in kitchens where the hob setup may change over time or where the pot moves between stations.
Where this pot tends to earn its place is in operations that want consistent, presentable cookware on the pass or at the table — supper clubs, small restaurants with open kitchens, or catering operations where guests see the kit. The bold red finish is consistent across the range, so pots and pans can be matched if needed.
- Suitable for induction, gas, electric, and vitroceramic hobs
- Lid included for heat retention during holding and service
- Stainless steel construction — durable and straightforward to clean
- Coloured exterior suited to front-of-house visibility
- Ergonomic handles designed for safe handling during service
For operators running high-volume sauce work over extended service periods, it is worth considering whether a larger-capacity pot better matches throughput requirements — this size is well suited to smaller operations or as a supplementary pan rather than a primary batch-cooking vessel.
If you are building out a matched set or are unsure which size fits your service volumes, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£68.49(£82.19 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Classe Chef sauté pan is a professional-grade aluminium pan with a flared rim and a four-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating. It is designed for the demands of a working commercial kitchen, where reliable release, consistent heat distribution, and durability under repeated use matter more than appearances.
Aluminium is the material of choice in most professional kitchens for good reason — it heats quickly and spreads heat evenly across the base and sides, which helps operators maintain control during fast-paced service. The flared rim makes it practical for tossing and plating, and the four-layer coating is built to withstand the kind of daily use that would wear through a domestic pan within months.
From an operational standpoint, the key advantages this pan offers are:
- Quick, even heat-up reduces waiting time between dishes during service
- PFOA-free four-layer coating supports food release and simplifies cleaning
- Flared rim aids tossing, folding, and controlled plating
- Lightweight aluminium construction reduces fatigue during long shifts
- Suitable for gas, electric, and solid-top ranges
It is worth noting that aluminium non-stick pans are not suitable for induction hobs unless used with an induction diffuser plate. The coating, while built for intensive use, will last longer if metal utensils are avoided and the pan is not subjected to sudden temperature shocks. At this size and weight, it sits comfortably in a larder or sauce section and is well suited to individual-portion cookery, omelettes, sautéed vegetables, and pan sauces.
This pan is a practical choice for smaller operations, café kitchens, and sections within larger kitchens that need a reliable everyday sauté pan. Operators running a higher-volume section or requiring induction compatibility may want to consider a heavier-gauge or stainless-clad alternative.
If you are equipping a new section or replacing existing pans and want a steer on which size or specification fits your service best, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£27.01(£32.41 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Black Series saucepot is a cast aluminium cooking pot with a non-stick interior, designed for use across commercial kitchen environments including induction hobs. It is supplied without a lid. The 280mm diameter positions this as a mid-to-large capacity saucepot, practical for preparing sauces, soups, braised dishes, and general stove-top cookwork in a professional setting.
Cast aluminium construction gives this pot reasonably even heat distribution across the base and lower sides, which helps reduce hot spots during sauce work or when holding liquids at a steady temperature. The non-stick coating makes it suitable for lower-fat cooking techniques and simplifies cleaning at the end of service, which matters on a busy pass. Induction compatibility makes it flexible across modern kitchen configurations where gas and induction hobs are often used side by side.
- Suitable for induction, gas, and electric hob surfaces
- Non-stick interior reduces sticking and simplifies end-of-service cleaning
- Cast aluminium base supports even heat distribution during cooking
- Useful across a range of sauce, soup, and braising tasks
- Supplied without lid — pair with a compatible lid if covering is required during service
Cast aluminium is lighter than stainless steel of comparable size, which operators may find practical for frequent lifting and emptying. It is worth noting that non-stick surfaces require reasonable care in a commercial environment — abrasive utensils and aggressive scouring should be avoided to preserve coating longevity. For kitchens with particularly high throughput or where cookware takes heavy daily use, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty option would offer better long-term durability.
This saucepot suits smaller to mid-sized operations: cafés, pub kitchens, hotel restaurant sections, and catering businesses where a reliable everyday pan is needed for induction or mixed-hob setups. If you are equipping a large production kitchen or need pots in continuous rotation across multiple hobs, it may be worth discussing capacity and durability requirements before ordering.
If you are putting together a cookware set or matching lids across your kitchen, the team is happy to help you build a practical, consistent kit — just get in touch before you order.
£25.55(£30.66 inc VAT)
The Vogue Aluminium Non-Stick Sauté Pan is a straightforward, everyday sauté pan finished with a Teflon Platinum Plus non-stick coating. Aluminium construction keeps the pan light and responsive to heat, making it practical for tasks that demand quick temperature changes — sautéing vegetables, reducing sauces, or finishing thinner cuts of meat.
In a working kitchen environment, the pan's non-stick surface reduces the need for excess fat, speeds up the cleaning process between services, and helps prevent delicate proteins and glazed items from tearing or sticking during plating. The aluminium body heats evenly across the base, which matters when you're working at pace and can't afford hot spots producing inconsistent results.
- Teflon Platinum Plus coating reduces sticking and simplifies cleaning between covers
- Lightweight aluminium body responds quickly to heat adjustments during service
- Even heat distribution across the base helps avoid localised scorching
- Suitable for sautéing, browning, reducing, and light pan-sauce work
- Manageable weight reduces fatigue during extended service periods
Being aluminium, this pan is not suitable for induction hobs unless used with an induction interface disc. It is best used on gas or conventional electric ranges. Non-stick coatings of this type also perform best when metal utensils are avoided and the pan is not subjected to very high dry heat. For high-temperature searing at extreme temperatures, a stainless steel or cast iron alternative may be more appropriate.
This pan is well suited to smaller operations, café kitchens, pub kitchens, and prep areas where a reliable, lightweight non-stick pan is needed for daily sautéing and sauce work. For sites running higher volumes or requiring greater durability under continuous heavy use, heavier-gauge or professional-series cookware may be worth considering.
If you're unsure whether this pan fits your hob type or workload, we're happy to talk it through.
£52.55(£63.06 inc VAT)
The Vogue Tri-Wall Copper Sauté Pan is a three-layer construction cookware piece built for consistent, controlled cooking in professional kitchen environments. The pan combines a copper exterior with an aluminium core and a stainless steel interior cooking surface — a combination that brings together copper's thermal responsiveness with aluminium's heat retention and stainless steel's durability and easy maintenance. At 240mm in diameter with a 2.5 litre capacity, it sits comfortably in the mid-range for a sauté pan, suitable for sauces, reductions, and shallow pan work through a typical service period.
In practical kitchen use, the tri-wall construction helps eliminate the hotspot problem that affects single-layer pans — heat spreads evenly across the base and up the lower sidewalls, which matters when you are cooking proteins or reducing a sauce that can catch quickly if the heat is uneven. The stainless steel interior is straightforward to clean between uses and does not require the seasoning or special care associated with single-metal copper.
Useful operational characteristics include:
- Compatible with gas, electric, and induction hobs, giving flexibility across different kitchen stations
- Ergonomic handle designed to remain cooler during cooking, reducing handling risk during service
- Stainless steel interior resists staining and is dishwasher safe
- Copper exterior responds quickly to heat adjustments, supporting precise cooking control
At 1.31kg, the pan is a manageable weight for daily use, though operators should confirm it sits comfortably within their team's handling preferences for extended service. The 240mm diameter is well suited to small-to-medium portions; kitchens running high covers or larger batch work would be better served by a larger size from the same range.
This pan is best suited to smaller independent restaurants, boutique hotels, or catering operations where portion cooking and sauce work are central to the menu. If you are equipping a high-volume kitchen or need multiple units, it is worth having a conversation with us about the full range and which sizes make most sense for your service style.

These Utopia mini saucepans are compact stainless steel serving vessels designed for tabletop presentation rather than stovetop cooking. The worn, aged finish and brass-effect handles give them a recognisable industrial-bistro aesthetic that has become a familiar sight in casual dining, small plates, and sharing-menu formats.
In practice, they work well as sauce pots, condiment servers, or small side-dish vessels brought directly to the table. The finish suits environments where operators want to move away from conventional white porcelain without committing to a full crockery overhaul — they pair naturally with wooden boards, slate, and white dinnerware alike.
A few practical points worth considering:
- Stainless steel construction keeps them lightweight and resistant to chipping or cracking
- The vintage finish means surface variation between pieces is expected and intentional
- Well suited to ambient or warm sauces; not intended as a cooking pan
- Supplied as a pack of six, practical for table service with consistent styling across covers
- The brass-effect handles are primarily decorative — handle with care when contents are hot
These are a straightforward front-of-house smallware suited to casual dining, gastropubs, and informal restaurant formats. They are not a fit for every concept — if your service style is more formal or your brand aesthetic leans towards contemporary minimalism, they may feel at odds with the wider table setting.
If you are putting together a tabletop presentation package or want to discuss quantities for a full cover count, the team are happy to help you work through the options.

The Pujadas Aluminium Sauté Fry Pan is a workhorse pan designed for the demands of professional kitchen use. Built from aluminium with a multi-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating, it is intended for chefs who need reliable, consistent results across a full service without the pan becoming a liability. The 240mm diameter puts it in useful mid-range territory — large enough for a proper sauté or reduction, compact enough to manoeuvre efficiently on a busy range.
Aluminium distributes heat quickly and evenly, which suits the fast pace of commercial cooking where getting a pan up to working temperature without hot spots matters. The non-stick coating is applied to a professional specification, offering resistance to the kind of daily abrasion that would degrade a domestic-grade finish within weeks. It holds up well under repeated washing and general kitchen handling, though as with any non-stick surface, metal utensils should be avoided to preserve coating life.
A few practical points worth noting:
- Compatible with gas, electric, and vitroceramic cooking surfaces
- PFOA-free multi-layer non-stick coating with good abrasion resistance
- Flat iron handle with heat-resistant epoxy coating for firm grip during service
- 4mm thick aluminium base for even heat distribution
- Not induction compatible — check your range type before ordering
This pan suits operations running gas or electric ranges where a reliable, easy-clean sauté pan is needed for daily service. It is well suited to smaller kitchens, café kitchens, and catering operations that require dependable cookware without investing in heavier cast iron or stainless-clad alternatives. If your kitchen runs high-volume services or induction hobs, it is worth discussing whether a different specification would serve you better.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or standardising your cookware across a team, we are happy to talk through what works best for your setup.

The Vogue 8 litre stainless steel saucepan is a straightforward, heavy-duty pan built for everyday use in professional kitchens. Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel, it is designed to handle the repeated heating, cooling, and cleaning cycles that commercial kitchen use demands. The lid is sold separately, which is worth factoring in if covered simmering is part of your workflow.
In a busy kitchen environment, this size sits usefully between smaller sauce pans and larger stockpots. It handles batch sauces, soups, and reductions comfortably, and the 18/10 grade stainless holds up well to acidic ingredients without imparting flavour or showing early signs of corrosion. The welded handles avoid the weak points that screwed fittings can develop over time with heavy use and frequent washing.
- Suitable for gas, electric, and solid-top ranges
- Induction compatible, giving flexibility across different hob types
- Welded handles reduce maintenance risk compared to riveted alternatives
- 18/10 stainless construction resists staining and holds up to commercial dishwashing
- Straightforward to clean and inspect between services
This pan is well suited to kitchens that need a reliable, mid-capacity saucepan for daily sauce and stock work — hotels, pub kitchens, care catering, and contract catering operations will find it a practical addition to the batterie de cuisine. It is not a specialist pan; if your operation requires very high-volume batch cooking, a larger capacity option would be worth considering alongside this one.
If you are equipping a new kitchen section or replacing several pans at once, it is worth speaking with the team to make sure you have the right mix of sizes for your service style.

The Vogue Platinum Plus sauté pan is a stainless steel pan with a Teflon non-stick interior coating, designed for everyday use in a professional kitchen environment. At 240mm, it sits in the mid-range of sauté pan sizes and is well suited to general service work — sautéing vegetables, reducing sauces, finishing proteins, and similar tasks that demand a reliable, responsive pan.
In a busy kitchen, a non-stick surface of this type earns its place primarily through speed of turnaround. Food releases cleanly, cleaning down between covers is quicker, and the reduced need for cooking fats suits kitchens managing dietary requirements or portion-controlled menus. The deep, bowled profile gives enough clearance for tossing and stirring without spillage during fast-paced service.
From a practical standpoint, this pan offers a few characteristics worth noting:
- Teflon non-stick interior reduces reliance on cooking oils and speeds up cleaning
- Stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to warping under normal use
- Compatible with induction hobs as well as gas and ceramic, keeping it flexible across different kitchen setups
- Elongated handle aids safe movement around a busy pass or hob station
Non-stick coatings do require care to maintain. Metal utensils and abrasive cleaning pads will degrade the surface over time, so this pan is best suited to kitchens where that discipline is maintained. It is not intended for high-heat searing work where bare stainless or cast iron would be more appropriate. For sites with very high pan turnover or where heavy-duty use is expected, a thicker-gauged or uncoated alternative may prove more cost-effective in the long run.
This pan is a practical choice for smaller operations, café kitchens, or as part of a broader batterie where it handles lighter-duty tasks alongside more robust cookware. If you are building out a cookware specification or want to discuss whether this size suits your service volumes, the team is happy to help.
£23.82(£28.58 inc VAT)
The Pujadas 200mm aluminium sauté pan is a compact, single-portion cookware piece designed for professional kitchen use. It combines a heavy-gauge aluminium body with a multi-layer PFOA-free non-stick coating, making it a practical choice for stations where speed, consistency and easy cleaning matter.
In a busy kitchen environment, a pan at this size earns its place on the saute station for individual portions — eggs, small omelettes, seared proteins, reductions and pan sauces. The 4mm base thickness helps distribute heat evenly and reduces the risk of hot spots during service. The non-stick coating is rated for professional use, offering good resistance to abrasion over extended daily use, though as with all non-stick surfaces, performance over time depends on how the pan is handled and cleaned.
Practical benefits for kitchen operators include:
- Compatible with gas, electric and vitroceramic hob types
- PFOA-free non-stick coating for safer, cleaner cooking
- Flat iron handle with heat-resistant epoxy coating reduces handle heat transfer
- Lightweight aluminium construction makes it easy to manoeuvre during service
- Non-stick surface reduces reliance on fats and simplifies pan cleaning between covers
This pan requires no specialist setup — it works across standard hob types found in most commercial kitchens. It is not induction compatible, so kitchens running induction hobs should confirm suitability before ordering. As with all professional non-stick cookware, metal utensils should be avoided to preserve the coating.
At 200mm, this pan is well suited to small restaurants, café kitchens, hotel room service operations, or as a supplementary pan on a larger saute station. For operations needing higher-volume throughput or a larger cooking surface, a bigger diameter option within the Pujadas range may be more appropriate.
If you're equipping a new station or replacing existing cookware across a kitchen, the team is happy to help you think through what sizes and quantities make sense for your setup.
£99.36(£119.23 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Tradition Pro sauté pan is a 24cm professional cookware piece manufactured in France. It combines a stainless steel body with a multi-layer non-stick interior, giving chefs a pan that handles the full range of sauté, shallow-fry, and pan-sauce work without the food release problems associated with lower-grade non-stick surfaces.
In a working kitchen, this pan earns its place through consistent, dependable performance. The stainless steel construction provides reliable heat distribution across the base and lower sides, and the non-stick interior holds up well to the repeated heating and cooling cycles that busy service demands. It suits prep cooks and section chefs alike — robust enough to run through multiple covers without the coating lifting or discolouring under normal use.
Practical advantages operators tend to notice in regular use:
- Multi-layer non-stick surface reduces oil dependency and aids faster service
- Stainless steel body resists warping under sustained heat
- Straightforward to clean between covers, reducing turnaround time
- French manufacture to professional cookware standards
- Compatible with gas, electric, and induction hobs where specified
At 2.378kg, the pan has a solid, reassuring feel without being impractical to handle across a shift. The 24cm diameter makes it well suited to à la carte portions — single proteins, individual vegetable garnishes, or pan sauces for one to two covers. Sites running higher volumes or larger batch work may find a wider diameter or heavier-duty forged alternative more appropriate.
It is worth noting that non-stick coatings generally benefit from hand washing rather than commercial dishwasher use, which can shorten coating life considerably. Operations where pans routinely go through a machine should factor this into their purchasing decision.
If you are equipping a section from scratch or are weighing up whether the 24cm size fits your typical service, our team is happy to talk it through.
£41.03(£49.24 inc VAT)
The Vogue Tri Wall Flared Saute Pan is a 200mm stainless steel and aluminium pan designed for professional kitchen use. Its defining feature is the tri-wall construction: a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. This thermocore design conducts and spreads heat more evenly across the base and lower walls than single-material pans, reducing the risk of hot spots that can catch sauces or scorch proteins.
In a working kitchen, consistent heat distribution matters most when cooking delicate reductions, pan sauces, or anything requiring steady, controlled temperatures. The aluminium core responds quickly to changes in heat output, which gives cooks more control at the stove. The flared sides make it straightforward to toss ingredients or reduce liquids efficiently without creating dead zones at the pan edges. The pan is induction compatible, which makes it suitable for both gas and induction hob setups without needing separate pans for each station.
Practical advantages for kitchen use include:
- Even heat spread reduces risk of burning or uneven cooking
- Induction compatible — works across gas, electric, and induction hobs
- Stainless steel exterior is durable and straightforward to clean
- Flared profile supports easy tossing and liquid reduction
- Robust construction suited to daily commercial use
At 200mm this pan is sized for single-portion work, sauce preparation, and smaller volume cooking tasks rather than large batch production. It is well suited to à la carte kitchens, prep stations, and smaller operations. For sites needing to cook larger volumes in a single pan, wider options are available in the range. Lids are sold separately.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or standardising your cookware across multiple stations, it is worth having a conversation with us about what pan sizes and materials suit your menu and hob setup best.
£21.95(£26.34 inc VAT)
The Vogue aluminium saucepan is a straightforward, no-frills workhorse designed for everyday use in professional kitchens. Built from aluminium with a heavy-duty construction, it is intended to handle the kind of continuous daily use that lighter domestic cookware simply would not withstand. The reinforced double-thick rim adds structural rigidity and resists the distortion that can occur over time with repeated heating cycles.
Aluminium conducts heat quickly and spreads it evenly across the base, which makes this pan practical for sauce work, reductions, stocks, and general prep where consistent heat distribution matters. In a busy kitchen environment, that responsiveness helps operators manage timing across multiple dishes without the lag associated with slower-conducting materials.
- Heavy-duty aluminium construction handles sustained daily commercial use
- Even heat distribution supports consistent results across sauce and prep work
- Reinforced double-thick rim resists warping and deformation over time
- Riveted handle provides a secure, reliable grip during service
- Compatible lid and cool-grip handles available separately
It is worth noting that aluminium cookware of this type is not suitable for induction hobs. If your kitchen runs induction ranges, you will need to check compatibility before purchasing. The pan is sold without a lid, and a matching lid is available separately — worth confirming at the time of order if you need one.
This size suits smaller operations, single-range prep stations, or as part of a larger set where multiple pans are in rotation. For kitchens with higher volume demands or longer production runs, a larger capacity pan may be the more practical choice.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or replacing cookware across a range, it is worth having a conversation about what mix of sizes and materials will work best for your menu and setup.
£14.54(£17.45 inc VAT)
This is a straightforward, heavy-duty aluminium saucepan from Vogue, sized at 1.7 litres and built for everyday use in a professional kitchen. Aluminium is the material of choice in many catering environments because it heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the base and sides, which helps with consistent cooking rather than hot spots that can scorch sauces or delicate reductions.
In a working kitchen, pans like this are used constantly — for sauces, stocks, reheating, blanching small quantities, and general prep. The reinforced double-thick rim adds durability where pans typically take the most punishment, and the riveted handle gives a secure, reliable fix that holds up to repeated handling and commercial dishwasher cycles over time.
A few practical points worth noting:
- Aluminium is reactive with acidic ingredients — not ideal for prolonged cooking of tomato-based or highly acidic sauces
- Compatible lids are sold separately — worth ordering alongside if you need to hold or reduce
- Cool grip handles are available separately if staff comfort during long service periods is a consideration
- Aluminium requires some care to avoid surface pitting — avoid prolonged salt contact before liquids are added
At 1.7 litres, this is a small-capacity pan suited to à la carte saucing, individual portions, or prep tasks rather than bulk production. For higher-volume sauce work or larger batch cooking, a bigger capacity pan from the same range would be more practical.
If you're building out a pan set for a new kitchen or replacing existing stock and want to talk through quantities or sizes, our team is happy to help you work through what's needed.
£46.30(£55.56 inc VAT)
The Matfer Bourgeat Excellence saucepan is a stainless steel professional cooking pan designed for everyday sauce, stock, and liquid preparation work in commercial kitchens. It sits within Matfer Bourgeat's Excellence range, which is intended to deliver the manufacturer's build standards at a more accessible price point than their premium lines. The 3.4Ltr capacity and 200mm diameter make this a practical mid-sized pan for a wide range of kitchen tasks.
In service, this size handles sauces, gravies, reductions, and small-batch stocks reliably without taking up unnecessary hob space. The stainless steel construction holds up well to daily professional use — resisting warping, staining, and the kind of rough handling that comes with a busy pass. Induction compatibility means it works equally well on gas, electric, and induction ranges, which is a useful consideration where kitchens are updating or running mixed hob setups.
From an operational standpoint, stainless steel at this gauge offers a few clear advantages in a kitchen environment:
- Non-reactive surface — suitable for acidic sauces and reductions without affecting flavour
- Straightforward to clean and maintain between services
- Compatible across all hob types, including induction
- Durable enough for daily high-volume use without specialist care
There are no installation requirements — this is a standalone piece of cookware. It carries a 10-year warranty, which reflects confidence in the build quality at this price tier. For kitchens producing sauces at higher volumes or requiring larger batch sizes, a bigger capacity pan from the same range may be the more practical choice.
If you are equipping a new kitchen or standardising your saucepan stock and want to talk through what sizes and quantities would work best for your service, the team is happy to help.
£25.55(£30.66 inc VAT)
This Vogue sauté pan is a straightforward, practical piece of cookware built for everyday commercial kitchen use. The aluminium construction promotes even heat distribution across the base, which helps prevent hot spots and supports consistent cooking results across a full service period. The Teflon non-stick coating reduces the need for excessive oil or fat, which is a practical consideration both for healthier menu output and for keeping the pan in usable condition throughout a busy shift.
The pan is compatible with induction hobs as well as conventional gas and electric ranges, which makes it a flexible addition to most kitchen setups without requiring dedicated equipment. At 260mm, it sits at a practical mid-range size — large enough to handle generous portions or batch cooking of sauces, vegetables, and pan-fried proteins, while remaining manageable for day-to-day handling.
From an operational standpoint, the non-stick surface also simplifies end-of-service cleaning, reducing turnaround time between shifts. Key practical points worth noting:
- Even heat distribution supports consistent cooking without constant adjustment
- Non-stick coating reduces oil usage and speeds up cleaning
- Induction-compatible — works across most commercial hob types
- Lightweight aluminium construction at 800g aids handling during service
It is worth noting that aluminium non-stick pans of this type are best suited to light to moderate commercial use. In very high-volume kitchens where pans are in continuous use across long services, a heavier-gauge or stainless-steel alternative may offer greater longevity. The non-stick coating should be used with non-abrasive utensils and cleaned with care to maintain its condition over time.
This pan is well suited to smaller operations — cafés, bistros, pub kitchens, and smaller restaurant kitchens — where versatility and ease of use are priorities. If you are equipping a larger brigade or need pans that will see very heavy daily use, it is worth discussing the right specification with us before ordering.
£25.72(£30.86 inc VAT)
The Pujadas Century aluminium sauté pan is a straightforward, well-made piece of professional cookware designed for the daily demands of a working commercial kitchen. Formed from pure aluminium sheet, it is intended for sautéing, shallow frying, and fast reduction work at the hob — tasks that require a pan that heats quickly, responds to adjustments, and holds up to repeated use across service.
Aluminium conducts heat rapidly and evenly, which suits the pace of prep and à la carte service alike. The extra-thick base is a practical detail rather than a marketing one: it resists warping over time, keeps the pan sitting flat on the heat source, and helps maintain consistent contact whether you are working on gas burners or solid tops. A pan that rocks or distorts wastes energy and makes temperature control harder — this construction avoids that.
The handles are tubular stainless steel, designed to stay cooler than the pan body during use, and each is secured with four rivets rather than two. That level of attachment matters when pans are handled quickly, loaded with food, or moved between stations by multiple chefs across a shift.
- Thick aluminium body resists deformation under sustained daily use
- Flat, stable base maintains full contact with the heat source
- Four-rivet handle attachment for secure, confident handling under load
- Tubular stainless steel handles reduce heat transfer to the grip
- Pure aluminium construction — hygienic and straightforward to clean down
This pan is well suited to smaller brigades and single-hob stations where a reliable, mid-sized sauté pan sees regular rotation. For high-volume sections turning over large batch quantities, a heavier-duty or larger-diameter pan may be worth considering. If you are equipping multiple stations or want guidance on matching pan sizes to your menu and volume, the team is happy to help you think it through.
